I have been very happy with the service I have had from the beginning. The staff are always polite and helpful and my personal manager, John Fielding, has always been very upfront and honest which is exactly what I want. He is proactive and does not need me to contact him all the time and his explanations have been very incisive and thorough. He understands my preferences and works accordingly. This also applies to his handling of my wife's account too.

Great company, done well on the markets etc. Investments and pensions have done well. Great advisors also.

I give this rating because John Fielding has been there whenever contacted and gave me great knowledge and understanding and always been there whenever I have contacted with my questions.However I would not like to lose any pension funds and hope to be reassured that under the current climate the advice given is on solid ground thanks
