I ordered from ad in Facebook I don't have PayPal so used debit, they took my money, months ago the phoney tracking program had my package fall off the face of the earth 98 miles from my home on 13 June. They are a fraud and thieves.

My boyfriend and I ordered a pool april 30th. It said it was supposed to come in the mail today. We got home and there was something in the mail from China. We payed 60 for this pool. And you know what we got? 2 masks!!!! Waited months for a pool and got 2 cheaply made face masks. Confirmed the tracking number and it is the same one they gave us for our "pool" this place is a scam!!!! Do not buy from here

If I could do a zero-rating I would I ordered a pool back on May 1st it is now almost July 1st and have yet to receive it I have asked for a refund and I have over a hundred emails from this person saying that they were going to give me my refund back. I've yet to receive the pool or the refund my tracking number shows a package but has no update since May 8th. They told me that it would take up to 1 to 2 months for my refund to hit, which is a lie because it takes three to four days to process a refund to a card. I have reported the scam to the better business borough and to my local police department, none of which has helped. The pool was not for me it was for my sons 8th birthday and now he is not gonna get it, nor will I get my money back. I'm beyond pissed off.

I have read there has been a limited of shipping with packages coming in from china. I ordered a pool and haven't received it yet! I was upset emailed got a response keep tracking with track 17. My sister just got a package she ordered in march. She found a app that gives you a better idea of package location. I tried it and its says it arrives on the 1st of july. Keeping my fingers crossed. I will update later

Ordered a trampoline 3 months ago. Tracking says in the united states but that was 2 months ago. Still nothing. Phone number is a non working number and no response when sending emails. I hope others do their research and come across this before they purchase anything from them. Pretty sad when you think about it. Essentially they are breaking kids hearts because let's face it. Pools, trampolines, etc. Are all ordered for kids. Complete scam.

Be careful they are scamers. Order a pool send two face mask. Is impossible to make civil action due to this guys are from China the address and phone number are fake.

Only thing was good was the price. Never saw an item yet it’s been a month and a half!!! Damn Scammers knew it was to good to be true. Me and my mother n law was looking for a trampoline for my 7 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter and we found one cheap on the Fibare website never heard of it a day in my life and I’m a shopper lol but I see it’s all a game we have tracked it and it say it’s still in China... Yea China my ass I should have known when they wanted us to pay through PayPal. My mother n law no longer lives with us but calls almost everyday to see have her grandbabies gotten there trampoline!!! Shame on these people running games thanks to everyone who left reviews I’m glad I checked back in. How the hell we get our money back I’m contacting PayPal now .

It's a scam!!! I ordered a 14 foot trampoline with net and ball hoop and still have not received anything it's been 4 months!

Good morning. Well I'm seeing so many people having the same problem with this company. I'm disputed it with PayPal . my card company and who ever else will listen. My question is has anyone heard back from anyone about this company ? TIA

THIS is a SCAM!!! Purchased a pool from this site and got 2 Disposable masks! Paid with PayPal and I’m disputing the charges. Their website, address and return policy are nothing but lies!

I got scammed too. Saw the cheap pool, did a little research. Thought it was a US company, but then got an email from China. Still have not received anything, not even underwear/masks. Disputing with pay pal.

I ordered 2 kids pools and received 2 masks. They are a scam and are still baffled as to why I didn't received my order. Total "CROOKS""!

Please don’t order anything on this website. I ordered a pool last April 30, 2020 upon checking trustpilot I read some reviews that it’s a scam so I cancelled my order & disputed it thru PayPal & my bank next day. Although I received a tracking number already.... finally after 41 days the tracking number they gave is for a Face Mask. They’re tracking number is real but definitely it’s not for the one you ordered.... So definitely no Pool but thanks for the mask which they labeled outside as underwear.

I orderd a pool from here and got face masks insted what kind of sick joke is this. I just wanted a pool for my family but insted we got scammed. I'm currently trying to get my money back to get my son a pool.

I purchased a $50 trampoline from these people on 4/28/20. The last "tracking" info dated 5/14/20 still said the shipment was in China. Customer service is no longer responding to emails. DEFINITELY A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER, PLEASE.

Ordered a above ground swimming pool and paid for it. Instead of us receiving a swimming pool that we ordered we received a small package with 2 face masks in it. The label on the front said underwear!! It's like a sick joke. I attempted more than 9 times to contact the company with no response. I tried calling the phone number and it is no longer in service. I filed a complaint with the BBB this morning. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I got SCAMMED. Like every other reviewer here, I ordered from Fibare, in my case a 10 ft pool, and instead received face masks. I even got a confirmation with a picture and description of the pool and a tracking number. I tracked it for a full month only to receive 2 face masks in a tiny little plastic package on the day they showed my "pool" being delivered by USPS. I contacted Fibare and they apologized for the error and offered to send the correct item. After looking at these reviews...no thanks. I'm pursuing a refund. This company fronts as a US company, sothe low price surprised me, but once I knew the pool was coming from China, I figured that's why it was so inexpensive and also why the shipping was taking so long. I guess if something seems to good to be true, it probably is! Lesson learned!

I purchased a JUMP AND PLAY 7 FT. TRAMPOLINE SET from them on April 30,2020 and just received my package that I have been waiting on for a month to only receive 2 N95 masks I paid $50.95 for this JUMP AND PLAY 7 FT. TRAMPOLINE SET not 2 masks that I could have bought out the store. Then when you call the number it’s not in service I will be reporting them to the BBB

I ordered a pool and the Chinese company with a fake Michigan address sent me 3 N95 masks. They pretended to be a USA company. They still haven’t refunded me.
