We ordered a stand and frame. They delivered the wrong frame. The remote controller was missing. Dealing with customer service has been an absolute nightmare. My boyfriend and I want to return the parcels as per legal right - 60 days guarantee and free return and refund if they sent the wrong parts - they keep asking for images and pictures and it’s been 3 days we have been sending emails back and forth. My bf is a lawyer and it’s appalling how they are trying to stal the return for a mistake they have done.

Ordered a Fezibo desk on Amazon ok n Black Friday for my partner's birthday gift. It was meant to be delivered within 5 working days, two weeks went by without the desk being delivered, and partner's birthday came and went with no desk. On Amazon my order status changed to "Delayed" so I contacted Fezibo through Amazon as required to request the order be cancelled and refunded, and was told that the desk has already been dispatched (if this was true, why was it marked as delayed?) and I couldn't cancel or get a refund. Another week went by with no desk or status update, so I was able to cancel and refund through Amazon. Overall a bad experience.

I came on to Trustpilot before buying a desk from them and saw a lot of negative reviews, but decided to just take a gamble - and so glad I did.
The only slight hiccup was they sent a text saying delivery between 11:30am and 1:30pm, and the desk showed up at 5:30pm. I can easily look past that.
Building the desk was no harder than any other flatpack furniture I've bought in the past, and I'm no expert. They gave you an extra one of every screw as well which is a nice touch.
The desk is solid, really impressed, and the motor to make it go up and down works very well. I genuinely shopped around for a while and could not find anyone else offering a desk of this quality for the price. I am over the moon with the style and quality of it.

Very satisfied with the table I ordered. Package was delivered within a couple of days, table is of great quality, was easy to install and works perfect. I had one minor query but I received a prompt email response and resolution from Eduardo in the customer services team.
I would recommend this company.

In the end the desk was "good enough", however it came as a kit. You expect some assm will be needed to make shipping reasonable....but this was not that. It was a box of many pces and over 100 different screws. I built a desk today and it took 5 hours. When I opened the box I had regret for buying something that came in that form. Theyshould have explained what it was.

Super disappointing. Desk top showed up smashed on one corner. And all of the hardware was missing. When you call customer service it says you have to email and it hangs up. Still no response from the emails. Spend the extra money and buy a desk for a reputable company.

Customer service, absolutely shocking. Definitely advise senior management to look in to this, this side of your business is letting you down. I can see from the other feedback you have received also, would be 5* if it wasnt for the team you have in place right now.

Worst company ever.

Damaged desk was sent with parts excluded and I've had to bodge the electrical fittings to get it to work.

feet were broken on arrival, holes not tapped in legs so they would not accept the supplied bolts. they offered £29 compensation. I said no I want the parts replacing or to send back. They would not send the parts, every time they ask for photos of the parts I need and then don't send anything.

I think now I've been asked for the same images 4 times.

A cable is missing meaning that I've had to re route all the electronics to get the cable to fit. I asked them if the change had been checked by any form of electricla safety as the item is kite marked. when kite marked any changed has to be certified. I was told it had been so I asked for a copy of the certificate. They would not provide one and said the technician had said it would be okay.

This is a scam company selling cheep Chinese copy cat nock offs that don't work, are damaged, have false kite markings on them and they will not replace damaged or faulty items even when you provide them with the evidence.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Was hesitant after reading some reviews on here but could not be happier with my desk. Very easy to assemble and well designed, looks great too.

This company is absolute rubbish! I spent hours looking at their products and after finally deciding on the right product, I went to purchase. I then got told it is out of stock for TWO months. I have pulled my desk so need a sit/stand desk asap! Don't waste your time.

I purchased a standing desk, delivery was in 5 days, the instructions although many were clear. I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered an L shaped powered deck just before the new year. The top arrived within 2 or 3 days....impressive. The frame was despatched but seemed to get held up/lost/who knows. Another was sent and arrived about 10 working days from original order. Throughout the process the Customer Service team kept in contact, even offering my money back. Desk assembly was clear.
V V pleased with the final result, looks great and operates as it should.

Honestly I was a bit nervous given these reviews but I have had absolutely no issues and really glad I purchased! I was sent two Evri tracking links via email so could follow the delivery updates,and desk was delivered in two parts (which they stated) within 2 days of each other with no damage and everything was included for easy assembly with spare screws etc. The screws to attach the top bit are in a seperate part of the box and could get lost within the packaging but I didn’t have a single thing missing, they even sent a mini screwdriver for the brass knobs on my draw.

