Scammers!

Beware, scammers!

As many have already written here, this company is 100% fraudulent. At first, I waited more than three weeks for delivery, and when I received the parcel (a set of microcement for the floor was ordered), I discovered an incomprehensible composition in plastic bags without identification marks or any instructions, the labels on the varnish cans were printed very poorly, and Inside the cans there is a liquid that looks more like glue. In addition, the jars with the supposed primer and fixer were miniature - a maximum of 200 ml, while the labels indicated 5 liters, and there was ordinary technical water inside! Be vigilant and under no circumstances order products from this site!

RUN! FUYEZ !!!

RUN!! Order placed on 24/01/24 for 1 liter of intumescante paint, the package arrives damaged on 30/01/24 so refused (it is even the site manager who advises me to refuse because the product leaked, the cardboard was wet). The same day, I warn the merchant with photos and after a first reassuring message with apologies, nothing was done for a new shipment or a refund. Worse, the merchant replies that he must see with the carrier and waits for answers from him and sends you emails like CHAT GPT. The carrier gave him the damaged package on 24/02/24 and no further progress since.
IT IS NOT UP TO THE CUSTOMER to suffer the delivery disorders and the relationship walking/ carrier!!! Scam or Bad business management?? In any case the result is there - no product/ no refund! So do not make the same mistake.

FUYEZ !! Commande passée le 24/01/24 pour 1 litre de peinture intumescante, le colis arrive endommagé le 30/01/24 donc refusé (c'est même la responsable du site qui me conseille de refuser car le produit fuyait, le carton était mouillé). Le jour même, je préviens le commerçant avec des photos et après un 1er message rassurant avec des excuses, rien n'a été fait pour un nouvel envoi ou un remboursement. Pire, le commerçant répond qu'il doit voir avec le transporteur et attend des réponses de sa part et vous communique des mails type CHAT GPT. Le transporteur lui a remis le colis endommagé le 24/02/24 et pas de nouvelles avancées depuis.
CE N'EST PAS AU CLIENT de subir les désordres de livraison et la relation marchant/transporteur !!! Arnaque ou Mauvais gestion commerciale ?? En tout cas le résultat est là - pas de produit/pas de remboursement !! Donc ne faites pas la même erreur.

I only could recommend to stay away - SCAM
I only could recommend to stay away from this company. We ordered with them 2000 kg (25 bags x 40 kg) wooden pellets and properly paid for it. This all happened in Spain. Then "fun" started when they tried to tell us that they could not find our address for delivery. We tried to call, email, contact them numerous times, no luck. We also advised them seeing package info on courier tracking page that whatever they sent to us had weight of only 4 kg and it is not definitely 40 bags of pellets for stove with weight of 2000 kg. They just kept replying with generic emails. We went further and contacted courier company and they CONFIRMED to us that the package they had was only 4 kg in weight, so we had not accepted it. And now this scam company is trying to threaten us with collection of cost for product they had NEVER SENT to us in first place and never delivered. Stay away from them and warn your friends about such service so you would not get burned with something like that

Scam company

Scam company! BEWARE!!
Ordered their Wood Glue on the 24th August. DPD delivered via Czech Republic (?!) on the 5th September.
Inside there was a bucket filled with WATER!!! Fortunately we felt the water rattle inside the cardboard box so we filmed the opening of the box and the plastic container ( that was sealed). Video available. Charges to be pressed.

These are thieves

These are thieves. They charged me on my card over a dispute about prices. They never responded to my e-mails asking me for reimbursement. Banks should not allow charges made by these companies. I already request to block this company for further payments.

Poor communication when wanted return

I purchased Microcement Kit per 10m2 x 3, so material for 30 m2 plus Fire retardant total 329eur. Goods came delayed more than a week from original promise. Unfortunately only 2 packages 25kg and 4 kg. Usual cosumption of microcent is 1.5kg/1mm2/m2, if we accept only 1kg/1mm2/m2 there should come at least 60kg of material (not counting Primer and final Warnish).
So 29kg total packages look suspicious.

I decided to return goods immediately, unfortunately their support is delaying my request for return shipping labels (and even address where to return). I have already iniciated dispute through card company.

Stay away from them.

