DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I only reiterate what everyone else has said! The dress does not size at all - not even to their own measurements they provide. Terrible quality for the price. I was falsely led by the reviews on their website.
I have had communication with them and they have asked for proof of poor sizing which I have sent. I absolutely refuse to pay for postage back and have opened up a dispute case via AMEX.
Keep the bad reviews coming everyone and claim where you can!!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star if it was possible. Took weeks for the order to arrive. When requesting a return had to contact the company 4 times before they sent an address to then find your return needs to go back through china!!!!! Don't bother ever buying from this company. Clothes are cheap and nasty and not what you seen online.

HORRIFIC COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COST.
The least professional company I have ever encountered. Incredibly cheap material, sizing way too small, with a significant delay in delivery despite paying "First Class Royal Mail". Utter lack of accountability for delayed service, with correspondent Emma displaying complete ignorance towards the core message of my numerous emails. Company appears highly suspicious for fraudulent activity, making returning items impossible. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Terrible qualities item, reviews on their website must certainly be fake as they do not describe the items at all, they are a low quality version of another company's work which unfortunately your lead to believe is by them upon searching.
Thoroughly disappointed 😞

Everyone needs to report company to abuse@ shopify .com and get these scammers shut down.
Company fools people into thinking it’s uk based with easy returns.
Ordered 3 items, Item was out of stock so was automatically issued a gift card, had to send 53 emails to finally have it refunded.
Rest of the order arrived and it’s nothing like the pictures.
I refuse to pay return shipping costs for items not as described, still arguing with them and have reported to all relevant authorities “they claim they are governed by laws of Netherlands in section 18 of terms and conditions” so have reported them there and in uk.
Avoid at all costs.
Emma seems to be the only person working at the company as the 53 previous emails and 33 current ones only come from her with the same copy and paste responses not answering questions asked!
So Emma you fraud stop stealing peoples money.

Wouldn't buy from Fenom London again, the returns policy is terrible, I ordered a dress which was cheap quality and too small, asked if I could return for a refund, they offered me to exchange for any other dresses for a further £12.50 to cover costs, I explained i didn't want another dress i just wanted my money back, they do not answer your questions just keep repeating the same thing, they the. Offered me to keep the dress ( which is awful) and a 60% voucher to spend online or I can return to China and pay all the shipping and customs charges. I have never been so frustrated with an online store, I wouldn't recommend to anyone and don't usually take the time to write poor reviews but Fenom London need to change their returns policy immediately! I think the company may be a scam as the return to sender address is in the UK but they won't let you return to there for a refund. Definitely avoid!

My order arrived today after two weeks. I paid for "express shipping" and, as they present as a London based company, I assumed it would have arrived a few days later. I realised after a week that the company is based in China.

The dress itself is nice enough quality but not the standard that was advertised and there are lose threads and the dress is not as structured as advertised. It was advertised as 8-10 but fits me as a 6-8 so I understand other reviewers being unable to wear it as it is smaller than advertised. It is also very short. I am 5ft 2 and it is barely decent so I understand anyone taller would find the dress unwearable.

I would usually give this 2 stars but I'm giving 1 because I only ordered the dress because they FALSELY advertised using an Instagram influencer that I follow. They took a reel of her wearing a similar dress by a London designer and made it look as if she had purchased the dress from them. This is fraud and illegal. The influencer has posted now to warn people but apparently lots of people have fallen for the scam.

I can wear the dress. Is it worth £50? Probably not. But they falsely and illegally advertised it and that is not ok so 1 star.

What can I say , the product they advertise on their website is nothing like you recieve ( Temu ) however more expensive , the product arrives after a month is supposed to be a 12-14 but more like a size 8 and very poorly made . When you look at the returns policy it has to be sent back to ASIA at your expense , funny when you think they are a London company , anyway look don’t get caught out read the reviews none of the products they advertise are in the uk they all come from Asia just be mindful of this

Do not buy from this company! They are using videos that are not their products and when my dress arrived it was a terrible copy of the dress I thought I ordered. It also took 5 weeks to come. They will not refund me and the dress was £150! Don’t ever buy from this site

The rating for this company should be a zero. I received my order after a month. The dress was small compared to the measurements on chart therefore could not fit. Emailed the company for a refund but they kept asking me to send pictures of the dress which didn't make sense to me considering the dress didn't fit so all I wanted was to send the dress back and get a refund. They practically force you to keep the product and offer a 60% voucher. I don't understand why they claim to be a London company when they are based in China. The dress I bought was for £50 but came across the same dress on Shein for £15. It's really disgusting how they treat customers, you have to keep chasing them up just to get the returns address. They drag the process to avoid refunding, I'm even contemplating sending the product back because by the time it reaches China it will be over the return period date.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, order didnt ship for at least two weeks so I asked to cancel and refund immediately….they assured me it was on route so couldn’t refund but the tracking number was still showing ‘waiting to ship’
When they finally arrived the quality was dreadful, very cheap material, thread different colour to the dresses and a random white plastic button on a green dress. I sent a video as requested, they offered me a 15% refund of £60 credit. They refused to cover return costs and to this date I’m still waiting for return address. Order was £95. Absolute Scam……AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Disgusting fraudulent company.

Complete scam of a company, haven’t received my items and getting no where with getting a refund either.

Raised a dispute with my bank to take further action against them.

It appears to be a London based company and there is a company email address to contact for customer service but when I emailed, the responses were coming from a gmail account. They also provided me with a fake tracking number that doesn’t work.

Took over 3 weeks to come. Nothing like the picture or as advertised. Cheap horrible version. Absolutely disgraceful prices for this utter tat.

Order arrived after 3 weeks, nothing like the dress in the photo. Very poor quality, complete different colour and totally unwearable. Nightmare trying to get a refund, offered me a 15% gift card to keep the order which is only fit for scrap material. I’ve had to go through the bank to try and get my money back. Avoid at all costs!!

Waited ages for goods to arrive and very disappointing when they did. Returning them was a nightmare, so many hurdles then said they did not receive them back, had to claim on insurance but still money down! Don’t touch with bargepole!

Why do i have to even give 1 star!!

Horrendous company total scam i have had in excess of 15 emails with them and all they do is repeat the last and im getting nowhere. Next step to report to consumer protection agency and the Chinese embassy
