I placed an order over for £400 buying several dresses to wear 1 at a wedding, with the intention of returning them for a refund believing this was a Uk company, once I realised I still wanted to return at my own cost, I requested a refund several times to go round in circles but no return address given, I contacted my credit card & raised a dispute, it took about 2 months but I have been refunded in full now from my CC not Fenom London! Do not use!!

DO NOT USE! SCAMMERS! They will not refund you!
They will keep all your money and then block your email address so you are unable to contact them.

Sent item back on the 13th December sent emails to chase up refund still as yet had no correspondence back from them I guess I had better kiss good bye to £50+ saddens me that these companies are allowed to keep your hard earned money just like that!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! they are a complete scam. The dress is broken, I have reached out for a refund, and since I sent evidence of the dress being broken, they have not replied to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Didn't even want to give them a star rating this company is awful sent item back due to being faulty, yet still chasing for a refund. Item has been returned by Royal Mail which we have confirmed yet still refusing to refund £50 for a substandard dress, not fit for purpose

Ordered 2 dresses from Fenom 'LONDON' - the items are not from a shop in London.....shock!!! It cost me £25 to return them to China which I did on 25th September. They have been sat at the China sorting office all this time and I have just had the dresses sent back to me so I am now back to square one with 2 dresses and wanting a refund. I followed the refund process to the dot so I don't know why the China sorting office sent them back to me. Absolute waste of money!

Do not buy from Fenom!!! The item received was the strangest shape - wouldn’t have fit any adult human body - and, despite everything on the website implying it’s a London-based company, I have had to post the item back to China, which cost £22.50!!! DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE! Avoid avoid avoid!!

Ordered a dress 6 weeks ago still haven’t received every time I email them I get that same automated message that they can reassure me that my order is on the way!! I needed the dress 4 weeks ago

I ordered two dresses from this site for £49 each. I didn't realise that it wasn't a UK company when ordering (so that's on me!). Both were of poor quality fabric and the sizes they provided weren't correct. As I had spent nearly £100 I decided to pay the Royal Mail fee and customs charge of £24.50. I sent the items back on 6 November. As at 29 December, I have not received any refund and Chinese customs are awaiting payment from Fenom (I have paid the charges so not sure what has happened there either). If the dresses were cheaper (like temu or shein) you don't mind taking a chance but these were too expensive for the quality and poor fit

DO NOT use this company, they are complete scammers! Ordered from Fenom LONDON however the items get sent from China! The dress took over 4 weeks to arrive in which I no longer needed the dress & also the dress was nothing like the one I ordered (very poorly & cheaply made)….. I started a return which was a nightmare in its-self! Had to chase up as I didn’t receive my refund to be told by ‘AI Emma’ that I will not be receiving a refund as I haven’t sent them a valid tracking number……(which when wanting to send the item back they just give you a returns address (to China) & don’t state for it to get it tracked) however I have sent this numerous times along with the receipt with all details of the return on!

Avoid this company at all costs. There should be a 0 rating and with all the reviews on there someone really should be able to shut them down as it’s completely unfair on everyone getting scammed. I paid £56.00 for the “pound land dress” that cost me £20 to return and now they aren’t process my return because I couldn’t give them a tracking number. So all in all have spend nearly £70 on a dress that’s probably worth £2.99 in material that I don’t even have.

Took 4 weeks to arrive although Royal Mail told me they will have received the item back after 8 days of me posting. So it’s all horse shite

Bad quality dress, late , emails automated. Address on package for the UK, when asked if this was correct was sent a message saying no its in China u have to return, they gave me the return form , it's gonna cost 23 quid takes the piddle, don't go near this site.

Took weeks for the delivery to come. Product was poor, cheap quality and the advertising on Instagram which led me to buy it was completely misrepresentative of the actual product. They don't make clear up front that if you want a return you have to self pay to send the item back to China. Ridiculous.

I am furious that I did not read these prior to ordering, you do not get what you ordered, size curve is all wrong, nothing like the picture provided, very very disappointing!!!

Like all recent reviews on here, unfortunately this “shop” is a SCAM! Bought the Josie dress (which is now removed from their site) which I thought would be a Nadine Merabi dupe given the extensive social media marketing and photo reviews they had on their website… dress finally arrived as it’s shipped from China but it is of AWFUL quality and doesn’t even look anything like the photos!!!! Think fancy dress from Poundland kind of material…

Very disappointed and really hope I’m able to get my money back via AMEX dispute as I’m not hopeful via their own customer services

Absolutely furious with what I received the dress was nothing like the picture advertised cheap material how they can say it's been reduced from £100 to £50 is hillerious I would give £5 for what I received never-ending the £50 I paid, and the sizing is a joke aswell don't not order from this company
