Don't buy if you have a balcony or roof terrace

Unknown to me you acted as agent for Keter who only deliver to front door and claim not to be insured for entry. I would not have bought it had I known. How am I supposed to get the thing up 4 floors when it weighs so much. Has no-one heard of oof terraces and balconies?

Goods never received!

Was informed goods had been despatched but to date they haven’t been delivered! Sent e-mail to chase Order but received no response - Will not use this Company again!

** As a update FAVROS have now contacted me and are going to replace the item at no extra cost - So I accept mistakes do happen and retract my initial remarks towards them **

Not impressed when it comes to water

I wanted to purchase a wet and dry vacuum cleaner mostly to use sucking up water after being heavily mopped.

I did some intensive research into what would be the best one, with many different other brands available I saw that DeWALT is a good brand and the vacuum cleaner itself looked good so I went ahead and purchased it.

First inspection I used it to vacuum my rug and kitchen floor, the suction is so powerful that I'm impressed with what it actually brought up compared to my Hetty and Dyson.

I was impressed with the size of it where you could technically suck up a lot of rubbish, debris, wood shavings, anything really.

So eventually after a week or so of receiving it the time was to put it to the test, I have a large room that's just concrete flooring that really needed scrubbing with water so I threw aload of bleach on the floor and a quarter mop bucket of water, scrubbed it all with a brush then sucked up the remaining water with the DeWALT vacuum cleaner, it was all going really well, doing its job lovely, sucking up that water, then I put another quarter of water down just to clean up the rest of the bleach.

This is where it went wrong, first the tap at the front where you drain the water was leaking even when I put it on as tight as I could, secondly the blow function was spewing out soap bubbles, and thirdly the barrel seemed to have been leaking a little it where it sits in the plastic for where the wheels go.

I turned off the vacuum cleaner by the plug and opened it up to find that there was plenty of space where I could have shcked up at least another full bucket of water, so I just thought it'll be OK, maybe it's just the soap bubbles inside that's getting shucked up into the motor.

So I carried on and then the vacuum water kinda cut off where it stopped sucking up like it would do when there's a blockage so I decided to not carry on, drained the vacuum cleaner, sucked up a bucket of fresh water just to clean it out before drowning it and I decided that I'm not impressed, it shouldn't be leaking, it should be blowing out bubbles, so I got rid of it.

I'll give it 2 stars for having a really nice strong suction, and that it would be great in a garage, workplace setting with woodwork, or dirt etc...

Maybe ok for small spillages, but not to suck up a room full of water, especially soapy water.

I'm going to try the henry wet and dry one next and see if that's any better as I'm really disappointed.
