Used to be OK, now it wont payout...

Pending withdrawals are becoming a joke on this site, its gone so downhill.

Used to be decent, with a 5 days max wait time, now its weeks/months, with you questioning whether youll ever get your winnings. I have been waiting a month for £200 withdrawal, and plenty of long delays prior to this

I have to chase every withdrawal via live chat or email, and either dont get a response or the same AI chat bot answers saying soon and you are valued.

Stay well clear and don't give them your money!!

Withdrawal 10+ days “Under review”…not impressed

Must have deposited $3k raw over the last several months. Now I wish to withdraw $300…its been 10 days with my withdrawal “Under Review” and no update or timeline. AI support agents tell you nothing. Finance dept tells nothing. I was hopeful this casino would be better and hope they can prove they are legit…I might expect this timeline for a $10,000+ withdrawal but c’mon, this is $300. Get it together.

VIP Level 4 – Withdrawal Pending for Over a Week with No Transparency

I’ve been a VIP Level 4 customer at Fat Pirates Casino for some time. According to their own terms, higher VIP levels are meant to receive faster withdrawals - quicker than the standard 3–5 working days.
I requested a withdrawal of £1,000 on 27 October 2025, and as of 5 November 2025, it is still pending with no progress or updates.

On my withdrawal screen, my real balance shows £2,973.80, with the £1,000 withdrawal still listed as “processing.” It also claims that I can cancel the withdrawal by clicking the “cancel” button, I cannot, there is no cancel button. My withdrawal is locked in processing, I can not receive the £1000, nor my other winnings.

I’ve contacted my VIP manager, and live chat several times. The copy and paste and do nothing. I know their script inside out, my case is being give priority - that was 5 days ago.

For clarity:
Withdrawal requested: 27 October 2025
Status: Still pending after 9 days.
Support replies: Automated and repetitive

I will update this review if there is a change - why does Visa, Mastercard etc allow these casinos to take money instantly - and then take forever or never to pay out winnings.

Update – 11 November 2025:
I contacted Fat Pirates Casino as requested after their public reply here on Trustpilot. They promised “immediate action,” but nothing has changed. My £1,000 withdrawal from 27 October is still shown as “processing,” and I have not received any further updates or assistance from support or my VIP manager.

I’m happy to update this review if the issue is ever resolved, but at this point there’s been no visible progress despite multiple follow-ups.

Update 16th Nov – Paid in Full
After my review was posted, Fat Pirate eventually processed and paid my full withdrawal and winnings. It took longer than expected and required follow-ups, but everything has now been resolved. Thank you to those who read or marked the review as helpful.

Scamming at its best

The site is a scam won 350 pound withdrawn it said transaction was complete on 1st Oct 2025 no money went bank still waiting now after around 15 live chats saying same thing everytime but in different text 7 emails which no reply at all beware keep away !!!!

I’ve had a very disappointing…

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with FatPirate. I requested a £200 withdrawal and was told multiple times that it was being processed, only for the transaction to be cancelled without my consent. Despite several follow-ups and assurances that my funds were “secure,” the issue has still not been resolved.

Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and I haven’t received a clear answer or timeframe for when I’ll actually get my money. This experience has left me frustrated and cautious about trusting this platform again.

I strongly recommend anyone considering using FatPirate to be aware of these ongoing payment issues and lack of transparency regarding withdrawals.

Well well!! What an exsprience please everyone stay away from sites like these as you are being scamed I took a withdrawal out on 24th September 2025 it's 26th of Oct today I have not received the withdrawal into my bank I have contacted the casino multiple times and live chat email don't respond back and live chat have blocked me from contacting them any more I was talking with my bank regarding them and I found out this!! When I'm making deposits to casino it's not the normal way of how a casino receives money what thy have is wallets and different kinds of wallets my bank says looks like when you and others deposits some wallets are used for like a gift card transactions eg. Gift card for buying a phone or an item and some are for withdrawal on there side to take money from me depositing as I said scamers and there's so many of them pls leave the European casinos alone and stick with regulated sites wich are verified and can trust so when you have a issue it can be resolved with fat pirate nothing can be resolved as it's a black hole and hidden casino wich effectively is like somone who has built a casino platform and reall people think it's real and deposits money wich thy gain and in return you think you can win when all you can do is play the games at the expense of your money stay away I've let go of waiting for my funds as I know it's not cominv like my bank siad to me if it was ligit no more than 5 days of waiting you would have received and it's been over a month.

