Top service.
The guys were efficient, pleasant and swift. They packed everything with care, and moved very quickly. The heavy/awkward items didn't seem to faze them. Everything was placed in the rooms tidy, and garden items located where we asked for them to be placed. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a reputable company. ( The Pickfords group)

Excellent first class service
Perfect service from first phone call to finish. Megan was just amazing and that gave us confidence to use Hoults as was David that came to the house. The 2 guys on the day of moving were brilliant and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. I would strongly recommend Hoults to anyone looking to move home.

Nice guys, communication could be better
Thorough assessment of what was going on be moved , nice removals guys, but unfortunately the assessors and the removals people didn’t seem to communicate very well as the guys didn’t know what was to be moved when they arrived. Nice trustworthy chaps however and I would recommend them

Long Distance Move with Hoults
Hoults was managing our long-distance house move . The removal crew were fantastic, really professional, calm, organised, and very approachable. The day-before removal was a great idea, as this meant most of the items were loaded already at the start of the move day and only last items added, meaning less stress and quicker move. They ran the whole operation with great efficiency and handled the not-so-ideal moving in situation in their stride (the previous owners were only half way through taking out their stuff, so we literally had to move in while they were moving out. The whole process - assessment, quotation, booking etc has been easy, seamless and efficient.

The three staff who removed our…
The three staff who removed our furniture were efficient and courteous. There was heavy rain on the day but they took care to wrap items as they were moved from the house to the van and put down plastic sheeting to protect the carpets. They were very good.

The team were fantastic. Phil, Aaron and Steve who loaded up in Newcastle were super efficient and careful with all boxes and furniture.
The team in Cardiff Phil with Chris and John done an excellent job sorting the access issue and delivering everything in torrential rain. They were all super friendly and interacted lovely with the children when they were probably causing more of an obstacle!!

Brilliant service - 100% recommend
The quote experience was very professional and every time I rang for an enquiry it was answered. Unbelievable value for price we thought, took all stress of moving away.
On the day of the removal, the 2 removal lads (Ian and George) turned up and immediately started work. Nothing was an issue, any problem I had they had a solution. Made the whole moving part of the day enjoyable, had a great laugh along the way which made it even better.
Would 100% recommend Hoults removals to anyone needing removals, if you get Ian and George as your removal men you are sorted

Great experience using Hoults from when we first enquired through to moving day. Megan was really helpful at the booking stage, providing us with the info we needed without being pushy. The two guys on the day were excellent - they worked so hard getting our many boxes out of one house and into the new one and worked very quickly. Everything was taken care of and looked after. Excellence service for removal from Northumberland to the south east . Both teams of packers at each end were professional and friendly and very respectful of my property and its contents . Megan , who organised all the logistics was especially kind , changing our dates and helping us throughout . She really eased a stressful move with her excellent customer service . Reasonable prices as well compared to other quotes . Happpy and would definitely recommend!
