STAY AWAY - read reviews before buying!!

I haven’t even finished building my desk yet and am already appalled at the service and product. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. As many others said, there are no screws that attach your desk to the legs. I suspected this because those screws are not shown in the manual as being in the included hardware - you only find out you need 10 screws when you reach the step of attaching the legs to the desk.

I contacted customer service who first said the screws were unavailable at the time I made my order, then later said the packer forgot to include them. My customer service chat was riddled with lies and ignoring my questions and requests for return.

In the end I fought enough to get them to agree to a return, which I would have to pay for myself. They would only refund me if I showed proof the desk was unopened in the box, which I obviously couldn’t as I was chatting to them about building the desk.

I went to their website to view their 60 day money back guarantee, and the link takes you to a page that shows how they use your data. Absolute farce!!

I’ve not even built my desk completely yet, so not even sure if it works, but if it doesn’t I am exhausted at the thought of trying to contact them again. This experience reminds me of the internet scams of the early 2000s - I can’t believe I’ve paid hundreds of pounds to a shady company like this!

So far it’s a very nice desk

So far it’s a very nice desk, works well and looks good, quick delivery. Had to ask a few questions of customer service and they were responsive (unlike some earlier reviews suggested). Glad I wasn’t put of by negative reviews. One minus that it takes time to assemble and there were no screws to attach desktop to legs! We had to buy them separately

I have never been one to write a bad review...

I have never been one to write a bad review or complain about a product but this desk has been one big stress.

Key points:
- The desk was late by one week, I had the legs but not the top.
- If there are screws missing you have to source them yourself.
- Head office are in China, Customer service are not in the UK and can't really offer much help.

I assembled the legs, the last part was to attach the legs to the desk top. I opened the box to find no screws inside. I contacted customer service (who are not in the UK) who told me I would have to purchase the screws myself and then send proof of payment to be re-imbursed.

The trouble is, the screws you need (M5x14) are not made in the UK. Customer Service sent me a link to the screws I need, which I had to wait another week for. When they arrived they were the wrong size (M3).

I asked to return the desk, however - what is not stated when you purchase the desk - they currently do not offer returns from the UK. Anything you wish to return will have to be organised and paid for by yourself.

I was offered one last attempt to help source the screws - as stated they don't make the screws you need in the UK, but they do M5x12, which I was told would be suitable. I was offered a £30 refund for all the trouble.

If there is a loophole Fezibo will find it! I paid £10 for the screws, and sent over my invoice to be reimbursed. When I questioned that I received the £30 refund but not the £10 for the screws I was told the £30 included the cost I paid for the screws and they were 'sorry if I misunderstood'.

The time I have taken to try and fix a desk that came incomplete is actually ridiculous. Customer Service can do nothing until they contact head office in China.

I wish I read the below reviews to understand this is not an isolated incident, and if it happens you're stuck with a £200 desk that won't stand with the added cost of finding and buying screws.

Love my desk, great product!

I was unsure to use Fezibo as the reviews here weren’t great. But I took a chance and I’m very happy I did. Desk arrived in one package in 6 days, easy to construct, all parts were there. Instructions straight forward and I’ve been using my desk for over a week now. Love it! Thank you.

Never experienced anything like it

Never experienced anything like it. just read the below reviews (which I wish I had done and have only just seen them as I type my own). they don't provide the screws to attach the desk frame to the desk top, what!?!? How is that even a thing? - the frame holes are really wide and the desk is really thin so i'm not sure what sort of screw should even be used, but more to the point I have been online for an hour and a hour round trip to B&Q to try and locate the perfect screw with no joy..... they have now sent me a link to an amazon product which will take another week to arrive, and the screws are black (white frame and desk). Seriously spend your money elsewhere, may seem like a petty review at face value but its infuriating having built the whole desk & frame to then not be able to attach. worth paying extra and going to a reputable brand. learnt my lesson!