STAY CLEAR! AVOID AT ALL COST I have waited over a month and still waiting for my withdrawal with several email attempts as they blocked my chat !!! No response !!! Thank you for your response regarding the pending withdrawal of £800, which was processed on the 24th of September 2025.

While I appreciate your acknowledgment of the issue and the assurance that your team is investigating, I must express that the continued delay now exceeding three weeks is wholly unacceptable. As you are undoubtedly aware, under both your platform’s terms and applicable consumer protection laws, withdrawals must be processed in a timely and transparent manner.

To date, I have received no substantive explanation or resolution, despite multiple follow-ups. I hereby request that the full amount of £800 be remitted to my account without further delay. I also request a written explanation detailing the reason for the delay, along with evidence of the steps your team has taken to investigate and resolve this matter.

If the funds are not received within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this email, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter. This may include, but is not limited to:

Filing a formal complaint with the UK Gambling Commission (or relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction),

Initiating a chargeback or dispute through my payment provider or bank,

Seeking legal advice regarding potential breach of contract and fiduciary duty.

I trust that your company values its customers and will act promptly to resolve this matter without further delay.

Please treat this communication as a formal notice of dispute. I look forward to your immediate response and a swift resolution.

I would give a 0 star if this was an option. My withdrawal has taken 1 month so far and still not received my funds
I was told on multiple occasions that my withdrawal had been processed and would receive it within 48-60 hours.
My withdrawal was then cancelled by fatpirate where I was told they have changed processing companies and I would have to restart my withdrawal.
And now it has reached 1 month and still haven’t received the funds.

Thieves

So, it's allright to deposit thousands of pounds a day but when it comes to withdrawal, you can only withdraw 1.5 k a day, rubbish site with suspicious method of payments, money laundering comes to mind, stay clear.

Overall I like the casino

Overall I like the casino, some nice games. I won some money. Just like more people who gave a bad review the last days, I had to wait a little longer for my withdraw. Like 10 days. I began to develop a gambling addiction around 1.5 years ago and used Gamstop in an attempt to stop.
Somehow FatPirate Casino managed to get hold of my information and sent a promotional email with an offer of a joining bonus.
Before I knew it I was spending big sums of money on the site and I can probably say that I have spent a minimum of 20k on the site.
I started using credit cards to chase wins when losing and got myself into financial trouble.
I sent various emails requesting to close my account but they were ignored and further text messages/ emails which I cannot unsubscribe from kept coming through to tempt me to use the site.
One evening I won 100k on a jackpot and as you can imagine I was so happy.
Up to this point I had made withdrawals up to £2000 to my account using my IBAN and my account had been fully verified.
As soon as I won the 100k they responded about me closing my account which I told them I did not want until I had withdrawn my winnings. Then they told me account needed to be re-verified which I sent all of the relevant information for.
Eventually they told me I had to send confirmation of my E-wallet ownership including my name/ date of birth and address on. I explained that it was not possible to provide such information as ApplePay do not keep record if this and continued to email to explain that all of the ApplePay transactions were on the statements I had already sent.
It went on for months and it genuinely made me ill as I felt completely robbed.
I have asked them now to close the account and never contact me again but no doubt they will continue to harass me as they prey on people like me with addiction to gambling…

Updated: As you can see, I have now received a reply from Fatpirate asking for me to contact them to raise concerns. This is a standard procedure from them and they still don’t resolve your queries after advising you to make contact. I’ll always be 100k out of pocket which I fairly won and they denied me withdrawing.

SCAM !!!

I won €1000,- and made a withdrawal. They advertise with paying within 3-5 workdays. But they don't. It's been 3 weeks now and my €1000,- is still waiting to be processed. So it's clearly a scam. It's very simple to deposit money, and they are quick. But when THEY have to pay YOU, they stay quiet. Don't deposit money! You can win a lot of money but they won't pay out.
