I wish id read reviews before making a purchase.

Id purchased a desk at a specific size only to have the wrong size arrive, a size that didnt fit in my small space. Id gotten in touch with customer service in the hopes of sending back this desk in order to get the correct size. They initially tried to say that id ordered the wrong item, and after sending all my confirmations they confirmed that the mistake was on their end.
Despite this they insisted that they could not send me the correct size OR a refund. Their suggestion was that I should sell the desk, which is a completely unprofessional suggestion. We had a few emails back and forth only to conclude the only thing they could offer me was £30 OR a free accessory as a "good will gesture."

Luckily I am very aware of my rights as a per the UK Consumer Rights Act and encourage every uk customer to check it as well. I was able to confirm that I am entitled to a full refund for receiving an item not as described. This allowed me to go to my payment provider with all of the interactions from the retailer, and they were able to raise a dispute on the charge.

I encourage everyone to review the UK Consumer Rights Act so you are aware of what you're entitled to as a consumer.

Very poor customer service

The products I ordered (rise/fall desk and accessories, value £227.97) were delivered promptly and are of acceptable quality. However, there was a problem with the order delivered and the customer service in trying to sort it out has been very poor.

Instead of sending the single desktop clamp power strip I ordered (£49.99), they sent me a box of 10! At £449.91, the retail value of the additional power strips was greater than my entire order!

They initially directed me to their customer service helpline, which would have involved a paid for (by me) international call, and it took several emails before they understood their error, involving me sending them the invoice and photos of the box.

Eventually, they told me they did not want the extra power strips returned, as they have no way of accepting returns! They have described this as a "gift" to me, which I could sell or give away. Trying to sort it out has been time consuming and inconvenient and the box of strips has taken up space.

If there is problem with the goods I ordered in the guarantee period, I hope it is handled more efficiently than this. Would not recommend.

I had the misfortune of purchasing two desks from this company, and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Both desks arrived with glaring defects, including at least four panels drilled incorrectly, missing floor mounts, and the wrong screws. Their "solution"? Offering replacement parts that required me to disassemble and reassemble the desks—an impractical option that would have compromised their structural integrity even further.

After spending my own time, effort, and money to correct their mistakes (including purchasing replacement screws and mounts), I received a laughable offer of £60 as compensation. This amount doesn't even cover the cost of the replacement parts, let alone the hours of labour I spent fixing what should have been a simple assembly process.

It is painfully clear that this company has little regard for quality control or customer satisfaction. From the defective products to the lack of accountability and insulting compensation offer, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. If this is how they handle mistakes, I shudder to think how they treat other customers.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This company does not stand behind its products or value its customers. My experience will be a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing from them. Avoid at all costs.

They are not interested in replacing faulty products

Firstly, we already had 2 of their desks and to be fair their products - when working and complete - are actually good.

The risk comes with the ordering process. We ordered another L-shaped desk which had missing parts. On emailing we were given a long list of evidence that they required before dealing with our complaint. (Clearly hoping we had binned packaging and instructions and would not be able to provide required information.) once we had supplied all the information their response was basically sorry we can’t supply the parts - now just ignoring emails- terrible customer service - we now have an unusable desk and the hassle of having to go through CC company for refund - AVOID!

After 13 emails back and forth with customer service regarding a damaged item, I feel compelled to share my experience.

I was excited to assemble the table, but when it arrived, the box was visibly damaged. I hoped the contents would be fine, but unfortunately, the item inside was badly damaged. I sent pictures to customer service, expecting a straightforward refund process. Instead, I've been met with endless negotiations: first a 10% discount, then 15%, and now 20%. It’s been incredibly frustrating.

My advice—avoid this company. It’s not worth the hassle.

As of now, my refund request remains unresolved. I'm more than willing to update this review if the situation improves, as I aim to be as transparent as possible.

I was very apprehensive about buying…

I was very apprehensive about buying one of these desks after reading some of these reviews.
1. The desk and legs are delivered separately, both of my packages turned up the same day.
2. You will have to assemble yourself, follow the instructions and you will be fine.
3. Mine looks the part, I have only had it a few days but no issues yet.
4. The online chat was fine for me when contacting customer services. Paranoia got the better of me when the first package arrived in the morning. Customer services confirmed the second package would arrive same day and it did!

Bought this desk in Feb 24

Bought this desk in Feb 24, its great and wished I wouldve done it sooner as I work from home a lot. HOWEVER, if things go wrong, its a headache trying to sort it out. There appears to be no coordination internally whatsoever so I feel like Im being passed about and fobbed off (one lady Karen is helpful but then I get mixed messages about what I need to do next from others). I have now had a flashing rST E-1 code since 29 Oct 24 and am still waiting for Fezibo to sort it out. My desk is now at its lowest point which is not good for my working posture. Not impressed at all and doesnt fill me with confidence buying from these people.

