Helpful and Professional Advice
I have had a very positive experience dealing with Reece Jones at Flying colours. The information and advice on investments and pensions I have received has been extremely useful. Reece always takes the trouble to explain everything carefully and importantly treats you as an individual. I have annual reviews on my investments and he is always quick to come back to answer a query.
Admittedly I have had dealings with some rather unscrupulous IFAs in the past who always seemed keener to sell me a product than interested in me as a client. However my faith in IFAs has now been restored, and I would recommend Reece’s services to anyone considering advice on investments or pensions.

Good products but maybe a liitle slow
The product I purchased was a draw-down pension.Overall the service I have received has been excellent. The fees charged are among the lowest I found. The advice received has been excellent.
I have only 2 minor criticisms.
One was the failure to inform me of their change of address AND the old address was still on their forms, meaning I sent my request for a withdrawal to the wrong address,
Two is the time it can take for a withdrawal to be processed, before it is forwarded to the investment company.

Excellent support
I would have no hesitation in recommending flying colours for frank and honest support with financial advice. We received an inheritance payout and wanted to make sure we did the best with what we had, we got in touch and met with a local adviser who was excellent in presenting us with a series of options with what to do with our capital. So far the returns have been exactly what was described and our adviser is in touch frequently with updates
