Opus is a Scam

I would give them zero stars because they scammed me out of over $2,000 almost 3 years ago. They no longer answer emails and the website does not work anymore. So disappointing.

This is a complete sham

This is a complete sham. I had ordered the bed 2years ago and they kept giving excuses for first 7months after which point I requested a refund. They wouldn't process my refund for another 6months. I reached out to support team and they said they have started shipping and they could reinstate my order. So far nothing, they were responding to my emails with one excuse or the other, which they have stopped doing even that for past 2 months.

At this point anyone claiming to have received an order is likely a fake review and I wouldn't trust them or this company.

Complete fraud

Complete fraud. I ordered the sound bed 4/21/25 and never received an update on a delivery date or a response from countless emails asking for an update. When asking for a refund, they responded with a check will be sent in the mail. Going on 3 months now, and haven’t received a check or any email response clarifying the tracking number or info on the refund. Still waiting on an email response. There is no other method of contact as well. Almost a year of waiting.

I ordered and paid in full $2326.30 in July 2024.i was told I would be getting it in 3month . I never got it. I asked for refund in January 2026 and was told it's being processed. I will haven't received. They blocked me from site. Wouldn't answer emails. I filed with bbb. they don't answer them. I filed fraud charges with my sheriff . So be wear,don't be fooled by them.

Please do not order this product

Please do not order this product. We ordered it in December 2023 and never received any further information on delivery, no updates, nothing. We then requested a refund since it felt fishy. We then got an email saying they couldn’t refund our card but would send a check, which later turned into a money order, which later turned into ghosting us entirely. We even attempted to dispute this with our Credit Card Company (AMEX) and no luck since the time period is way passed. We’ve attempted to reach out to the company again, and guess what? The website isn’t really working. There have been no posts on the IG either. It’s so sad that companies like this exist, and they take advantage of people. There is an apparent Facebook Group that’s attempting to file a class action lawsuit against them. Find them and take part because no one should be taken advantage like this.

Do NOT buy from Opus

Do NOT buy from Opus. If you’re thinking about it, run. There is a class action in the making for the hundreds, if not thousands of people that have been scammed out of their money from this company. I believe they started with good intentions. But somewhere along the way—not sure when—the company started going downhill and took all of us hopeful early backers with it.

Affiliates may receive faster

I will say I received my bed in only 4 months. I recalled reading that they will “strategically” ship beds.
I asked to be on the affiliate program and then received my bed.
The low score is due to what they are doing to others and the proprietary music and the customer service experience.

Get your money back

Hi all . I trust this might help you getting your money back , not all of them but 90%.

I order my bed on 6th June 2024 with a delivery date August. As all of you know the stories customer service give all of us. In September they said it will take around 60 days until my bed will be delivered as they have 1600 beds ready to be ship by sea.
November and December passed and the responses I have was we do not have any updates as when your bed will be deliver.

Now the good part how I got $1800 back today.

When I order the bed $200 went to Opus and $1800 I paid to digistore24. My payment went from my bank account to Paypal
Send digistore24 an email and they will try and contact Opus. as they will realise Opus doesn't responde it will take around 10 days for them to issue a refund as legaly they are the ones that got the money and haven't delivered the product.

I am very happy to get $1800 back out of $2000. for the other $200 I will take it with Paypal now to try and get them back.

I really hope my review will help as many people as possible as this company scammed a lot of us.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Complete scam. Ordered in Feb 2024, finally gave up on the false promises of delivery in April 2025 (yes, too long, I know) - and was promised a refund over and over until I was beyond the 90 day window of dispute from my credit card company. Now the site is gone, poof. $1400 stolen.

Scam

Same as everyone else. 2 years this company has held my money hostage. Empty promises on shipping then empty promises on my refund. Now they dont reply to emails, Website is down and if I log in to the help page thats left, I can see all my request they marked as resolved which of course they are not resolved. I have tried to report to the BBB but can not find them on there nor can I find all the info I need to register them now since their site is down. If anyone has a class action started Id love to know about it.
Definitely do not buy from this company if they ever put the site back up. 😒

Never received the product. Was promised via email delivery date several times never received the product. Asked for a refund waited one year never received a refund. Just sent another email with a quick reply saying that I am in a queue as there is high volume. I just checked the website and it looks like they’ve gone out of business. So many people share my same scenario I fear this is a scam. They took our money and are gone.

Criminals

We ordered ours in September of 2023 and, like everyone else here, they strung us along with false promises. We waited in good faith because we had built a room in our business specifically for this thing and had told clients about it. Finally we decided to look at other companies and requested a refund. They said they would be sending a check to us months ago and we haven't received anything. Until recently they were still actively promoting this thing and taking new orders despite knowing they had angry customers who had waited for years to get theirs. Now, as of today, their website has been down for a few days and I wonder if they just disappeared. We're out $2200.

I ordered my bed over a year ago and still have not received the bed , I know I sound like a parrot in these reviews it seems like everyone is having the same issue . the tracker my order link has been down since September 2025 and now when you go to the website it's gone too . horrible way to treat the holistic community , I believed in them and their product , but it seems like it turned out to be a money grabbed with only a few people actually getting the bed and those people seem like they own businesses

Don't Order From This Company!

I place an order in 2024 for an Opus Sound Bed. They could not provide updates and never delivered the sound bed. In 2025 after chasing an elusive sound bed I formally requested a refund. As of January, 2026 - no refund has been received. This is absolutely absurd. Don't work with this company.

I paid in full in August of 2024 for an Opus bed and still am waiting for the bed. I had at one point attempt to get a refund but when I did, my bank indicated that it was longer than 90 days to request a that my funds be put back in my account. Opus also gave me the run around as they have with getting the bed when I directly asked them for a refund. I don't believe I am ever going to see the $2300 some odd dollars I paid in full nor the bed--I have been completely jipped and scammed.

Refund success!

SUCCESS! I’m not sure if this will work for everyone but wanted to share my success story getting my money back! I too had ordered a sound bed months ago only to be given ship date after ship date. When I started to be demanding the Opus customer service ghosted me. And when I asked for a refund I received one response and then nothing. I noticed on my credit card that the purchase I made was from digistore24 and not Opus. Turns out that Opus sells through third party vendors and not just their own site. So I contacted digistore24. And wow, I can’t say enough nice things about digistore24! They contacted Opus multiple times on my behalf and after no response from Opus provide me the refund themselves. From start to finish it was just over a week to get a full refund through Digistire24. I know this won’t work for everyone but check who you purchased your sounded through. I thought I had bought direct but am so happy that it turns out I didn’t. Best of luck everyone!

OPUS NEVER delivered the bed after two years and promised "the refund check is being processed" for a year. I wish there was a way to let everyone considering this purchase to try their competitor. They just collect your money and DO NOT DELIVER
