Fantastic quality
Was apprehensive at first ordering but needn’t have been. Quality of boots purchased were fantastic. Exactly what I wanted and as advertised. True to size and great value for money. Customer service was great when I had to change the size of the order after purchasing and was actioned immediately. Will order again from Festival Heaven.

Misleading description
Delivery is from China which is not mentioned in the shipping page or I wouldn’t have bothered. When the headband arrived it was completely different to headband shown and a completely different colour. You have to pay for the return shipping so it won’t even be worth sending back! Stuck with an ugly headband.

Links to our shipping policy stating delivery times of between 14 - 21 days are on every product page as well as at the bottom of every page on the website.
You have not contacted us to let us know you have received the wrong head band. Had we known this we would have arranged a free return for you. If you would still like to return it please email us info@festivalheaven.com so that we can have the opportunity to resolve uour issue.

Great product. Light up jacket was quite bright and ideal for outdoor festival when it was dark. Received many complements.

Horrific sizing
I ordered some festival outfits hoping they’d fit and look amazing as I’ve heard all good things about this website. I looked at the sizing guide and ordered my size wich is a 12/14 my orders came and oh my, the top and skirt on my first outfit would barley fit a size 8, the bikini fit perfect tho. The second outfit was horrendous… the bra was supposed to be a large and it barley even covered me at all, the skirt is tiny again and the top at the back looks like it’s been hacked away at with scissors. I’m not happy at all and will not be ordering again. Sizing is horrific!

Never again
Took ages to be delivered and both skirts were meant to be size Large and were most definitely a size S absolutely tiny.
The hat was not a bucket hat it was a bowler hat really stiff and unable to use.
Couldn’t use any of it and too late to return now, will never order again.

You placed you order on 30th May and it was delivered on 12th June (12 days later) which is quicker than our quoted time scale. Links to our shipping and return policies are on every product page as well as at the bottom of every website page. Delivery is between 14 - 21 days.
In order to offer our customers these low prices all orders are shipped from our China warehouse. We use a dedicated line including fully tracked courier service to ensure your order gets delivered safely.
Even though you have had your order for 3 weeks now you can still get in contact if you would like to arrange a return. Returns are never an issue with Festival Heaven.
Sorry that you are unhappy with your items but you do have the option of returning them.
Snug Fit
My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected. Pretty good quality for the price. Size wise definitely on the small side. I would normally order a medium and went for the XL after reading the reviews and I definitely made the right choice.
