I have to leave a star becasue I have no choice. Trust pilot reviews were fake. The order took ages. I had partially read the return policy and thought I was buying from a London site; it's not. So mad that I didn't do more research on this. Dont waste your money, as the reviews say cheap fabric sizes are wrong. You have to pay for the order to be shipped to China. Im only putting a review on here to add to the compliments and hopefully something can be done against these con sites.

Scam! Wish had done some research before ordering - comes from China and looks nothing like the pictures, awful quality also. No way of returning so I have now emailed and they are trying to offer alternatives such as a discount for my next order. No thanks! Would not trust again and from what I am hearing would cost me £15 to return anyway..

I ordered two sizes of the same dress, thinking returning one would be easy. I couldn’t have been more wrong! When I emailed for a return, they asked for photos and videos of "damage." I explained there was no damage, just that the size was wrong, but they insisted on photos to “prove” the fit issue. So, I sent them.

A day later, they offered me a 15% voucher on my next purchase but told me to keep the dress, saying it was "better for the environment." Essentially, I was stuck with a dress I didn’t need, plus the quality wasn’t great—okay for the price, but still disappointing. I’ll never buy from this company again. Avoid!

Recently ordered a dress at £50…they’ve since emailed me to say the dress is out of stock and not sure when it’ll be back in. So instead of negotiating with me to see if I’d like a refund or gift card, they’ve taken it upon themselves to assume a gift card is a sufficient means of refunding my money! When I’ve explained I don’t want a gift card, would like my money back, I’ve been told they cannot cancel the gift card!

Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards are now in the picture. I’m sick of these con-artists thinking they can steal everyone’s money.

STAY AWAY…DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!

They’ve even copied and pasted a 4/5 Trustpilot rating onto their websites to make them look like genuine, reliable retailers!

I have been blocked from all social media sites of theirs as I’ve complained publicly and they obviously don’t like that!

Terrible quality and returning items made almost impossible.

The product was terrible quality, very see through and ill fitting. Items came from China and took ages to arrive.

Requested a return via email as there isn't a transparent returns policy online. The customer service team tried everything to stall and request additional information in order for my request to fall outside of the returns period.

Yet to be told how to return despite requesting this for the past few weeks. I will also have to pay lots for returning and sending back to China.

Very disappointed and embarrassed that I even shopped here.

DO NOT ORDER! The photos are not real, nor do the clothes look like advertised. Crisp packets is the only way I can describe the quality. How this website continues to run with their fake photos and reviews I don’t know. But please do not order from here. It’s posted from China and takes 4 weeks. Not that that matters as you would never wear the clothes they send you.

This shop is a scammer, I bought a dress for £45 and the dress was so bad quality the size of the bottom of the dress was a M but the top (crop) was L.
I asked for a refund they told me that I had to send the dress to China but I had to pay the transport and pay the customs fees.
Or I had the option of 60% gift card that is £27 and you could stay with a dress that is rubbish.
Do not buy from the site it all fake.

Horrid, dress was poor quality and not to size, made me feel horrendous when I am a fabulous curvy 10! They wanted me to send a 60 second video of myself in the dress before they would refund me, not a chance.
Long and short they only offer 10% refund, so I’ve donated the dress to charity.

This site came up on my Instagram when I saw a suade coat for autumn I loved! After visiting fenom London site and understanding it had 5 star reviews on their website I ordered straight away as the cost was listed as selling fast on it a few available. I purchased this coat
In which I waited 3 weeks for it to arrive, I sent a few emails in this time as there was no tracking or updates. In one of the emails I jokingly replied is this coming from china or something. In which to my surprise it actually was after researching now!
I sent an email to ask to return in which they ask 101 questions before they will then offer you to keep the item and take 10% back what a joke. You also have to cover costs to send the item back which will sometimes cost
More than the item you’ve brought
So you’re out of pocket! I just want my £60 and I am not impressed I could have just gone on SHEIN! This website is a con and needs investigation and shutting down asap! As I can see recently past week or so there’s a lot of other similar reviews to mine. Someone please help with this!

Unfair service why claim London when there from china

Trustpilot, they have copied your branding and claim to be rated 5 stars with over 1,000 reviews. When I click on the 'verified reviews' nothing happens.
Unfortunately, I already spent £80 with them, and it arrived 2 weeks after purchasing and the quality is terrible. The fabric is shiny despite looking Matt in the photos. The seams are already coming undone. I also had no idea it was being shipped from China and feel awful about the airfare.
It honestly feels like a scam and their customer service are robots over email. Avoid!

Placed an ordered on the 28/09/24 arrived on the 16/10/24. Was very excited to open the parcel until the dress that I received looked nothing like the picture. The quality of the material was Cheap and poor (like a child’s dress up outfit). Never the less was very disappointed. Asked to place a return on the same day I received the outfit. This is where it gets difficult! The first response was two options - return at your own cost or “Instead of returning the products and incurring return costs, we'd like to offer you a special deal. You can keep the products, and as a token of appreciation for your purchase, you'll receive an attractive refund of 10% of the purchase price! This means you can not only enjoy the items you've chosen but also receive a great discount.”. Fair to say I wasn’t too happy after just spending just under £50 for a dress that was discounted from just under £80.

I then had to email them again after going back and forth they emailed me just yesterday stating the following “However, we’d also love to offer you a 60% gift card, which you can use towards your next purchase, should you wish to keep the item instead.” I’m not sure they got the idea of me not wanting to order anything again from here. Very disappointed with the retuens process it was a massive mess!

Wish I read the reviews first! Never ordering from them again. Had to pay £22 to get it returned to China.

Don’t do that what I did and order from here - stay clear!!!

Not even worth 1 star. Terrible service, terrible quality and terrible sizing.

Waited far longer than anticipated for parcel, when it arrived quality was awful and sizing a joke. Can return at the cost of £15!!!!! Or accept a 60% refund in form of a voucher to spend online. Why would I want to risk and buy more from there?

Dont buy from this company. Cant even seem to do a simple return. They Keep asking for pictures. Emma is a automated reply as far as i can tell. They promote nice dresses but reality is horrible quality and not how the dress was advertised.
I spent over £100 and cant even get my money back.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I tried to send an item back but they wouldn’t let me. The quality is shocking as it’s clearly come from china. They sent me another item to compensate which was also terrible considering it costs £38. I will NEVER buy from here again!!!!!
