Ordering through to delivery very good and prompt! Packaged excellently. The boots were fantastic but sadly not quite the right fit for me. However, boots were returned and refunded very quickly.

Quality could be better. More one use item !
It loses feathers very quickly so going to toilet getting it on and off does seem a bit cheap in that sense . Skirt looks good on , the top in pic looked like could be worn alone this is not the case unless no chest at all . Nice looking just not as expected to be and not the best quality.

Surpassed expectations!
I was a bit sceptical about ordering from here to begin with (if I’m honest!) as Festival Heaven weren’t a company I’d come across before but the free UK delivery and return option gave me price of mind enough to give them a try - I ordered some rhinestone western boots for my sister and when they arrived they were lovely! Nice quality at a fraction of the price I’d seen them elsewhere. Delivery was quick too, about 1.5 weeks in total (quicker than I was expected too!). Overall very impressed & would recommend
