It is a bluff don’t buy from here. They will take your money and you won’t get your order. I have contacted them several times and they try to find an excuse .

They claim my order have been delivered. I've emailed support and got a mail back saying i can have my money refunded or they'll send me an new order, if i respond support to confirm my address. And when i try to respond support, my mail can't even be sent. 100% scam

Since more than one month I still not have received my order.
I asked for a cash refund but despite my 4 previous emails you don't answer my request.
Your website is not serious.
That's a pity for your brand.

Be aware of this company!
I purchased some items recently and was charged for import taxes. This is contrary to the tax authorities and the law in Norway.
I have contacted the company several times to take care of this, but they do not reply.

Ordered one pair pink laces 7th May. No email confirmation. Laces arrived 15th May.
I thought it was a UK company so when I realised they were coming from Denmark I expected them to take a little longer to arrive. Laces are great.

Like many others paid to get a few pairs of pink shoe laces didn’t receive confirmation. When the date was die tried to contact support and got ignored.
The company is a scam and I will contact the bank to return my money back.

I have ordered 6 pairs of shoelaces, which I have paid through Ideal - PAY.NL So far I did not receive any confirmation of my order, or receive any product. My 2 contact requests were not answered so far. This doesn't feel good and looks like a scam.

Ordered and paid for a pair of laces on a Tuesday. Three days later I haven’t even received a confirmation e-mail stating they have received payment or are processing my order. Tried to contact customer support through their contact form on the website, another email I found, Facebook, Instagram and even called them using a number listed under contact on Instagram. All without success.
Mind you, I am not complaining about not having received my laces yet, but about the fact there seems to be no way of communicating with them, even though they took my money. Are my laces on their way? Are they not?

Not happy! Waiting for my order (223479) for 8 days now and customer service is not available/ no reaction to 2 emails. Not recommended at all, do not buy here.

Ordered laces, can't track the package, site is broken in so many places, haven't recieved anything 2 weeks later.

I received my laces one day after estimated delivery but other than that, the laces are great! I am extremely satisfied and will order from them again in the near future.

EDIT! They have now processed my refund! But should have done this at the first request! I still stand by my original statement however.... Honestly the WORST! I have never dealt with a company with such POOR customer service or ordering issues! Placed my order 25/04 sent a follow up email to find out where my order was on 12/05 was told to wait til 28/05 as it took 10-20 business days. Waited til 8/06 til I sent another email inquiring where my order was? No response. Sent another angry email this morning as I still have had nothing back nor the product I ordered back in APRIL! I guess I can kiss my money and my order goodbye! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! READ ALL THE COMMENTS about their issues FIRST!!! 2 MONTHS TO GET A PAIR OF SHOELACES???? I DON'T THINK SO!!

Update: I did receive an email reply from the company after my second email. They gave me the option of another pair of laces mailed to me or a refund. Before I decided which options I wanted, I received the item in the mail. The envelope was pretty rough so I’m guessing it got hung up on the mail somewhere. Overall, it took longer than expected to receive the laces but I’m happy with them.

I placed an order on May 2, 2020. Confirmation email said they would be delivered by 5/18 but I still haven't received them. I've sent two emails to them with no reply.
