Really terrible customer service. They claim to be trying to make everything as easy as possible for returning but after sending the dress back due to it being such poor quality and nothing like the photo on the website, the company have said they did not receive my return and are refusing to refund even with proof of postage.

Awful customer service, there is no hassle free returns or happiness guaranteed as detailed on their site.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They’ve somehow sent my parcel 150 miles from the delivery address, I have the tracking information as proof! They are insisting I fill out a form to say it’s been lost but won’t provide a form that can be filled in and won’t help me further. A absolute scam of a company and Emma couldn’t read an email properly if her life depended on it.

Absolute appalling service. Have tried to return a dress of which the sizing is completely different t than stated, the fabric is see through and the photos of the website are a complete misrepresentation of what was sent. Every time I ask for the address to send it back to, I am met with yet another request to show them.
As per your returns policy, I want my money back

If it could be 0 stars, it would be. I made an order from the website, dresses looked lovely and cost implied good quality. The items that arrived were not the items on the website, I emailed about having the wrong item and the poor quality and was given limited options with no solution to provide the correct items. I didn't want to keep the dresses as they are unwearable and had to spend £25 shipping this to China. It's now been nearly 2 months and I have not received my refund. Stay away from this site!

This company is based in China.! Don't be fooled by the name… we ordered 5 dresses for £212… the order arrived 28 days after it was placed…

I had to cover the cost of the return, which was £24.50. Now my parcel is stuck in China Customs, and Fenon London has been unresponsive.… no help. I recommend that you save your money and steer clear of this company.

Absolute joke of a company! Please do not order! They call themselves fenom London but are not based in the UK. Order took weeks to arrive, the quality of the dress was awful so I informed them that I’d like to return the order as per their website which states to email them within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund. After sending 4 emails they finally answered to say they have changed their policy and they don’t accept returns but would offer me a 10% refund. They are very sarcastic and unprofessional in their response and I wish them every failure in the future. Please don’t order they are a scam!

Fenom London are scammers who located in China not in London. On bank account they appear as Fenom Melbourn. They will never return your money back.

The quality is extremely bad. Dresses are see through and material would tear easily as doesn't look fresh.

Firstly , wouldn’t even recommend a one star … but it won’t let me leave blank. Quality and colour absolutely awful. I would try and send back but reading from the past reviews it’s more hassle that it’s worth and I’d probably get more back from an eBay re sell.. Took absolute ages to come from when I placed the order , I wonder their comments are off on Facebook. Avoid disappointment so not order.

Refund not available, I purchased two dresses mid August that I was going to wear at a wedding mid September, they arrived 1st of October. And I can’t even refund them. Hope you rot in hell

These guys are complete scammers. I ordered a dress, which when delivered I saw was not as advertised - it looked nothing like the photo aside from the colour and the quality was awful. I contacted fenom about a return, they asked for photos and a reason which I returned promptly, they then sent another email saying to fill out a returns form (which was not attached to the email). I have chased for this to then receive a response saying they will offer 10% of my money back if I keep it and suggested I gift it to a friend or family member!? Why would I gift something of terrible quality!? I again confirmed I just want my refund and the company are now ignoring me despite follow up emails. Avoid!

Awful quality, not as advertised, tried to get a refund but was only offered 20% of what I'd paid. I'm furious..Do not buy from this awful company. I'll be contacting my bank as its fraud

Dress was massive for my mrs.. They won't accept a refund and offered either 50% off next purchase.

AND THEN, offered 10% cash back and just told us "to give the dress to someone else"

Clothing arrived however, the sizing was terrible and was awful quality.
I followed the returns procedure online but this was terrible service. I was offered many different options before they finally gave me a return address. They asked me to put the return value below £15 otherwise it wouldn’t get through customs.
I went to my bank who confirmed not to send anything to them and file a claim through my credit card. Luckily my bank was able to refund the money I lost.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Products come from China which isn’t an issue in itself but the quality of the clothes are appalling.
26 days for a delivery and then 10 days arguing about sending a return back, offering a discount on future purchase in stead which the do anyway.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL.

Avoid! Ordered two dresses off the website thinking it was a UK company - then saw the tracking realised it was coming from China - items arrived poor poor quality and different to the pictures , emailed customer service to return for a refund when they said they arnt accepting returns as they get “lost” - offered me 10% refund I refused then offered me 20% I refused again then offered me 30% which I refused again - reported it to my bank and got my money back that way.

unhonest company, please never buy anything from them , item cannot be return , extremely poor quality and item looks completely different from what is presented on their website. their clothes are from China!!!!!!

Extremely Poor quality and every request to return is met with an offer of 10% off. I am now left using my legal insurance to take the matter further out of principle. It is unethical to sell sub standard goods and not accept refunds
