Had a issue with items delivered, They was very fast to respond to my emails. The sorted my issues out with no hesitation. I will be using them again in the future.

Used these couple of times already for summer cycle bibs with cargo pockets to fit the phone in to free up rear pocket space.
Now purchased their winter biblong All day version.
Gave them a call as my size was out of stock.
They were great on the phone and sorted my request out that day and I was wearing it the next night on my gravel ride. Great quality, value and service from these guys.

I ordered some winter cycling tights and managed to give the wrong delivery address. Once notified that the delivery had gone astray, FDX processed a replacement in just a couple of days at no extra cost. Exceptional customer service - five stars

Great quality goods and exceptional customer service at all times who go out of their way to do everything they can to support their customers. Definitely will be shopping again with them!

Had gloves sent to us which were a little bit. Small also contacted them and they told me to send them back at their costs and they sent me out new ones very good service.

Every6olease avoid at all costs.

Again no way of getting anything from this company., never reply. These responses are robo responses.

"Send us customer number and we will invest clearly a standard bogus response."

Emails to FDX email get sent to some Nasrim Ahmed who is unhelpful and never actions anything.

All the negatives responses get deleted and a nasty email sent to you saying you have no proof the product is wrong or defective.

$98 gone.

They sent out a defective product. Stitching on the pad of the cycle shorts was defective. They say they will replace it then give you a tracking number. But it’s never sent. Money gone!

I’m always a bit dubious about ordering cycling gear online as it’s difficult to get the right fit. I needn’t have worried as my order came today and my bib tights fit perfectly. They are lovely quality at a reasonable price. I also ordered some gloves which are perfect. The delivery came quickly. I will certainly be using them again and I would highly recommend them.

I placed an order for a winter set a summer set, along with a few accessories. The value of the winter set is outstanding! The summer set was at an unbelievably low discount price. All items, tops and bib’s fit perfectly not the usual too much sag in the bib I’ve found elsewhere. And the quality is brilliant! First time using FDX it won’t be my last.

Disgusting company, sent back multiple items and got refunded only a fraction of what was owed. They do not send you returns label only an address. They don’t give you a return code or paperwork. I got refunded wrong items and they are now ignoring me, sent them 30 emails and just going around in circles. I would genuinely stay well clear if you have any customer service issues as they don’t have a dept to deal with it. Disgusting

The initial product was too small - ordered a new size and paid for the product again - good quality product no issues. However 2 weeks later no refund for the item returned - various emails sent - no explanation - poor customer services, poor engagement - I’m in the process of applying to my card issuer to refund my money - total lack of empathy from this company

I was very worried ordering from this site having read previous reviews, however I was very impressed with this company. The cycling jersey I ordered was excellent and the sizing was spot on to (ordered xxl and I’m a 46’ chest). Delivery was on time too. I will definitely be ordering again from this site.

Had a pulled thread on a product. Dropped them an email informing them and they replied within the hour saying they will issue a replacement

So pleased to have found FDX. The products are excellent quality, the postage is really quick and their customer service is the best I’ve experienced. Having ordered the wrong size I had a replacement the next day. Can’t rate them highly enough 👏👏

Friendly customer service and great quality gear… most deffo buying again

Nearly all of my cycling kit is FDX I like the brand and the kit is good quality for a good price.

My review today is not for the purchasing of the kit. Because we all know that any seller who wants to make money is good at getting their product out. So the selling and delivery is always good.

My review is for after sales care and customer service.
I bought a few bits of kit and with this I bought fingerless cycle gloves..
I use these every day since May this year and I noticed that some of the stitching had come apart near the thumb. This is not really unusual as most gloves give in at this point

So this morning I sent an email to FDX explaining what I've got. I didn't ask for anything, just asked if they could help me with this. I sent the Email and then made a coffee. Within 10 minutes I had a reply. The reply stated, give us your order number and we will post your replacement gloves ASAP. I sent my order number. This time in less than five minutes I was sent a follow up email stating that the gloves were in the post and would arrive in a couple days time.

No questions asked. No 'I need to see proof of damage or defect'. Although I did send a picture..

I believe that you can tell a company is worth its salt, when the customer needs something sorted, like what I had today. There is no quibble or excuses. Also how that company deals with the problem is a true testament to how reliable and good that company is.

So from this experience I would say to future purchasers. Have no fear. This company, will look out for you, when it matters.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Plus the emails are monitored, read and responded to by an actual person. Not automated or generic in there replies.

FDX keep up the good work from this simple straight forward act you now have a customer for life.

My highest recommendation. Got 2 different pairs of bibs /shorts, gillet, and a whole set for my wife +other bib shorts for her. We're both super happy with the quality of the clothes. I will be back for more.
