Horrendous experience, please do yourself a favour and avoid dealing with these scammers.
Like so many other customers I naively thought I was dealing with a London based company- furious for being such an idiot.
Spent £175 and received clothes that were beyond poor quality and did not resemble the advertised items, as for the sizing, assume a 12 could be a size 8 or 16, take your pick!
As for the returns process, I haven’t quite surrendered but determination is required to extract an address from their ‘London’ office. The actual address is utterly laughable, 2nd lift, at the back, on the right hand side, 3rd floor etc absolute joke.
Having spent a further £30 to return these items, they have been sitting with customs for 6 weeks pending consideration.
Avoid dealing with this firm at all costs.

Absolutely appalling . Dress is nothing like dress shown. Awful fit fabric awful stitching terrible and even stitches in the middle of the fabric . Ridiculously slow delivery and it smells . No chance of refund . Should not be allowed absolute scam .

It is impossible to get any contact from this company for any returns. The quality of the clothes is pathetic.

After seeing the dress on TikTok i thought yes ill order from FENOM LONDON. Absolutely appalled not even a London company and the dress is from China. picked my size and its way to small, and poor quality £37.00 down the drain. Not a chance of returns as it goes to China. oh but don't worry keep the dress and we will give you a 50% gift card for your next order.

Do not buy from this company! States its a London Boutique but its from China. Quality is awful and returns process a scam. Look up trustpilot reviews for Naomari Melbourne, same company and chinese return dress and it appears this website was started before Fenom. Evidence on there that people who have tried sending back clothes for a refund have not been successful!!

Ordered two dresses which I received one. Quality is pathetic and not what they advertised on their website. Don’t pay for returns either have to fill out form. Based ion China and advertise as a London Based. Absolute con and false advertising. Disgusting that they get away with treating customers like this. Money down the drain. I’m so angry. Avoid avoid avoid.

Shocking! I wish I read these reviews first! Ordered a dress, looked amazing in the photos, took forever to arrive and came after the event I wanted it for! Thought it was coming from London!! No China!! Emailed 3 times wanting to return it for a refund…No reply!! AVOID!!!

Massive con!! Same as all the other reviews! Total crap. They don’t want you to return anything and offered me 20% refund of my original order cost… that I can keep the items and gift them?! I wouldn’t gift them to my worst enemy.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely ripping people off ! Poor quality

The company is based out of China. I purchased dresses well over £100. After 2 weeks with no updates I chased and found out they are stuck somewhere in transit between China and UK. Absolute scam to promote it as London based company.

Sent me the wrong item, stating I have to pay to return it to China.
Then messing me around refusing to send me the returns address despite asking 3 times.

If I could give 0 I would the dress came absolute heap rubbish costing me £14 to send back and can take up to 60 days for a refund they’re a con stay away they’re based in china not London cheap crap

Same story as previous reviews. Want to return dress but some rubbish about me paying for return, they will plant trees, blah blah blah, something about China - absolutely shocking!

I await with baited breath for a returns address.......

I received the wrong order and was expected to pay to return item to China. The quality of the clothing is utter rubbish and not what they show in the photos, no better than Shein, scam !!

Absolutely disgusting dresses..ordered two for a wedding as looked really elegant on the model..full of static, cheap material, very poor and did not fit at all. I'm a size 12.
When I asked to return, i got a message asking me to take photos with description upload to an email for them tk decide. Never heard anything like it. Appaling lost £70. Do not go near them!!!

I always check reviews but I dropped the ball.

Wow! Delivery was long, 3 weeks maybe.

Quality is abysmal. The top has gone straight in the bin, I might get away with the skirt on the beach but it’s touch and go!

Done do it! Buy elsewhere!

This is not a uk company, it’s from China which is fine but is poor quality.

stay away from this company. totally fraudulent. You are believe you are buying from the UK. They goods then arrive from china later than expected or never turn up. quality is poor and nothing like they have advertised on their website. computer generated photos that are not genuine. wish I had research reviews before wasting my money. returns are not free and want goods shipped back to china even though parcels have a UK returns address. then they tell you will not get full refund as they will charge you the customs charge to send back the goods. only offer 50% money back. stay clear. companies like this should not be granted a UK privilege of trade. these type of companies need stopped.

This is a scam. I ordered goods that are cheap and nasty. Nothing like the pics. Return to China was expensive and for our cost. DONT BUY!!!!!

Totally fraudulent company selling copies of gowns that look nothing like them and then insist you return them to China. They make out they are based in Italy aswell.

The clothes are absolutely awful and look nothing like they do on the website! Their customer service is appalling they are out to just take your money.

They should make it obvious that if you return it it’s to China but use the name Fenom London to make you think it’s in this country. Refunds for items that are not as shown on the website should be free.

Do not buy anything from them!
