FDX Sports has both positive and negative aspects. Their products are decent, and they offer prompt replies for some issues, like exchanging sizes quickly. However, their deceptive branding (FDX Sports USA vs. England) and lack of effective customer support make them hard to trust. Shipping costs for returns can be outrageously high. Neutral experience overall.

After ordering a size too small of a pair of cycling gloves (which were delivered to me next day) I reordered a correct sized pair and returned the ones that were the wrong size . There was a delay in recieving the new ones and after having a Live Chat on their website with a gentleman called James, telling him the new pair had not arrived (it was 6 days since sending the first pair back) he apologised and said there had been minor renovations happening at FDX - he personally made sure that the new pair were sent to me that day and I recieved them the following day. He also gave me a small refund. Excellent customer care...oh, and excellent cycling gloves (my second from FDX).

Great product, would recommend sizing up. Exchange process was straight forward great customer service.

This is my second order from FSX for cycling sets, great range, price and quality. The delivery time is excellent and communication is just right, you’re kept informed without being bombarded with every possible update.

FDX proved within one communication they are totally focused on superb customer service. I had an issue with an item purchased in mid 2024. They immediately advised they would provide a replacement at no extra charge. It arrived within 24 hours! Now that is Customer Service!

I was sent the wrong colour of leggings and when I finally got a response to my return request , I was told the 'main colour was still black' as if them sending me the wrong colour was not an issue. They completely ignored my return request in this email, meaning I had to chase them down again. They eventually supplied a return address but expected me to pay the shipping. I refuse to be out of pocket for a mistake I didnt make. I will now be out of the country and unable to action any returns if they should decide to do then right thing and cover the return cost, so now I am stuck with a product I did not want, and will not use. I was not intially angry, these things happen, and it's just a pair of leggings afterall, but the lack of communication and lack of willingness to correct their mistake has left a foul taste in my mouth. I cannot comment on the quality of the product as it is still sealed in its original packaging hoping for the day it can be returned to their warehouse.
Absolutely poor form. Im so glad it was not a more expensive purchase.

Outstanding service, great products. Have used FDX for base layers in the past. They are of excellent quality generally better than brands of much higher price. Certainly more durable. Excellent fit.
This time I have bought neck warmers and udder helmet caps, super quality again.
Customer services were incredibly responsive when I had a delivery issue, sorted within hours. Highly recommended.

I can thoroughly recommend FDX Cycling gear. their after sales service is absolutely first class. I wont hesitate to buy from them again. Yusuf has been really helpful in both his support and product knowledge.

Again great customer service - muddle up with an order and replacement items were received a couple of days later! And sensibly priced good quality clothing.

I ordered the wrong cycling leggings and got in touch via the chat line. They were extremely helpful, advising which leggings to go for, and arranging an immediate exchange and postage refund. The new Thermodream leggings arrived the following day and were just what I was looking for. So, excellent, helpful and efficient service.

An item was missing from our order. We called them up and they re-sent the missing item which arrived the very next day. Excellent customer service. If we could give a 10 we would. Highly recommended. My husband is really impressed with his new winter jersey and bib tights - really good quality for the cost.

Was bought a pair of cycling trousers as a present which were the wrong size. This company sorted the return straight away and refunded the postage. No fuss and extremely efficient!

not only was my refund returned promptly without any problems the super nice chap even gave me a top notch pair of winter cycling gloves FOR FREE!!!!
Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve have ever had, they have made a customer for life from me for promoting such exceptional customer service.
Also their products are superb, I cycle/run very frequently and have purchased a number of their products and always been extremely satisfied with the quality & fit.

I had a challenge with a pair of overshoes bought from a sub-standard eBay "reseller." I had no response from the seller and approached FDX who immediately replaced them for me no questions asked. Amazing customer service and a company that takes pride in their brand.

I ordered a cycling jersey from them recently but chose the wrong size. I emailed them to arrange a replacement jersey. I received the replacement before I had returned the original . First class customer service & would recommend anyone who was considering buying from them to do so. They could teach many companies how to deal with problems. Abfab

Those company and people are absolutely fantastic ❤️ I shop around the Europe, and I never ever had a such positive shopping experience. Product Quality, Price and Service are incomparable. Please try it, you will never regret!
