Broke after 6 months, poor customer service.

The electrical control mechanism broke after just 6 months, and after 3.5 weeks of email correspondence with customer services they still have not ordered the replacement part that I need in order to fix it. I would not recommend this product.

Quick shippment, great quality furniture and so-so customer service

I had a question about one measurement they didn't provide on the standing desk page. While they replied quickly (it was after midnight in UK so I doubt it was an employee from UK), the answer wasn't what I asked for, but I didn't care too much - at least they were nice. Despite that, I did order a desk from them. Amazon had similar pricing but they didn't have the exact variant I wanted (I have a very specificly sized office :D). The experience afterwards was nothing but pleasant. The desk has arrived in perfect condition (kudos to Evri, for once... but I ordered on Friday and got it delivered on Monday so Fezibo did pack it quickly indeed), the instructions were easy to understand but not too simple - even better than the ones IKEA has; and it took me about an hour to assemble the desk and enjoy it. I saw some people complain they got a bad plug in the UK and were advised to buy an adapter so I was concerned what I'm gonna get. I was relieved to see I didn't have that problem :)

On the side note: the desk is just perfect. I think they are quite confident on what they sell, they just gotta work on improving their customer service. I believe most of the complaints here are valid (considering I didn't have my question answered) but having experienced everything else afterwards, it was just not enough to substract a star from this review.

Next time someone is looking to buy a standing desk, I'll recommend Fezibo easily. It was a brave choice to disregard Amazon's safety net, but it paid off!

I TRULY can not recommend this company. Heres why.

Where to begin.
Ultimately is an overwhelming avoid if you value anything above mediocre products met with complications, unhelpful or frustrating costumer service and a headache for any returns.

Heres the headers for everything that gone wrong incase any specific area peaks your interest:

Broken product. No UK returns. Costly Misinformation. False Advertisement. Unhelpful customer service. Damaged Products. Lack of Compensation or willingness to make amends.

Okay so first about the actual products:

PRO:
Fast delivery (Suppose Evri's win?)
Did send a replacement for broken part after they investigated.
The working product so far does as advertised although its not very sturdy with very light weight table tops.

CONS:
A lot of wobble both sitting and standing. (really not good if you have a camera set up)
A lot of off set screw placements/easily threaded metal making assembly more of a task.

RUSTIC BROWN ISN'T UNIVERSAL! This might only effect a smaller market but if you are planning on getting 2 desks to match (for us a standard and a corner) the rustic brown finish is a lot different so they wont match.

Now for the categories listed above...

Broken product:
First set of legs we're well and truly broken with a glitched controller giving it a minds of its own getting higher and higher and every reset.

They did replace them but also left us with the broken set to get rid of on our own accord. This then leads up on to returns.

No UK Returns:

Apparently their UK warehouses are "temporarily" unavailable so if you'd like to return anything its the ordeal of arranging your own delivery logistics, along with them keeping 15% of your order total as warehouse fee's.

Costly Misinformation:

When having a lengthy and at times confusing discussion with customer support, I was told I could order 100kg legs to work with the corner desk. This as I found out was completely false, they are not compatible leaving me with only 80kg weight capacity as an option along with a potential very costly mistake (factoring in previous return issues)

False Advertisement:

This is mainly directed at the wood finish not being universal with each product that offers the same type. In our case as stated, we ordered two desks with Rustic brown, both do not match, one is a lot lighter and the texture is vertical, while horizontal on the other. Again you want two desks to match/be seamless next to one another, this ain't it.

Damaged Products.
One of the desks I received had a large chip in it leaving quite an ugly mark (in picture)

Unhelpful customer service:

I can summarise the rest and mainly why I would avoid this company, given all the set backs, compromises and out right damaged products I received over this 2 week back and forth with a total of £460 spent.

I have had an insulting response of "I am sorry, we don't know what to say" followed by "we can offer a maximum of £10 rebate"

It doesn't matter how patient you handle the situation along with expressing your disappointment or complaints, there is next to no wiggle room or willingness to temper their short comings.

Lengthy review and one most will no doubt miss, but honestly do some shopping around and invest your money in a company that values your business, along with providing higher quality products.

Delayed customer service however quick result

I recently purchased an office desk from this website, and unfortunately, it arrived broken. Frustratingly, despite sending multiple emails to their customer service, I have not received a single reply. In one of my emails, I even suggested that they simply send me the broken parts so that I can fix the desk myself and avoid further complications. However, it seems that my pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

This lack of response and assistance from the customer service team is extremely disappointing. Not only am I left with a broken table, but I am also without any refunds, replies, or solutions. It's incredibly frustrating to be in a situation where there seems to be no resolution in sight.

Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to avoid this website at all costs. It's disheartening to be left with a broken piece of furniture and no support from the company you purchased it from.

I am continuing this review after few days from above review.
After about 5-6 emails later. While it took longer to receive a response, the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure swift resolution. The speed at which the replacement parts were delivered was truly impressive.

Good customer service and value for money

Good communication concerning product information and delivery schedule. I bought the L-shaped adjustable standing desk. The set-up instructions are clear and the product is really good value for money. It works really well. I did have a problem with one of the parts and customer services replied promptly and were very helpful.

It all seems good until….

Customer service seemed to be going great when I couldn’t find my parcel (it had been taken into our garden by a friend and put in the shed and locked). Fezibo sent pictures of the delivery so I could track it down, but one concern was a large bulky package (turned out to the the 160cm desk) was dropped over the gate onto the steps below which did cause some small chips when I put this together. They offered me £15 compensation which seemed nice as I wasn’t too bothered by the small issue. However, what DID bother me is as every time I have emailed I said to them there was another issue…that the plug I received was a foreign plug that I didn’t even have an adapter for. I asked if this was standard. Each time I was ignored so after they said they credited the £15 and they couldn’t focus on that I asked again. I was just told that had been sent in error but to “buy an adapter and they’ll refund it” and that they hope I will “be satisfied with them”. I have emailed back asked for a replacement wire with a U.K. plug attached but now seem to be getting ignored. I still haven’t even got to try the desk out yet as I don’t think I should have to buy an adapter when their website didn’t state plugs are non standard and they have confirmed that by saying it was an accident.

I was a bit worried after reading the bad reviews but l am glad I ordered an electronic desk from Fezibo. The experience was really good. They dispatched the parts very quickly and I received them without any issues. I definitely recommend it!

Terrible service - possible scam

Placed an order over a week ago - received the top of the desk ... but no frame. They sent an email saying the frame had been despatched but the tracking number is invalid ... i have been chasing for days now - phone calls , emails ... but no response

I was concerned when I read some of the…

I was concerned when I read some of the feedback.
However, for the price the electronic standing desk is great, easy to put together and goes from sitting to standing smoothly and quietly. The c2 chair is really comfortable, although if you have short legs, this chair might not be for you. The customer services did get back to me when I emailed them. Overall a good buy.

Order on amazon or add email!

Ordered late at night got it 4 days later, Putting it together was a work out!
When asked for number or email PUT EMAIL or like me you may not get your order details or tracking numbers! Even thought i didn’t get my tracking and invoice till late after talking to their support. the desk showed up and works like expected. (ultra 3 electric adjustable desk) it was delivered by Evri.

The best customer support ever.

The best customer support ever.
A wrong part came in my electric desk and after several I raised the issue and a new part was sent to me. They were willing to send me £60 to get an alternative one as the part was not in store but I opted to wait for their order from china and it came after 2 weeks. I was super excited how they handled the whole issue... Now I just got their chair.

Brilliant product

Ordered Monday arrived Thursday.

Even with my much heavier oak (40kg) desk top the movement is super smooth, really given the price compared to others there is absolutely nothing to complain about, bought for the misses who works from home, she can't wait to bet back to work now.

Avoid at all costs

Initially a good experience, they then delivered a damaged and broken desktop. Ok, these things happen so they organised a replacement but I was told to keep the damaged one - which in itself is a pain as now I have to find a way of disposing of a huge piece of wood that won't fit in the car. The new table top never arrived and then I was told it was out of stock and that I should buy it from Ikea. They refunded me £100 of a £270 order which is not good enough. Avoid at all costs, exceptionally poor service.

Downhill from day 1

Desk arrived, instructions were clear and relatively easy to follow. Desk worked perfectly for all of 6 hours at which point the nightmare began.

The height controls started rejecting the direction I wanted to move the desk in and stepping 2 in the opposite direction. This lead to the desk eventually being at max height unable to get down and being all together useless.

I contacted support. After a couple days waiting they eventually told me how to reset/re initialize the desk. This led the desk to being in the lowest position. Stuck. Too low. Useless.

Support only reply once a day at best so this process has been going on for weeks now and they won't send me new parts or refund me until they have "proven I have tried the troubleshooting steps" which I have complied to with numerous videos where I receive unhelpful comments about my technique of holding buttons for certain lengths of time. This is bad design if I am counting milliseconds in my head to unlock certain behaviour.

I am altogether fed up at this point.
