So I've ordered twice from these guys, first time in June 2023 and second time in January 2024. I've given 4 stars because I feel they redeemed themselves after an initial problem in June 2023 (a cracked gravel board and they took longer than I would have liked to re-deliver a non-cracked version). Their "Beast" fences are TOP notch. Everyone asking me where I got them from. Ability to purchase custom sizes is also a massive plus - very impressed. I called recently to ask what fences I ordered in June last year and they tracked down my order and gave me super helpful advice. I think they could improve some of their systems (e.g. I never received email confirmations of my order, and whilst they told me the exact date of my order deliveries, I never received any texts or emails to tell me when it would arrive). I've never had a problem getting in touch over the phone though. I would also buy from them again...

Excellent products, well installed. We were especially impressed with a choice of powder coating colour. Installation was very efficient. The only reason or the lack of 5 stars was the rather long lead time from when we agreed the order.

Darren and his team have put up fencing for me over many years. His work is excellent, the materials are robust and he leaves the site clean and tidy. His prices are reasonable and he is easy to contact. I would highly recommend G & G.

Our fence looks fantastic it’s exactly what we wanted.
We were happy and relieved to finally find a fencing company who would do what we actually wanted for a fence.
We thought at first using WhatsApp to get a quote was a bit unusual but it was great. You send photos , measurements and an idea of what you’re interested in and a quote comes back. If you’re okay with it you can visit the office /yard and choose the products you like.
We knew we had chosen the right company when we met Gary he was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful.
Joel and Alfie arrived on time and did a fantastic job the finished fence has had a lot of favourable comments. We are extremely pleased with the work.

Arrived as scheduled and seriously heavy! Looks good quality, friendly service, decent price comparatively.

We ordered a garden gate from G and G. It took a while to come, but it is a beauty and very perfectly fitted. We get a kick every time we see it in situ.
Would certainly recommend this company.

After reading reviews here about this company, i was hesitant to place an order with them, but after looking at the quality of their timber online, i decided to pull the trigger and place the order anyway and i am so glad i did.

i dont understand the negative reviews, because from my experience this is one of the best companies i have had the pleasure of dealing with for a very long time

I placed my order within twenty minutes of placing the order, a fella from the company called me to let me know the day and estimated time they would be able to deliver, and apologised that it would be a week later because they were so busy, they even put a note on the order for the driver to give me a call an hour before he was arriving.

On the day of delivery the driver called and arrived about 45 mins later, he offloaded the order onto my driveway as requested and did all this with a smile, the diver was polite friendly and professional at all times.
the quality of the timber i bought was better than some of their competition for instance i decided to buy my timber decking boards from them because their boards were UC3U treated and 38mm thick and similar priced timber from their competitors was between 22m and 27mm thick and not UC3 treated so better quality at a similar price the 4x4 fence posts i purchased were UC4 treated which is exactly what i needed and again their competition was selling UC3 treated fence posts at a similar price.

So as far as i am concerned they sell better quality products at a good price, great customer service and delivery. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

A five star experience from start to finish. Once I had placed my order, I received a telephone call from a really helpful lady. The delivery was on time and the driver was friendly and unloaded my fence panels, posts and gravel boards with me to the place that I wanted them put. The panels, posts and gravel boards look so much better quality than my neighbour's! Thanks G&G!

I had a great experience. I ordered online and then a day later I got a call to organise delivery and it came in the morning of delivery date.
Ordered trellises, they came in good condition and the delivery guy even helped me carry them into the garden. I was really worried after reading other reviews here so I just wanted to share my good experience as these suppliers are cheaper than the big chains.

Fence and gate fitted. First class service from start to finish at a very competitive rate. Well made product and fitted when said. Nice company to work with.

Generally a very unprofessional company to deal with. These guys will hound you for the order and once they have taken your money, customer service doesn’t exist.

Took the full cost of order
Then emailed to say they did not deliver to my area.

Hopefully I will get my refund...

BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER I MADE IT CLEAR THAT I MIGHT BE OVER ORDERING AS IM NO PRO AT PUTTING UP A FENCE OR PUTTING DOWN SLEEPERS.

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THESE GUYS ROUGHLY SPENDING £700, DELIVERY CAME 2 DAYS LATER, NOW I HAVE 4 SLEEPERS TO RETURN & 7 METPOST BOLT DOWN SUPPORTS, ALL COMES TO £304.

I WISH I WOULD OF WENT TO A PROPER COMPANY

Terrible quality.
For one week open big gaps.
I do not recommend it.
Stay far away from this company.
Customer service is terrible as well.
When I call in the office to explain about that they say to me “bring back”.
And when I say I will write negative feedback.
Answer was:I DON'T CARE.
Scam company

Can honestly say that the fence panels we ordered are amazing. Good quality made to order, solid panels.

However, on the day of our delivery, I was told morning, nothing had arrived by 2pm, so I called. Was told a driver not turned up so being reorganized and would get it soon. 6:30pm he turned up ON HIS WAY HOME!!!! No updates, nothing. They had my telephone number but didn't keep me updated. Not happy.

Goods fab, customer service not so great

Very pleased - good quality fence panels delivered on the agreed date - whats not to like. Pleasant delivery driver too.
