Excellent service
Polite, knowledgeable staff, vehicle fitted in at relatively short notice, also had the use of a curtesy car for the day as it was a lengthy software update.
Only negative, the vehicle was in for a service one month ago, and the update was not picked up then. However as the service was a while you wait appointment and the software update would take most of the day, the vehicle would need to be rebooked in anyway.

Not interested in doing business with me!
I made an enquiry on an used Juke with the Nissan dealership in Guildford and every time I call Mimi, who is one of the sales reps I am told she is with a customer and would call/text me back; but she has never bothered to do so for the last 2 days.
So therefore I wanted to speak to the sales manager to raise this only to be told that he/she is in a meeting by a very rude man who didn't seem to want to help me at all.
Clearly they aren't bothered with doing business with me so I am going elsewhere where my business is appreciated.

Branch could not offer a fair deal on…
Branch could not offer a fair deal on the demo car I wanted to buy on the Saturday even though on the Sunday they reduced the price to a fair price. I was by then already positioned to buy from a different dealer when I saw the price drop online and went back to Barnes to buy. Not great Mangement.
When I collected the car they couldn’t find the second key for a couple of days. Not impressive.
Haven’t received a call after 2 weeks to ask if all OK ( it is) but left with feeling that not a valued customer.

Luca the staff member. He was just very kind, replied quickly without seeming pushy in any way. I was put off two other garages that had cars I was interested in but, I never even bothered to see them because of the way they spoke to me. very bad after sale care
I am dismayed by the after-sales customer support from Barnes Group, purchased a car back in November, with a condition if any problem raise I will not get involved with RAC warranty, everything should be done by FG Barnes and the sales representative assured me if this is what I wish then they will do it, they will pick up the car and deal with RAC warranty. now the car is having issues and they are refusing to commit to their deal.

I found them to be very polite and very professional, but car is supposed to come with two working keys One set of keys does not work. This is now been over four weeks and I’m still waiting for the second set of keys.
