Faye has been my broker for a few years and always gives great advice and is knowledgeable about what is happening with lenders and the market.

She has done many remortgages for me and also my BTL mortgage through a limited company.

I highly recommend her services.

There was honestly a point where my fiance and I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to get a mortgage. Before being recommended to Faye we pretty much got turned away by two other brokers who were quite dismissive and not interested in helping us. After contacting Faye she made me feel confident that we could get a mortgage and was very helpful throughout. We had issues with the initial property we offered on, then the chain collapse which resulted in us finding another property so it has been almost 2 years of a very long and stressful process for us but Faye was helpful throughout and always gave us options. Yesterday we finally exchanged and I can honestly say the most efficient and consistent part of the process has been with Faye and we couldn't have done it without her - literally! We will definitely be using Faye when we remortgage, highly recommend and thank you for everything!
