I purchased 2 sizes of cycling leggings with the hope of returning the size that does not fit.

However, despite offering easy and free returns I have tried to contact the company 5 times since January, and have not received any response. The returns process asks that you email first as the package and website have no details about return addresses etc, but I am getting no response at all.

Other reviews here seem to call out how good the customer service is, which I can’t believe based on my experience!!

Update: since posting this review the company promptly responded and explained my emails had been stuck in their spam folder. The customer service team have since been prompt, professional and helpful in arranging for my refund. I’ve updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I ordered a cycling shirt on a Tuesday. Amazingly, the shirt arrived first thing on Wednesday. I loved it but it was too big so I contacted FDX Sports to discuss exchanging for a smaller shirt. The Relacement shirt arrived on Thursday morning and fits like a glove. I've never experienced customer service like that before. Thanks FDX, you'll definitely receive my custom again.

I PURCHASED A GARMENT FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDER# 1407. THE "SHOP" APP STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. COUNTLESS E-MAILS TO THIS COMPANY AND NO REPLY!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! NOTHING!!!! DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF!!!! THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANT THAT IS JUST DOING A MONEY GRAB!!!! NOBODY IS ON THE OTHER SIDE NOBODY IS THERE TO HELP. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT HAS A HUMAN CONTACT!!!! NOT SOME CARELESS SCAMMER COMPANY

Another winter uniform from this brand, In the beginning i was think ok another bad material I'm buying. Noooooo ITS AN AMAZING BRAND, GOOD MATERIAL, FIT ON YOU, MAKE WARM AND DRY AND THE GEL IS BRILLIANT.
A brilliant customer service as well, I had a issue in the first Washing and in less of 24 hours they sent me another one. They know the job

Ordered a size too small - sent an email saying I was returning the goods. They despatched the new size same day - job done

Very happy with my purchase. The wrong size was sent initially, however this was swapped out quickly, and communications were helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again.

Excellent customer service and timely remedial action for a very minor issue. Maybe all companies should take a leaf out of the FDX book of customer service.....highly recommend

I purchased two items from this store for Christmas for my son, cycling tights and cycling overshoes ,they arrrived the following day, unfortunately the tights I ordered were the wrong size, I emailed Fdx and returned the tights exchanging them for the correct size, the delivery time is extremely quick with barely 24 hours between email and delivery.

I am very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the goods and without any doubt recommend to others I will definitely re order from here.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and this company went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They were really friendly and helpful and were happy to change my item for the right size despite me admitting it was my fault, they even paid the return postage. They were very responsive to my messages and now that I have the items in the right size they seem to be of great quality,

I ordered bib shorts which were just too small and after an email to FDX they sent out a replacement item, which I received before I'd even posted the old ones back. They also waived the slightly higher price difference of the new item. Great customer service and I'll certainly return to buy from their site in future.

If all companies operated in the way FDX do, there would never be any complaints. I purchased a top for a family member for Christmas which was unfortunately too small. I mailed FDX to inform them and asked if I could replace with a different one that wasn't "slim fit". I received an answer within minutes with confirmation this was fine, they would reimburse my postage if I confirmed how much the return cost and, here's the best bit...............they wouldn't charge me the difference for the new top. Granted it was only £2 and I was more than happy to pay but this goes above and beyond in my experience. Thanks a lot FDX, will definitely purchase from you again.

I have bought sports gear (mainly cycling stuff) from FDX via Amazon and also direct from their website.

The quality of the gear has always been high and reasonably priced. You can rely on first class customer service to follow up on any queries. I highly recommend this company.

I had to return some goods for a larger size .
Whilst communicating with fdx by email, I found them to be very congenial and helpful, when I returned my products I was given a further 20% discount. 😁Due to the fact I had to wait for my products to be restocked and delivered to me.
I have to say I'm very happy with the quality products/ discounts and also the fantastic customer service.🙂

Been using FDX cycling gear for a few years now. The service is excellent, the products are really good and stand up in comparison to the more expensive names out there. Very pleased.

I've ordered several times in the past and found the cycling kit to be better value than any alternatives I've tried. Never previously had a reason to contact their Customer Services, but was pleasantly surprised when I found they were quick to respond, helpful and polite.

Good quality kit, excellent customer service. Mixup over deliveries but staff were helpful, and issue resolved to high degree of customer satisfaction

Have previously placed several orders which were delivered next day.
Most recent order suffered a delay, however the customer service team responded quickly , arranged a partial refund and the replacement items duly arrived.
The quality of the products for the price is very good too!
