My first order, everything arrived within a few days. Was great. 2nd order, nothing has arrived, I tried the Royal Mail tracking number that stated they were still waiting to receive the order. I have tried contacting them via email, on online chat, on instagram and Facebook and they have not contacted me back about my order, just took my money and ran. As soon as I can I will be charging back my order, it’s a shame as I really liked everything I got in my first order. So initially gave them a 1 star. After about two months I did get an email from FDX offering me a replacement free of charge. Whilst I love the cycling clothes and I did get the replacement in the end and I do appreciate it was free of charge. Customer services could definitely keep improving.

I recently bought a pair of the Winter Cycling Gloves (medium) and unfortunately they got lost in the Post. But as soon as I contacted FDX they very kindly sent another pair which Royal Mail didn't manage to lose! Very pleased with the sizing, quality and customer service!

I had recently purchased a pair of FDX bib tights & they had become loose. I emailed FDX after the ride company. They got back to me the next day. They were so kind & helpful & even sent me another pair which I received within 3 days (weekend inbetween). I would 100% purchase from FDX sports as a beginner cyclist. The products are very affordable & high quality.

Great customer service. Really helpful. FDX were very accommodating when I needed to exchange an item for a different size in a hurry. It was hassle free. Highly recommended.

I’ve ordered a few things from FDX. The service and quality has always been great. Recently, I had a problem with some shoe covers. They were replaced quickly and hassle free.

Ordered some overshoes that were advertised as waterproof. When they arrived they clearly weren’t going to be waterproof so I emailed them. They admitted it was a mistake on their website which they would correct. They told me to send them back (at my expense) and sent me a link to some other shoes that were waterproof. The link was for a pair that said water resistant so I just asked for a refund and a refund of my postage costs. They refunded my order but not my postage. Terrible communication, as a first time customer I wouldn’t recommend or use them ever again. Use Planet X instead.

Bought a pair of bib tights which were advertised on Amazon , they are absolutely excellent , I paid about thirty pounds which at the time was sale price , they are as good as products costing three to four times the price , I have products from some of the best known firms costing several hundred pounds these longs are almost as good as the top products available , more than worth BB the price I paid .

The owner of this business sells sports uniforms and does not stand by the products. Lies and makes false claims.

Initially I was disappointed with the customer service at FDX as I returned a pair of gloves which were the wrong size (my fault.) There didn’t seem to be anyone available to answer the phone each time I called wondering where my replacement gloves were, as time passed and no communication to say if they had received the gloves back. Eventually my email was acknowledged with word of my gloves being sent and partial refund. I feel I would buy from them again.

This was the most recent purchase of fingerless gloves and I managed to order the wrong size (L) but I needed XL. They were returned and a replacement sent the same day. Great Service - Thanks FDX UK Team.

FDX Sports has both positive and negative aspects. Their products are decent, and they offer prompt replies for some issues, like exchanging sizes quickly. However, their deceptive branding (FDX Sports USA vs. England) and lack of effective customer support make them hard to trust. Shipping costs for returns can be outrageously high. Neutral experience overall.