Excellent desk and customer support

Excellent desk, looks very posh and is very sturdy indeed (I bought the spliced). TBH, I hesitated to buy when I saw the really bad reviews and low score in trustpilot but took my chances and I was rewarded! Looks like the company has taken these comments seriously and improved their service massively. Having said all that, I received email responses instantly and the product was shipped swiftly. The packaging was awesome, all came nicely protected in very smart packing sleeves and impact protectives. Instructions are ridiculously easy to follow, easier than IKEA. 5 stars for everything!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! I wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this sham of a company. Missing screws that attached the desktop to the desk frame and also the control panel that move it up and down. Number doesn’t connect so have just sent an email which I doubt I’ll get a response on given the feedback here. New people - DO NOT BUY from this joke of a company!

Missing screws

Bought a desk from Fezibo, assembly was going well until I realised they did not provide the screws to attach the desk to the frame.

I now have a desk which I'm unable to use taking up space, and their customer service is poor. Phone lines consistently busy.

A nearly perfect experience...

I had a nearly perfect experience from Fezibo. I ordered my desk on the Friday, by the Tuesday the frame had arrived and on the Wednesday the top had turned up.
They used Evri, and I had a great experience with them.
The only downside to the whole transaction was that other than the screen after I paid, it was the only confirmation of anything. I did not receive one email or text message to say if anything was processed or even coming, I did think it was a scam until my desk arrived.
The desk itself is perfect. Very sturdy and very easy to put together. The driving mechanism takes getting used to but works well.
All in all I recommend this company for an electric desk, I just wish they actually had any communication AT ALL.

Missing screws

Bought a desk from them, it arrived quick, and the assembly so far has been straight forward enough. However it was missing the 12 screws to attach the desk to the frame. Their support is unable to send me some, instead saying they will reimburse me for getting them myself - linking me to a suitable size.

Frankly this is a disgraceful experience. This means I have to wait a further 3-4 days before I can use this desk.

I have this desk at work and it's good. So this is a massive let down, and is a poor indicator of their QC processes.

Not quite satisfied but I'll state the good points too

First: With any shady company don't buy in first place despite temptations. But if you choose to buy, ALWAYS use PayPal which has buyer's protection.

Second: Use Amazon if you have the option. Fezibo is also on amazon.

So, I purchased the Brooklyn A - 140cm table at an early bird price from their website. Placed the order on Friday and received it on the following Monday, - quite prompt! inspected all the components and found everything to be in order. After assembling the table, however, I encountered a problem with the left side drawer's bottom part, which appeared to be identical to the right side, making it impossible to fit correctly.

I promptly sent an email to their customer support and waited for a response. Subsequently, I decided to initiate a live chat on their website. Initially, a representative named Michael requested that I provide photos of the package labels with my address, which I promptly supplied. However, it seemed he misunderstood the issue and attempted to convince me that the part I had received was actually correct. To clarify the matter, I had to take fresh pictures holding the problematic part next to the drawer, clearly showing the missing holes. After this, he acknowledged the problem but informed me that they did not have replacement parts and suggested that I drill the necessary holes myself, which was rather surprising!

I expressed my lack of drilling skills and the potential for damaging the item. Additionally, I mentioned another issue with the LED strips detaching, no matter what I did. In response, Michael offered a partial refund of £30 to compensate for the inconveniences. I pointed out that my concern was not primarily about money; I had not paid for all the hassle. Nevertheless, in the end, I reluctantly agreed to the refund because I would need to seek professional assistance to resolve the issue by creating the necessary holes in the part.

Here's my overall rating for the experience:

Delivery: 5 stars (XDP, despite their reputation, performed well for me).
Table Appearance: 4 stars.
Inconvenience: 2 stars.

This totals to an average rating of 3.6 stars.

As a piece of advice for Fezibo, I'd like to mention that had I purchased from Amazon, they would have provided a full refund and offered a hassle-free return process. Despite all the negative feedbacks on TrustPilot, your products have potential, as I conveyed to Michael. However, your quality control and customer service leave much to be desired. To improve, consider hiring experienced individuals in these areas. With better quality maintenance, you could compete with established brands and achieve greater success in the market.

