Fergusons provided a first class service from start to finish.
It was a very trying day after a very late exchange but the crew were absolute stars. It was ridiculously late by the time they got finished but did everything with a smile and cheery chat. So impressed with them and I can’t praise the lads enough.

Sergy and Ryan moved us today. Top class crack, the hardest grafters. Nothing was too much and they made a very stressful few weeks much more bearable. The day went the smoothest it possibly could of!
Fergusons were great at fitting us in at short notice as well, and a really good price!

Moving home is a horrifically stressful time. You struggle to sleep on the nights leading up to the 'big' day worried in case things go wrong.
We needn't have worried, the huge purpose built removal truck rolled up bang on time, the three removal guys, Ryan Sergey and Liam introduced themselves, the lads quickly put us at ease and carried out their work with good humour, care and efficiency. They looked at the job to plan the sequence, then carefully and methodically removed our belongings to the truck.
We had forgotten to pack a few things and there were items we had been using up to that morning. Not a problem, they produced boxes and tape and they were quickly packed for us.
Two great features of the Fergy service is that they dissemble bed frames etc, transport them, then reassemble them for you. They also bring hanger rigs, lift all the hanging items in your wardrobes and put them directly in the wardrobes of your new home, and all this is in with your standard price!
This was not an easy move, with heavy objects of woodworking machinery involved, I was impressed to see the manager (Steven) arrive to help with the muscle power and supported the lads with this tricky task, and at both ends of the move.
End result - a large house move done in a day, zero breakages, zero walls marked or damaged and everything delivered exactly where we asked.
I cannot recommend Fergusons enough, professional from start to finish and a first class service.
Whatever you do if moving home, do not skimp on getting the right people for the job, let Fergys take away the stress and enjoy your move.

Moving house can be stressful so its great when you have an experienced team to handle your move. Our recent re location was great helped by the fantastic team of 3 from Fergusons. They helped us meet a deadline in the evening as well. Over the years we have used them a few times & wouldn't risk anyone else. Would fully recommend these guys

Please don’t use this company for your removal, if you value your possessions. They broke our dishwasher, cooker, Welsh dresser an wardrobe. I emailed a complaint and asked to claim on the insurance that we paid for and they have just ignored my emails. We are very disappointed and it is going to cost us a fortune to replace these items.

Fergusons arrived on time, if anything a little early. The 2 guys who attended, Ryan and Sergei, made the stress of leaving our home of 30 years, as easy as it could be.
They worked very very hard indeed, hardly stopping. Nothing was a bother to them. Things we thought were boxed adequately were re boxed where required.
On arrival at our new home they were again, quick and efficient. If they weren't sure where things should go they asked.
We chose Fergusons as they were the only company we asked for a quote, who bothered to come out and see us. All the rest was an AI quote on line.
Stephen was friendly and reassuring.
When (IF) we move again Fergusons will be our 1st choice. (but dont hold your breath)

Really great service. It was 25 degrees the day we moved but the guys just got on with it without complaint. They were very helpful with anything we asked. Would highly recommend!

We recently engaged Fergusons Removals to move our home from Newcastle to Cumbria. The whole process was expertly managed from quotation (which was very competitive) to completion and the removal team were absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Stephen visited to do the quotation and was very friendly & helpful and explained everything that would happen on the 2 day move and promptly answered all our subsequent queries via email and phone.

Stephen, Naomi, Elizabeth and Sophie kept us up to date with the booking, the moving process and the timings for the removal day, even helping us rearrange the plans when the completion date moved out.

For the move itself, Ryan, Craig & Aaron moved us over two days and were amazing - so friendly, good fun and extremely hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept smiling over two very long and tiring days.

The entire Fergusons team made the moving process very straightforward and this lifted so much of the stress and pressure from us. Everything was great from start to finish. Ops Manager Stephen was very polite and informative when he came to give the quote. Sophie, Elizabeth and Naomi in the office were very helpful when arranging the packing boxes and sorting out dates of removal and payment.
The removal gang led by Scott, including Paddy, Ryan, Sergey, Aaron, Liam, Christian (and Stephen) were very good, careful with the items and very helpful throughout.
I would definitely recommend Fergusons Removals to anybody. Their cost was also very competitive, and the service was great.

What an amazing team- worked so hard and quickly. So patient despite having to wait to load and then wait hours for the keys. All furniture put back together exactly as it should’ve been. Would recommend to anyone. Craig, Aron and Liam are an asset to your team.

As ever, (this was the 10th time) Fergusons were excellent. Stephen was efficient, particularly with our late change from move to storage, and made it much less stressful for us oldies! Paddy and Scott were brilliant, extremely careful with our precious belongings (including my 300 vinyl LPs!) They arrived spot on time and were friendly helpful and efficient throughout.
We hope to have them to move us from storage back to our new home. Thank you to all at Fergusons, we recommend them to all our friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Ryan and Scott were great! Nothing was an issue for them, they were super organised and so professional. Moving from Oxfordshire to Northumberland was a long drive for them but they arrived within 5 minutes of the arranged time and finished exactly when they said they would. Everything is in their capable storage facility and I look forward to seeing them again when they deliver to my new home.
