I made my order, they called me first thing in the morning to arrange a delivery and were on time as arranged. Everything was there and all good quality. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Apart from the end of the metal post being damaged in transit, product damage wont be seen. Excellent turn around, will use again if needed in the future, highly recommend company.

Bought some fencing panels from G&G after looking at a number of suppliers. They were not the cheapest but the quality is superb.
Customer service was excellent - Grant at the Catford branch was really helpful in recommending the type of fencing materials suitable for our project. Grant (mk2) telephoned the day of my order to arrange delivery.

The WhatsApp help is probably the way to get help and advice, I sent a picture of my broken fence post and they got to me with a link for what I required, when ordered the post arrived the next day.

Great price fencing G&G was the cheapest I could find and was not disappointed at how well the fence panels were made will definitely be my first to go to for anymore.

I did make a mistake on my order was meant to get 5ft-6ft but ordered 6ft-6ft so had to cut them all down 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣

I found G&G on Google after searching for black Durapost products which are difficult to come across. G&G confirmed they were not stock items and delivered from Durapost themselves which costs £60 for a kerbside delivery. Which is expensive but what they charge however the driver actually tried to say we had to hand lift the products which were on 3 pallets! I inform him it was a kerbside delivery and his responsibility to put them on the kerbside not mine. Reluctantly the driver did this and the overall Experience seemed shambolic. G&G blamed Durapost for this but they are the sellers and have the responsible role in the matter.
To make the experience even worse when the intermediate Durapost were de stickered for installation they were anthracite grey not black which was ordered! So the customer now has black gate posts and anthracite grey intermediate fence post!
Overall this was a terrible experience and if you want durapost fence products order direct from birkdale or another trusted supplier!

From order to delivery the staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. Thanks to all and to Gavin for helping me size the order and quantity of deck boards, spot on!

What More Can I Say.

After receiving a number of quotes we decided to use G & G Fencing, their price was competitive but Darren really made the difference by visiting us to discuss what our requirements were and answering all questions. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the standard of the work is fantastic- its made a real difference to the area and is getting so many compliments. The new bow top galvanized fencing is around a public space and its really made this area a focal point.

Second time we’ve used Darren and his team. Great company to deal with from start to finish.
Turn up on time, crack on with the job and leave the place nice and tidy. No dramas. Highly, highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.