RETURN Policy is FRAUDULENT

After spending hours assembling the Fezibo desk, because it had multiple drawers, it was revealed that the pre-installed slides for the drawers were installed wrong. Therefore none of the 3 front drawers opened or closed properly and had very weird gaps around them because they did not seat properly in the space. Additionally one of the drawer fronts was a very different color from the rest of the desk.

None of these deficiencies were evident until the desk was completely assembled. I reached out to customer service to return the defective and damaged desk and after going back and forth for weeks, they still refuse to provide me with a return authorization.

Instead they offered to send more parts, to provide a $15 credit to keep the damaged desk with unusable drawers, etc etc but flat out refused to honor their "easy" return policy because the desk was already assembled. I told them I would take the desk apart to return but they still are refusing to honor their return policy on their website!

Beyond unhappy at the waste of time and money!!

Let down by quality for the price

In total, we spent nearly £1000 with Fezibo for 2 desks and a filing cabinet. The delivery was very quick. The way it was packed was brilliant and the building instructions very easy to follow.
The frames of the desk are of good quality but unfortunately (and bizarrely) the quality of the drawers and slide runners are rubbish. As a result we have lovely desks with very flimsy drawers. The worst is the side cabinet. It wasn't cheap but completely fails to be practical. The main cupboard hasn't got a shelf so you only have a big empty space which is a waste of space. And the drawer for the hanging files is slightly too small for the files! Not quite wide enough but also the grooves for the supporting rails are not deep enough so if you have little plastic tabs on your files to label them, then you cannot close the drawer properly. Clearly not designed by someone who works in an office... if I was to do it again, I wouldn't have chosen Fezibo products I don't think.

I am amending my review and lowering the score to 2 as for the corner desk, we found that some pilot holes were not at the correct place.

Shockingly bad customer service, no resolution to my problem

The only thing that went right about my order was that both parts did actually arrive in 7 days.

But it turns out I did not receive the 12 screws required to fix the deskboard to the frame. Instruction booklet so very conveniently omitted these critical 12 screws from the contents list, did not label them or state their sizes, misleading us to believe we needed to put in our own screws and guess the size. Except the ones we used are too narrow and too long because it's impossible to guess from a dashed-out picture what screws are meant to be used.

Mind you, this instruction booklet is NOT the one they have on their website for the exact product I ordered!

So as any customer would do, I emailed the customer service. Not only did they take ages to respond, but also they only responded asking me to confirm something I already explained and also telling me to tighten the screws I already stated BROKE THROUGH THE BOARD and are TOO LONG. They NEVER sent me the exact screws I need for this part! But fine, I explained again, and sent two more emails. Fast forward another day, and I receive a ONE LINE response giving me a phone number for the customer service.

I called as soon as the line opened, and nobody was responding. Have some music then goes to 'all representatives are busy'. After some time, the line actually started ringing but nobody picks up! Have been trying for the past 30+ minutes and ongoing (edit: now 1+ hour).

This website is literally a scam, as not only do they REFUSE to read and understand my problem which I explained in as much detail as humanly possible and also provided 3 photos and a video for showing how my instruction booklet is wrong, required exact screws were NEVER sent to me, and that my desk has been unusable from the moment it arrived and is now damaged, but they also refuse to acknowledge my problem and respond to the solution I have been proposing since my first email forward.

No resolution, no response.

AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO THROW £200+ AWAY FOR THIS LACKLUSTER SERVICE.

I placed an order for an electric…

I placed an order for an electric standing desk well over two weeks ago which has not arrived. The company advertise that delivery is between 3-7 days. I have sent multipe emails to the company asking for a refund which they have ignored and offered me £10 which I am perplexed as to what that covers. The customers service is below poor. You ask a direct question which they ignore. This matter would have been resolved had the company refunded my money but instead have chosen to ignore my request. This has resulted in me leaving a negative review. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

OK desk now built - everything else is poor

Evri delivery - dumped one part on doorstep and one part with bins at back of house. Desk itself so far (only a week is decent) but the assembly instructions were absolutely awful and turns out the holes in the desktop aren’t in the right places. Got a reply from customer service asking me to drill by own holes. So that’s what I had to do to get the thing made.
