It’s been almost a month since I made my order,the status is saying delivered! I haven’t received my order! Fenom are saying it’s still in transit? I just want a refund as this has been very frustrating, and they are just fobbing me off. I will never order from them again!

Ordered three items, quality is terrible for the cost. Feels really cheap, should cost a third of what I paid. I wish I’d searched for reviews before I ordered. Not even going to bother sending them back given everyone says you don’t get the money back. I should have reviewed their returns policy, but as they have London in the name though they were based in the UK. Delivery time was ridiculous, which they don’t tell you until after you’ve paid for your order. Absolute scam

Avoid this company do not order anything they have on their website that you return items for a full refund, well it’s a complete lie they are refusing to give me my money back saying keep the items and they will offer me 50% off my next order. I refused this offer, then offered me 10% refund which I refused, offered 20% refund again refused. They don’t want me to send the items back for to increasing the ozone layer !!!! Really !!! Still now trying to request their address do as I can have a full refund. Spent over £55 with them not happy as you can imagine.

Nothing like the product in the picture, looks like a fake, would not let me return goods or get refund, utter Scam, AVOID at all costs.
They use different names but are the same company. One to Avoid `Sir Lewis London`, I didn`t know London was in China .

As everyone else has stated do not order from here! I have basically wasted £70! And been offered £7.20! The dress is nothing like the website it’s vile. The website needs shutting down just taking money off people
It’s disgusting! The website should NOT be called fenom-LONDON. This just confuses people! My dress even showed up with a rip/tare down the back so I can’t even sell

Do NOT be fooled by the name of this company - Fenom LONDON - they have no links with London whatsoever. They apparently have one 'department store' they work with in China and all returns have to go to them.

Ordered three dresses - poor quality fabric, cheap and nasty. Emailed for a return - was offered a voucher for 50% of my order total or 50% off my next order (neither of which I wanted as the dresses are of less than poor quality and I definitely wont be ordering anything else from here) - I was also told I could keep the dresses and pass them on to someone special who would love them !!!!! I said no, I wanted a refund. I was then offered a 10% credit to my original payment card and again to keep the dresses (stating ecological reasons - emissions from returning them !!). I said no again and am now awaiting a returns form.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

bad quality of the articles, unsuccessful copying and very difficult delivery (already after I returned from holiday)

I begrudge giving this a one star shocking dress wrong colour sent. quality poor I could probably made better one myself customer services shocking can’t send back TO CHINA OFFERED off 10% off the price. Luckily it was in the sale and I didn’t pay for price because then angry

These dresses are disgusting ! They are cheap copies from other websites, I have ordered 5 dresses for a cruise holiday and omg I wouldn’t even hang them in my wardrobe they are shocking!! I waited over a month for them to arrive and my heart sank when I received the screwed up plastic package !! They have sent the wrong dress , then offer you 50% off a future order to avoid the hassle of returns their words exactly and a suggestion that you can keep the items and gift them to someone special what a joke ! Then they tell you to make sure that you return them and make sure you don’t send anything over the value of £40 or customs will seize them and they won’t be able to refund you surprise surprise!! My order value was £174 and to return them to CHINA not London costs £22 so they rip you off again ! They wouldn’t get 1 Star from me ! Just wish I’d seen the reviews before don’t be fooled by their very convincing website it’s an absolute SCAM 😡

I wish I’d come on here before ordering!!!! The item I ordered was a disgrace. The images on the website were nothing like what arrived (in a disheveled blue plastic bag) It was cheap and nasty. I requested a return, apparently they only have one returns centre in CHINA but assured me they care about the environment and plant trees for every 3 orders. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I don’t want to keep the dress in my home because it’s a fire hazard due to the material but I hope I can save another girl for the torment of buying clothes from this ‘company’

STAY CLEAR IF THIS COMPANY-
purchased 2 dresses , tried to cancel day after purchase but they wouldn’t cancel and said items were already shipped but I could return when received , took ages for delivery then only 1 dress arrived . Contacted Fenom was told I can’t have a refund and not refunded for missing dress either . £100 down the drain

They advertise london being the location, it’s not it’s China the quality is poor and an absolute rip off ! Better off going to shein or temu!!
They have a zero return policy they ask for the costs of the return to be covered even though they send the incorrect items. I ordered a dress for a wedding waited 2 weeks for this dress and it wasn’t the correct one nothing like the picture and no apology was given nothing! Disgusting!! They rip off the vulnerable especially the cost they charge !

I wish I'd seen the reviews here before purchasing two items. It's an awful company, who, like others have mentioned, are a scam. Their returns policy isn't good at all and nothing on their website warns you that you'd need to return goods to China and pay a lot for the shipping!

Don't bother!

Avoid. Quality is dreadful. They are difficult to return and the time it took to receive the order meant I didn’t get it before holiday.

Ordered 3 dresses, got one which is totally not like the picture, no tags, poorly made and as their based in china going to cost £22 to send back not worth as I doubt they will even refund me, still not got the other 2 dresses so £148 down this far, time to talk to my credit card company, they say Fenom London but it’s a Chinese company and clearly a total scam do not bother wish I had seen the reviews! Avoid at all costs

This company are not based in the Uk.
They are in China.
Ordered the red ruffle dress , poor poor quality, not the same dress as stated on their website .

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They make out as though they are a UK company. Items come from China, take ages and all 3 items arrived separately.
They state they have a refund policy, however when I requested a refund (for items useless to me because they are too small), they tried to offer that I keep the dresses and have a 50% discount on a future purchase or a gift card for 50% of the value of the items! Not acceptable.

Avoid, company from China and costs a fortune to return. Quality is not as it seems.