Still waiting for our wooden pellets for 2 months now, no telephone, no mails nothing.
Its a Company in Germany? or in United Arabs? we dont know! we contacted german "verbraucherschutz" and theyre on it, they had multiple complaints with this company. its a scam!!!!!

I ordered 40 bags at 25 kgs each of…

I ordered 40 bags at 25 kgs each of logs for wood burning stove - i.e. 1 metric ton. Never arrived. Once I started chasing I was given tracking information that showed the correct item but what they tried to deliver was a 1.6 kg parcel containing some sort of rust treatment according to label on package. I took a picture and refused to accept and have proof of this in the parcel force tracker. However their own tracking app claims they successfully delivered my pallet of wood even though their own tracking number is on the puny little parcel. I got suspicious as soon as I heard the pallet of wood was scheduled to be delivered by Parcelforce and a postal carrier in Belgium, who I phoned. I ordered on UK website, package was shipped from some address in Czechia, then Belgium, then UK. Phone numbers in UK, Ireland and US were never answered.
Luckily at the time of my order, PayPal payment was an option so I did get my money back. Beware of this company!

Edit: I just received an email from TrustPilot, because apparently Ferber Painting has asked for more information and if I do not provide that, my review may be taken offline. Or perhaps flagged like some other ones on here. I think I have explained everything but if Ferber painting would like to ask a specific question, I will answer.

50 days late "express delivery"

50 days late "express delivery". I cancelled their order but they refused to return my cash. I ordered elsewhere meanwhile.
Unacceptable.
PS: Apart from it, the material they sent was not properly sealed and of poor quality. Avoid this company as much as you can.

Absolute scamming fraudsters

Absolute scamming fraudsters. False advertising, late deliveries and completely inept customer service. Advertising 25kg bags of sawdust but only sending empty bags. Will be posting my messenger conversion with them on every social media platform. STAY AWAY AND AVOID. Reply to me after 2 years????? I've sent over 50 emails and rang the customer care team for months. You will see my emails if you care to look back and even look at all the messages back and forth on Facebook.

Misleading knowingly is fraud!

***UPDATE BELOW***
09/01/2023.
They advertise 40 x 25kg of wood pellets but deliver 40 empty sacks.
Now they have changed the advert to say the pellets are an illustration but still shows the same photo, which is done to mislead people.
Thankfully my credit card company got my cash back and I have 40 empty sacks.
Update...
Ferber also tried to have this review removed but we provided order reference etc to Trust Pilot who have verified our purchase & subsequent review.
They have had every opportunity to have the sacks returned but won't respond.
All trust pilot have to do is see all thes honest poor reviews for authentication!!
UPDATE TODAY 23/10/2025!!! 34 MONTHS LATER!
Just had email to contact company to try and resolve my issue. Is this the latest response on record???😡😡🤡

Fraudulent Firm. Avoid. DO NOT purchase

Like others, I have been caught by this scam website. I have reported them to the US Cyber Crime Agency and would urge others to do the same. The response to justified complaint about a provable and ongoing fraud is just a robotic form denial of culpability. Shocking.

If zero stars was an option I think it would flatter them!
I ordered a product in January, the tracking has been stuck on 14th January, every time you contact them they palm you off with it will be a few days. Absolute joke! 7 weeks on and still no product! Customer service horrendous

Empty sacks sent instead of wood pellets scam

Edit: I have (after over 2 years) received a 'response' from the company (see below) which is clearly cut and paste and presumably added to all the bad reviews they've noticed while adding a lot of suspiciously similar 5 star ones, all from the USA. Oddly enough, I doubt that giving them all the details they already had would have any effect. You'd think they'd also know that Paypal already forced them to refund at the time.

I have also fallen for the '40 sacks of wood pellets' scam - I have been sent 40 empty sacks 'for' wood pellets instead. These sacks aren't even suitable for storing wood pellets, as they're thin woven plastic designed for things like potatoes that need to breathe. I'm hoping to get my money back via Paypal. Ordered in the first week of Jan, constantly lied to until a small box arrived this morning in mid Feb. The company specialises in poison bait for pretty much every animal species you can think of, so I shouldn't really have expected them to have any scruples.
20/03/23 I just got my money back from Paypal - it's definitely worth pursuing with your payment provider!
