I read the reviews and was apprehensive but really liked the desk and could not find anything similar (went with L shaped standing desk with upper drawers). My purchase was not notified but shipment was really quick, again 2 packs (as per previous comments, so was expected) coming at different times, again not great comms on this. Would say this is a 2 person build but was impressed by the build quality and very happy with the desk. Not 5 stars due to under par comms but overall v happy

I ordered two electric standing desks and they're great. Delivery was super quick, the next day in our case - a lovely surprise. Both were very easy to assemble, all pieces present, just one desk board missing screw holes but that was not a problem as we just copied the instructions and created our own. Very happy & would definitely order again.

After waiting for a while for it to come back in stock, I ordered a desk from Fezibo. While I waited I contacted them a couple of times and always received good customer service. When it came back in stock I ordered it but forgot to put my email address down. Again the customer service team was very attentive, reassuring me that my order was placed and on its way. Although sent it two parts via two different courier companies, It turned up the very next day (and the day after). I am very pleased with both the product and the customer service. Having read the other reviews on this site, I felt it was fair to share my positive experience.

I didn't read any of the reviews here before ordering, thankfully. But I was slightly concerned as the desk-top I wanted was unavailable and customer contact was just one guy working in a different time zone and with quirky English.

Having taken the plunge, I was astonished that both packages arrived within days, ahead of schedule. The electric desk is a high-quality robust piece of furniture, well designed and engineered for very impressive self-assembly. I had wanted castors and although it was really unclear whether they should be included as standard, the customer-service guy was extremely helpful in getting the right result.

I've had the desk up and running for six weeks now and feel very happy with my choice: the quality and look of the product, the smooth functioning and overall value for money. I am still pining for the version of the desktop I couldn't have but my second choice is really very good. No complaints from me and I would recommend highly.

Everything they ship is with XDP and will go directly to DEPOT 561 where all orders go to die. Nothing ever moves from there it's like Area 54 in America... I've had two orders for a Fezibo desk now go missing with XDP. Surely you can change your shipping company ? Can't get any response from Fezibo as it's Lunar New Year until the 27th January and they are running a stand by staff to assist. Terrible company can't comment on the product if I never recieve it.

Do not trust the glowing reviews from "Verified Buyers" on their UK website which are supposedly British customers.
Many of these British customers have posted photos of their desk set up at home... Yet weirdly, not a single one of them use UK plugs and sockets.
If a website thinks it's ok to fabricate reviews, what else will they do?

Ordered an electric desk from Fezibo. The legs turned up but the desk top never made it. I bought it on November 27th and this still hasn’t been resolved at the time of writing. Fezibo have since told me the desk I bought is out of stock and to pick another. I did that and then miraculously my original choice was back in stock. That was six days ago and haven’t heard anything or received a delivery update since. I would avoid buying from them. I have requested a refund but they’ve gone quiet. They can have the legs back.

I placed an order for a standing desk through Fezibo before checking the reviews. Naturally, when I read the reviews on Trustpilot I became concerned that I had made a mistake having previously had really bad experiences purchasing from sites in China.

So I immediately contacted them to cancel my order. Surprisingly, I did get a response the next day saying the item had already been shipped and I would need to refuse the delivery so the item would be returned. Only then would I get my refund. My first thought was, 'here we go'. I contacted them back and insisted that I gave them enough time to cancel the order before shipping and the error was not mine and insisted they refund me in full without having to wait for the item to be returned.

Once again, I was surprised that they agreed and I received a notification that the refund had been processed. At this point I'm now positively blown away. Two days later, the item was delivered ahead of time, only I was away from home so I couldn't refuse the delivery. Being curious I opened the boxes and found the desk to be a really high standard. Every part has been precision engineered. It has a solid feel with a heavy strong weight to it. So I decided to keep the desk and assembled it, the motor is better than I expected and works seamlessly. I contacted Fezibo back and offered my feedback and happily paid for the item again.

With so many bad reviews, I thought it was only right to add what I've found to be an excellent product followed by friendly and prompt service, so it gets 5 stars from me.

I couldn't recommend them more!

Ordered a desk, had the order confirmed - all paid for - only for them to email me telling me it was out of stock. Showed as being in stock when purchasing, so some real mismanagement there.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Terrible Service - misleading the customer even from Amazon where they sell the product for 'Cheaper'.

EDIT 29th Sept since my review they have fully refunded and I have received good customer service.

Dreadful delivery and dreadful customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM FEZIBO.
My item arrived damaged and in addition when put together the mechanism didn't work to lower and higher the table as it didn't fit into the holes!
I have requested a full refund and for them to collect the order and I've heard nothing apart from an automated response!

Don’t order from there because you will be disappointed XDP is a shocking courier they need to change that or they will lose. Just like now they lost a customer I’ve been waiting for my parcel over 3 weeks now even though on the website it clearly states between 3-7 working days. Never visiting this website again.

If you are buying anything from this company check if the delivery will be made by XDP - if so check XDP reviews and steer well clear....Fezibo needs to change their delivery partner ASAP - my item has been sat in the XDP warehouse for over 10 days now....

Ordered from amazon where it said 3 in stock, however, a week after the order I was told that tehre were non in stock and then heard nothing back. Luckily I could speak to Amazon about getting a refund.
No customer service to speak to so defo not a company I would like to go near again!

Order was not delivered but payment was debited. 2 months on and still no resolution to this issue. I had no other option but to make a claim through my bank but Fezibo have disputed it and are still requesting payment for undelivered product. These guys are the worst.
