This was my first time ordering from felt ball rug USA so I was unsure of what I would get. Unfortunately my order got sent to the wrong location but how that was further handled was amazing. The company was easy to get in touch with and a response came immediately, resending my order and arriving within two days. To top it off, the product is beautifully made. I love the colors! I will definitely be ordering again.

I needed my order for an event being held today 12/13. I was told I would receive it by Monday 12/11. It actually SHIPPED Monday from Nepal and I am in Texas so it still has not been delivered. Very disappointed.
