The product is an awesome product and their customer service was great. (I forgot a few things in my order and they made sure it was added) This company shipped quickly. Be aware that the product is coming from overseas and must pass through customs (which is a little slow). It will probably take 10 to 14 days from the date you place your order.

Great first experience!
The felt balls I ordered came quickly and were sorted according to color (which will be helpful as I do re-orders). They also included a color chart so my second order will be even easier to place because now I can see the colors all laid out in front of me rather than just online. The felt balls were clean, odorless, beautiful and rich colors, and uniformly shaped. All of my expectations were exceeded.