The frame is very well constructed for the price, very neat finish and I honestly couldn’t be happier given the cost! only negative was that my specific desk didn’t have the correct holes for the control panel as I assume people usually buy one with more settings but given on other desks you screw this in yourself anyway I wasn’t fussed.

Overall a very positive experience and I’m thrilled with the desk

Do not buy from this company. Their website is very confusing and misleading. I thought I was buying a desk. I ended up getting just table legs for $165. I talked to their support to get a refund label. They dont have any means of return available besides emailing them and the chat. They agreed to return, then refused to send the return label and sent me another email asking for receipt. I have the order number, why on earth you need a receipt. I just purchased for 4 days. Even if nothing is wrong, I should still be able to return.

So many problems:
1. They want you to send pics that you have not done anything to the products
2. They want you to pay 15% of the purchase price for return, even within 30 days
3. After that, they refused to send you the return label

I have to go through my credit card to do a dispute.

DO NOT buy from this company. It is obviously a scam.

Bought the triple L shaped (reversible) stand and table top with drawers @160cm.

The product itself is of good quality and arrived quickly (4days) but some of the pilot holes will be out of alignment. I would also suggest you look at the wiring diagram before mounting the power pack. The configuration shown in the instructions isn't quite accurate and if followed you will likely have problems..

I didn't need to reach out to customer services. Screws for mounting the desk came with the stand so didn't have that issue.

All in all a pretty good experience for me.

Awful my wife ordered desk as a Christmas present evri delivered 1 part but after several days of not delivering 2nd part they now do not recognise the postcode on the tracking,Having contacted supplier to send out another been told to wait another 6 days when it's obvious by the delay already that evri have lost it and would mean it not arriving in time for christmas

Do not buy from this company, I ordered a desk on the 23rd November, communication and delivery was great and quick. On the 28th November (before the desk arrived) customer service contacted me to say it appeared screws were missing and would be sent, confirmed I should receive 3 packages instead of 2. Over two weeks later, over 10 emails to customer services there are no screws, customer services cannot provide me tracking details despite saying it had been sent with a courier and have advised me to buy them myself off of Amazon. Absolute disgrace and a sham.

Please note I ordered from the German site as I am currently in Germany but it appears others here have found the same issue.

Absolutely shocking company. They use evri to deliver a £200 item and of course things will go wrong. Never received comms from evri about the arrival of the frame so I wasn’t home and they just returned it to the seller!!! Fezibo was nice enough to send out a replacement. The desktop had already arrived and I put it together. When the frame arrived, I realised that there were 10 screws missing so I couldn’t attach the desktop to the frame. When I told customer services they sent me a link to buy my own, like what on earth??? I read some comment on reddit that there is no problem with that, and I’m wondering having paid £220 for this item if they are in their right mind. They offer me £15 for the inconvenience. I bought the screws (as I couldn’t return the item anyway since it was already assembled) and shockingly I discovered that the holes on the desktop didn’t align with the holes on the frame!!!! Again contacted customer services and they said that it’s for a different model!! You can’t make this stuff up. They asked me to use an electric drill to create new holes like I’m freakin Bob the builder.

I needed to return a desk, which I didn't even open, because as soon as it arrived I realised it wouldn't fit the space I'd bought it for.

Had to arrange my own return via private courier, which they made as difficult as possible (tried to pay me £15 to keep a £270 item?!). Then claimed they hadn't received it when they had. Then refunded half of the item cost. I'm still arguing with them about this - and won't stop (arguing and legal stuff is my day job, and I'm well aware that that's not the case for most people, and I feel like they are taking the absolute p*ss in a cost-of-living crisis, so I feel a weird responsibility for any other poor s*d who buys from them!!).

Avoid at all costs. Bought a standing desk - they sent without the machine keypad to raise the desk. Their response initially was they would knock £20 off price - obviously refused as we ordered a standing desk that would provide no purpose without being able to raise it. They then offered to send a replacement part but it would take four weeks. Once it arrived we then started building the desk to find that not all screws are provided so we are now unable to attach the desktop to the base as screws weren’t provided. Absolutely shocking. My advice would be to use a different company.
