The worst ever experience! Awful quality awful customer service! Everything is awful about this company do not purchase!

Ordered a sequin jumpsuit, when it arrived it was nothing like the picture at all, I’m 5ft 5/6 and the jumpsuit doesn’t even meet my ankles, clearly it’s a petite they sent!

I was offered a next day delivery in the payment section and still took 3/4 weeks even though I was charged.

Honestly I would never badmouth a company but I feel people should know about the poor customer service. I asked for a refund and went back and forth offering me a 10 % refund and then 60% credit note, I just wanted a refund!

You have to send it back to China! At your expense AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I cant find anywhere to return the Item, all the links go to a broken site. Avoid buying. Wish I didn't! Going to lose a lot of money!

Fenom London or Melbourne or whatever city they choose next is a total scam. Please do not fall in their trap as I did. They have expensive clothes but the items are from Shein, quality as bad or maybe worse. In fact, the items take 14 working days to arrive from China. The return process is long winded and takes forever, on top of that you have to pay the shipment cost back to China. It is ridiculous, I wish I would have checked the reviews before I placed the order.

Scam. First of all, they used influencers content, who was actually promoting other company (Nadine Merabi). She wore a beautiful dress. What came to me, was far from what was advertised and what on the pic on their website. They are earning money on people's naivety. Now, when I want to return, I need to send the item to China and pay the taxes and posgage cost. I will still do it to not to let them earn a penny more.

Awful experience with this company. The clothing is cheap, does not look like it appears on the website and it is not based in the UK.
Requested a refund the day the dress arrived, multiple emails later with various offers to keep the dress rather than return, including a percentage off my next purchase. I have just sent the return off to china at the cost of £20 for a dress that cost £59, so not expecting much back as a refund, but I have very little confidence, after reading the reviews on here that that will actually materialise. I only wish I had read the reviews prior to my purchase.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased. This company is a scam! The clothes are cheap and awful and I did attempt to return them,paid for the returns, and two months later they were returned back to me as "not collected". I ha e shipped to China before and this has never happened. Avoid at all costs. I'm £120 poorer for the mistake but hopefully a bit wiser. AVOID at all costs. I'll be lodging a formal complaint when I can figure out who to!

Do not purchase anything from this scamming company based in China . They are scammers . They have stolen the reviews of another company for their website and their products when they do arrive are tat !!! I hope they will be shut down soon !!! Scamming thieves . They will not refund the money and give you a runaround and chat gtp answers !!! Do not buy from them !!!! Be warned !!!

TikTok enticed me to give Fenom a try. I thought it was a London company. I waited ages and the dress finally showed up. The sizing was so off that I couldn't even zip it. Everything about it was cheap. And now I read that I have to pay to return it to China.

This is a joke. Not even in London. Everything is shipped from China, the return has to be in China on your own expenses. The sizes are a Jose as well. A M size not even fit for an XS!! The costumer service is inexistent, just certain "Emma" who is replying back templates without reading your email. This company should be closed down and fined for all the fraud is doing for the customers (my opinion).

I can see from the terrible reviews on here I am not the only one who though I was ordering from a uk based company. The sizing is completely wrong a medium (12/14) is more like a size 8! I don’t even think it’s worth me returning going by the reviews here people don’t even get refunds! This company needs to be shut down! Also why are they only responding to the fake positive reviews on here! Not one response to anything else!

I would give 0 stars if I could, quality is awful and trust pilot reviews are falsely advertised on their website as 4.7/5 when this is not factual.

Let’s just hope you don’t make the same mistake as me and buy from here as the small print states you return at your own cost to their warehouse in China. Absolute lesson learnt not checking trust pilot first!

SCAM. Do not buy from them!
Been waiting a month for delivery. Lots of emails from AI robot Emma claiming they are trying to find where in the manufacture chain it is.
Asked hundreds of times for refund.

Already sent three emails to try and return the item. Asking for photos and measurements when I said I wanted a refund due to the fit. Then they asked me if I wanted to exchange it at an extra cost of £12.50. Still not got details of where to send it too.

After receiving my order which was really poor quality I requested to return and get a refund.
I have received various emails asking me not to return but to BUY more from their site with 15% off!!
After I pushed to return my item, despite the company being called Fenom LONDON I have to send the dress to CHINA at a cost to myself of course.
This company is a fraud who sell cheap clothes for high prices

please do not buy from this company the items i bought was not the same as advertised they was cheap and very poor quality i then had to pay £30 to return to china that was in august and istill have not received my refund

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star!!! And absolute scam!!! Ordered 3 dresses in August for £120. When they arrived it was clear they were of poor quality. They claim to be based in London but are in fact in China. Like mentioned in all the previous reviews i sent the items back costing me a further £27!! I've yet to recieve my refund despite me emailing them on average several times a week. I have the same cut and paste reply from 'emma' telling me the items are still on their way to their warehouse!!!, this warehouse must be on the moon!!! I've asked for their company trading name and address repeatedly to seek legal advice and they refuse to provide it simply replying the same rubbish as in all previous emails!!! It's now been over 3 months and still no refund!!!, I urge everyone to boycott this appalling fraudulent so called company!!!!,
