Paddy and Dave worked tirelessly despite having driven from Newcastle to London. Some furniture and many boxes had to be carried up 2 flights of steep stairs. They were very careful with our belongings. A trouble-free experience.

Ryan & cohort were an amazing crew! From booking with Harriet and Steven to finally getting moved in today was fantastic. The crew were fantastic, went above and beyond despite a few delays. So fast, efficient and not one thing damaged! Amazing service and a local firm. Credit to the area!

2nd time of using Ferguson’s Removals in 5 months and they didn’t disappoint conscientious, considerate and nothing was too much trouble for them again. From the office staff and the initial survey to the team leaving me at my new home I received superb service from polite and friendly people who knew their jobs and went out of their way to make the experience worry-free and as straightforward as possible. Even the major problem about getting a large sofa into the building was dealt with sensitively by the three great guys (sorry I am terrible at remembering names) who tried every option to solve the difficulty. It is rare to come across people who are dedicated to doing a good job - Fergusons are a fantastic exemplar and I have already and will continue to recommend this company to family and friends for their removals.

I moved on the hottest day of the year. The team arrived on time and were professional, cheerful and very helpful throughout. Nothing was a problem.
I was only moving about 300 yards away but it was done as thoroughly as though I was going 300 miles.
I can’t speak highly enough of this firm, from Stephen’s assessment to the lads finishing the job in the sweltering heat. Thank you everyone. You made my move pain free. I would recommend Ferguson to anyone.

Really pleased we used this company. The lads were polite and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother. Even though it was a long distance removal within the uk, the team all worked efficiently and extremely hard. Wouldn't hesitate to employ them again if the occasion arises. I looked at loads of removal companies but wanted one who would come to my house to asses so there wouldn't be any extra charges if i didn't list every single item in my home!
They were prompt for both the house survey to get the quote and on the moving day.

Moving house day, all the build up and massive stress. Furgusons arrived at 9 with a 3 man team. From that point on everything was not a problem. The team took care of everything and bits I had forgotten were no problem. They were all professional, pleasant and extremely helpful thorough.
I praise them as it was not the easiest of routes into my house and they were absolutely unassuming.
The anxiety of my day was gone from 9AM

Five star service throughout. From first enquiry and survey by Stephen, and office staff we were in contact with - all were helpful and friendly. The 2 removal guys on the day - Ryan and Joe - were fantastic - efficient, professional and friendly throughout the move - we couldn’t have coped without them. We can highly recommend this company.

From the beginning when Stephen arrived to do the survey of our property, it was a painless process. Stephen had a very calming persona when things got tight with dates, which was very much appreciated.
The day of removals was even smoother, lads very polite, friendly, nothing was a chore to them.
They were extremely hard working, but note to anyone they like their tea, coffee and water, keep them hydrated.