We purchased 2 desks in June 2024

We purchased 2 desks in June 2024. 1 was fine, the other one's predrilled holes did not properly align and the desk could not be put together. We contacted Fezibo and it took until late August to get them to agree to send a replacement. Once they agreed, the replacement was on back order and we did not receive it until late October. Only to have the same issues as the first desk. At this point we requested a refund, but they are unresponsive.

Terrible quality and terrible customer service

Bought a desk online. The desktop was left outside in the rain and became damaged. The desk legs were not delivered. The legs are now out of stock! They say they won't be available for a month! They have offered me just £11 compensation for the damaged desktop!

I had foolishly ordered another desk. This one the desk motor doesn't work.

Embarrassing really. Definitely avoid this company at all cost.

Disappointing & Poor Customer Service

We are giving Fezibo a one-star review because our second purchase was extremely disappointing. Our first desk from them was great and worked well, so we bought another one. But this time, they sent us a different desk with a controller that doesn't work well and needs to be reset all the time. Also, it was missing parts like the cable tray and even the drawers were a different colour. When we complained and sent them pictures and videos, they just said it was a "new model" of the desk. The website still showed the old desk, not this new version, which seems like they were trying to mislead us. Their customer service was very unhelpful and because of this, I wouldn’t recommend buying from Fezibo if you want reliable and good-quality desks.

Limited Upgrade Options; Disappointing Customer Service

I bought a crank standing desk from Fezibo last year, hoping to upgrade to a motorized version later. However, customer service informed me there's no option to buy the motor separately. Instead, I'd have to purchase an entirely new frame with the motor, nearly the same cost as my original desk. This lack of flexibility and consideration for customers is disappointing. Beware of limited upgrade options and poor customer service if you're considering buying from Fezibo.

Great experience, great desks!

I ordered 2 desks (one straight, one corner desk) for our home office.
Unusually for me, I only checked Trustpilot AFTER I'd placed the order, and after seeing the reviews thought 'Oops, what have I done'.

Needn't have worried. The first desk turned up the following morning, and after a couple of quick enquiries through the live chat customer service (which was answered promptly), the corner desk turned up a few days later. As it was particularly heavy they'd had to use a specialist courier.

The following weekend i decided to build them, and was slighltly nervous again based on some reviews. But once again I was pleasantly surprised. I'm useless at DIY but the instructions were clear and I built both desks with minimal swearing and no mistakes! Every pack of parts contained a spare which was a nice touch.

I would say that the use of a drill or decent electric screwdriver is a must, but on the whole it was as simple as can be.

Desks look fantastic. Obviously I can't vouch for durability yet but at this stage I'm really happy with our purchase and would happily recommend.

TL;DR their products have a tendency to break a lot and they are a pain/never will honor their "5 year warranty". Do not buy.

I bought a standing desk form them and it worked for a few months before getting an error. I contacted customer support, submitted several videos and images at their request, and they said they would send a replacement part but it needs to come from china and would take several weeks (the original product took much less time). After getting the part it was clearly not going to solve the problem and they again asked for several more videos and images. At this point I just assume I'm never getting this fixed and they have no intention of honoring their warranty. From what I have read on reddit and other places this is a common occurance.

I'm dead chuffed with my new desk!

It looks sleek, it's a great height range and is comfy for sitting or standing, super easy to assemble, I have no complaints at the mo i'm really happy with it. Can't comment yet on longevity as it's been 4 days - will update!

unsure why so many 5star reviews? Useless design

Ordered the standing desk given good reviews online. The design of the product was terrible with the legs being extremely heavy and only attaching to the top with 2 screws? Other bits/screws/holes that just didn't make sense and did not add to the support/structure of the desk. All my holes were mis-aligned on the top panel and looked like they had been drilled at random. I got out my drill and carefully remade holes in the correct place. Got the whole thing together, extremely wobbly and unstable, went to flip it over and the entire thing has just crumbled and fallen apart - it is completely broken. Have emailed customer service and waiting a response. Cheapest standing desk on the market... you get what you pay for

Excellent product and experience

From order, to communication, to delivery (yes, separate parcels 2 days apart but not an issue), assembly and use, I can’t fault Fezibo. Assembly instructions were the best I’ve seen, vey clear, and all hardware was supplied (most fittings had spares). In use, it’s simply excellent. If you’re worried about cables looking untidy, simply buy a cable ‘basket’ that hangs under the desk and a cable ‘wrap’, works perfectly. I have 10 items plugged in to an extension lead held in the basket under the desk, and a single cable to the wall socket. Overall, extremely impressed with the desk, and with Fezibo overall, I’d recommend from my experience.
