Awful company DO NOT BUY
I ordered 3 dresses. They took around 3 weeks to come. They looked nothing like the dresses on the website. One was a completely different colour. The quality was cheap and awful even though they were £50ish each. I then emailed asking for a refund I took photos of the dresses and they replied basically saying theres nothing wrong with them. I emailed twice asking for a refund and they ignored me. I then email again and they just sent me £30 in my account even though I had spent £150 and I will never wear the dresses

Do not buy from this company.
Awful quality and nothing like advertised
Again same problem they won’t refund any money and refusing to let me return item. They are constantly trying to negotiate by suggesting a refund of 10%, then 20% and now offering me to choose another item for free!

DO NOT BUY! I’ve asked several times to return my parcel offered discount which I don’t want they are useless to me, I ordered the same dress in 3 colours in 2 sizes for a wedding so 6 dresses over £200 for a wedding, it’s misleading fenom london when it’s from china, poor poor customer service. I’m yet to see if they will send a returns address and by the sounds of the reviews now reading them it’s going to get stuck at customs.

I can’t believe this company is even still in business, given how utterly unprofessional and deceitful they are. My experience with Fenom London has been nothing short of a nightmare, from the substandard quality of their products to the shocking level of customer service they provide.

Refund Policy? Apparently, It Doesn’t Exist!

Before placing my order, I thoroughly read their refund policy, which clearly stated I was entitled to a full refund based on their shipping and return guidelines. However, when I tried to return my items, they flat-out refused to honor their own policy. Instead of issuing the full refund I was promised, they argued with me over email, ignoring the fact that I was well within my rights as per their stated terms.

But it gets worse – without my consent, they issued a partial refund of £11, which is only 20% of my order. I never requested this partial refund, and when I pointed out their mistake, they responded by saying that since the refund had already been issued, there was “nothing more they could do.” How convenient for them! Their actions are shady and unethical, and they have completely ignored the policy that was in place when I made my purchase.

Worst Quality Clothing Imaginable

As for the clothes themselves, they are without question the worst quality I’ve ever encountered. The fabrics feel cheap, the stitching is poor, and nothing looks remotely like the photos on their website. I was appalled by how flimsy and badly made everything was. It’s clear they care little about providing quality products and are only interested in taking your money.

Atrocious Customer Service

Dealing with their customer service has been a lesson in frustration. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns, they’ve spent more time arguing and making excuses. It’s incredible how much effort they put into avoiding responsibility instead of resolving the issue professionally. Their attitude throughout this entire process has been dismissive and unhelpful. They seem more interested in ripping off their customers than offering any kind of decent service.

How Is This Company Still Running?

The lack of professionalism at Fenom London is mind-boggling. I’m genuinely shocked that this company is still operating. The way they handle customer issues is completely out of this world. They’ve proven time and again that they have no respect for their customers or the basic principles of honesty and transparency in business.

Do yourself a favor: stay far away from Fenom London. The poor quality of their clothes and their disgraceful customer service isn’t worth a single penny. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Poor quality, refuse to refund - refuse to provide returns address will only offer voucher for 50% of cost. I ordered 9 dresses as bridesmaid dresses so £400 I spent and they were nothing like the picture. Sizes were also totally off with each dress. Awful customer service avoid this company, says London but it’s all in china I specially wanted a Uk company so it’s misleading on all fronts

Avoid company at all costs - I ordered 5 dresses to have options for an upcoming wedding as I know sizing can be different at different brands. The dresses arrived too late, I unfortunately didn't check reviews to see where they would be arriving from. I requested a return as the dresses had arrived too late and due to being poor quality were unfit for purpose. I have been told that the dresses arriving late are not at the fault of Fenom London and therefore they will not process a return request. I am now out of pocket £172 and left with 5 dresses of incredibly poor quality that I cannot do anything with. I am really disappointed with my experience of customer service with this company and would urge anyone not to buy from here.

SCAMMERS!! AVOID!! Taken Money but not delivered the goods - no response when emailing until a month later once reporting the site was mentioned, to then be told they cannot process refunds!!! If they can take money - they can give it back if the order has not completed, but NO! STAY AWAY - THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED AS A SCAM SITE.

Dress was poor quality, asked to return item and was then repeatedly ignored and told I can keep the item and have a discount on their website instead of a refund?! Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY from this website you won’t be able to return anything once you do.

Misleading information on refund policies. It is illegal what they are doing based on the gov.uk website.

Ordered 2 dresses, took so long to come and quality is bad! Emailed to return them and they won't give me the return address went from offering 10% for me to keep the dresses to 25% now there saying they can't accept a return or process s refund! £75 down the drain I wouldn't even be able to sell the dresses on for £5 there that rubbish!

Terrible company ordered two dresses one was out of stock but they will not give me a refund for the dress they can't supply they say i have to pick something else. i have reported them to trading standards - has anyone managed to find an address for them ? I am not having any luck -

Refused to accept a return, wouldn’t give me return address, kept ignoring the request and just kept offering me gift cards and new dresses? Just want a refund! Delivery took ages and dresses looked cheap. Do not shop here

I ordered two dresses for my friends wedding. They arrived after the wedding and I emailed to request a return and I was declined.

I was then offered to keep the dresses and they would refund me 10% of my order. When I declined this I was offered 20% refund and then an item for free from their website. Again I declined.

Eventually I was sent a return form with strict instructions and warned if these were not followed my items may be seized by customs or I would not receive my refund. I priced a return with Royal Mail and it was £37.50. I decided to keep the dresses as I did not feel assured I would ever receive a refund and I wasn’t about to lose further money. I emailed the company again and they have refunded me 20% of my order.

Like other people said this website leads you to believe it is a London based company but it is in china. The quality of the dresses is unbelievably poor. I’d ordered a champagne coloured dress and it was Barbie pink. I also ordered and orange dress and it was brown.

Avoid buying from here unless you want poor quality clothing and be scammed of your money!

Thought it was a UK based company but it’s from China . The dresses arrived too late for my wedding . Trying to return and get a refund but they say keep the dresses and get half price off your next order !! The dresses came too late I want a refund !!! After reading all these terrible reviews I will keep them and give them away as I will never get a refund.

STAY CLEAR, it is not like me at all not to check the reviews. I seen it advertised on tiktok and then it took me to their website which looked legit. Trick you into thinking they are based in London. The dress is nothing like in the picture and if it caught fire I would be up in smoke as the material is synthetic and not chiffon. It is horrendous, I have lost £50, not sure how they are getting away with it! This is part of there returns policy.... they plant trees!!!
Enclosed is the return form, as we only have one warehouse in the world, we can only process returns through there. Returning to another address may result in destruction of your package and will not suffice for a refund on your order.

If that is not an option for you, we also offer the following: Since we prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2) emissions, you can then just keep your items and do not have to return anything. (For every 3 orders we plant a tree in the world).
