Great quality
They are good quality and they were shipped really quick which was awesome. The hardest thing for me was picking the colors. I thought it was difficult to see the true color and some of them were a different color than I expected.

All in all a very good experience
My shipment was later than initially expected but I got a personal note of apology and small gift of felted ornaments when the order came. I believe that this shows an integrity and honesty not always experienced today. Also, I had on-line help with my order and the person who helped me went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed with some workarounds that actually saved me a couple of dollars.
