The process is easy to sign up with and appears that you have many options available. All the products I've received have been of good quality and arrive in a timely manner.

Great assortment from different…

Great assortment from different agencies all over. Been a member for over a year and every month is different and great quality. Only downside is I needed a bigger coin holder capable of holding the thicker coins

All pros and 1 con

I LOVE this subscription and I look forward to it every month. If there is one downfall, it’s once the monthly subscription payment comes out on the 1st of the month, it’s almost 2 weeks before the coins and patches are shipped. I know it takes time to procure these items and that’s probably why it takes almost 2 weeks to send out, but that’s the ONLY downfall! Otherwise, I absolutely love what you do!

I started out as a VIP shipments were…

I started out as a VIP shipments were lost and not delivered. I receive my vip after I contact and show that I haven’t recieved them and now back to not receiving them. Thinking of canceling this service. Customer service hasn’t responded to my last two emails in months.

Gotten two months worth of subscription coins now as well as purchased some from the VIP shop, they’re definitely has been some slower shipping times on the purchases from the VIP shop and communication through the help link and email is a bit lackluster. But for what it’s worth in the price we’re getting the coins at there’s really nothing for anybody to complain about $45 a month three coins three patches were normally you’re buying a coin at $20-$30 apiece really leaves no room for too much complaint. Overall, so far great coins at great prices.

What more could you possibly want? Oh yeah, at a reasonable cost with upgrade options!! Why aren't you jumping on the tailboard yet??

Great product! Great customer support!

Great product and even better customer support! Had a problem where I ordered 3 coins off the shop and only one ended up coming. After messaging support with my receipt they responded quickly stating they were sending the missed coins and provided the tracking number for that package. No back and forth, no frustrating phone calls, just efficient and helpful support. Thank you Stephanie, the support employee who helped me.

The past couple of challenge coins have…been disappointing

The past couple of challenge coins have been more cartoon oriented and those just aren’t my style. I’m sure some people really like those but they aren’t like the first few I received after signing up. Considered dropping the subscription last month but wanted to see how this month turned out and it was another cartoon character.

I just wanted to share that many firehouses actually incorporate cartoon-style characters into their official company patches — including several of the coins from our very first year. It’s a tradition in the fire service that we like to celebrate, but I hear you that it’s not for everyone.

My second month I did not receive my…

My second month I did not receive my patch or coin. I received a message that shipments were delayed, but didn’t hear anything more about my order. My third shipment arrived and the patch and coin were as expected. I wish I had the opportunity to receive the missed order.

*** Update: I got a one sentence reply when I reached out to CS as suggested by their reply. “Sorry, February has been completed.” No sorry, no nothing! Their CS either is too inexperienced, they don’t care or they are too busy. I’m not sure, but I’m cancelling my membership! As a 15 year career firefighter, I don’t think this company truly represents the industry. Sorry FFCC.

Update #3: Stephanie with FDCC wrote me a very lengthy apology for the CS issue. I was offered a free month and I reinstated my membership. I wish the original CS rep could have handled this, but at least it’s handled. FYI, for anyone signing up for this service after about the 12th of the month, as I was told, the new membership gets credit for the following month. That is where the confusion started. Even though I signed up for a VIP membership, extra patch and coin, it didn’t officially start until the next month. Confusing and I hope they change this in the future.

Hey James — I just personally looked into this with our support team, and you’re absolutely right. My customer service rep dropped the ball, plain and simple. It was a mistake and definitely a lack of experience on their part, and I sincerely apologize for how it was handled.

That said, I want to make it right. You were never actually charged for the month you missed — but as a gesture of goodwill, I’ve gone ahead and made sure your next charge will be completely free. If you still decide to cancel after that, I 100% understand and respect your decision.

I’ve also got 15 years on the job, and this club was built with firefighters in mind. We care deeply about our members, and I appreciate you calling this out and holding us accountable.
