This company is A+ in my experience. The shoelaces were high quality and the delivery was quick. The Danes got their act together!!

I got the envelope and there was nothing in the envelope and it wasn’t opened I feel scammed I paid 3.99 for nothing I even sent them multiple emails and they are not responding they say if anything is wrong with you order send them a email that they respond 2-24 hours it’s been 2 days!!!!

Never received the item and no answer when I ask for cash back ... I truly do not recommend

So, was trying to reorder 20 items value +£80 and even though their site repeatedly declined my credit card payment (over 10K cleared funds) their feetuniquie support services audaciously and obnoxiously only offered 1 item (£3.99) discount! Horribly, unwise poorly trained staff. Idiotic response forced me to shop around and behold found a much much much higher priced, but importantly, relatively infinitely better quality alternative. Feetunique lost my custom forever and ever! Don’t buy

The envelope correctly had my address but all UK addresses should have the post code either after the town on a separate line or after the country name on a separate line.

The UK postal system, like Denmark, is fully computerised and had difficulty, I am sure, in extracting the post code from where they had it.

Add to this the fact that included alongside the address they have an ‘item list’ with numbers showing and two lines below, both including numbers.

Then, at the end of the address they have a further row of 6 numbers which have nothing to do with the address.

Result: UK post office computer struggles to see the Post Code and I expect this may have resulted in the very long delay in the envelope arriving. Over 2 weeks to get here!

I have looked on line at Trust Pilot and see they have very bad comments about delivery. I suspect their method of showing addresses on envelopes may well be the cause.

Otherwise, good product nicely packaged!

I ordered one pair of laces for sneakers and they still have not arrived after 5 weeks !! Do not recommend !!

I’m in the US and although I ordered it on the April 24th, I still haven’t received my items. Very slow!!!!!!!!!

Great online shop. Sent my laces all the way to Australia and the match my shoes perfectly. Thank you very much.

This is a neat, funky new business. I bought red shoelaces for my red Keds sneakers and LOVE them. I will order more for my navy, white and black Keds. They processed my order very quickly. Give them a try!!!
