I would give less stars if I could. I ordered a pool on May 4 and today June 6 I received 2 N95 face masks. This is a scam do not order from this web site.

This is a scam! Ordered 6 weeks ago, sent them an email bc hadnt heard anything...response was go check in post office we sent. They sent 5 masks in the mail to me! Do not order!

They got me too!! I trust PayPal so I went ahead and tried it knowing it was probably to good to be true. But I damn sure didn’t expect to be tracking my package the whole time to only receive 2 Face Masks!! I’m not using those things!! Don’t order anything from this company!!

I ordered an inflatable pool about a month ago. I thought something was fishy when I didn't receive an email confirmation with my order information. I immediately contacted paypal to see if we could reverse the charges. They opened up a pending case and it is still open. I just hope there is a way to get my money back. I received 2 face masks in the mail today. This site needs to be shut down.

I got suckered into purchasing the $61 Intex pool. I was expecting it to be a pool but maybe some off brand. Almost 2 months later, I received whta they shipped; a set of masks. Luckily I used PayPal so they don;t have my credit card info. Can someone report this site and get it shut down?

Wish there was a no star option. Fibare club is a SCAM! Do not order from them. I ordered trampoline replacement parts and received two face masks a month after I placed my order. The masks came from China. I filed a dispute with paypal and the FTC as I have not heard back from the company.

fibare club is a fraudulent site. The address belongs to a different company. The phone number is disconnected. The emails are fake. I never received any items.

you can make a report to the Federal Trade Commission otr FTC.

It is super easy to make a report. It takes you step by step through a questionnaire.

I received my order for a shuffleboard board today, only it wasn’t a shuffleboard board. It was a face mask.

Ordered a pool 04/29/20 and immediately filed a case through Paypal because I just had a bad feeling. Price was way too cheap. They provided Paypal with a tracking number, so I hoped it would be legit. Checked the tracking number this morning (06/02/20) and seen that it should be arriving today. When my mailman put a "package" in my mailbox, I knew then and there I got plaaaayyyed. A playa got played.

Update!!! After more than 6 weeks I received a little packet containing two paper masks. This was supposed to be a large pool. Of course the company has all fake contact information. I have filed a dispute with PayPal.

Me too I got scammed from this website fibare I received 2 mask instead of the swimming pool that I purchased on their website. Still trying to get a hold of them

On April 30, 2020 I ordered a kids trampoline from Fibare. I paid thru PayPal. Before I ordered I looked to see where the company was located and found it to have a USA address and that is why I went ahead and ordered. Of course it was too good to be true. After over a month since I ordered, I finally received my "trampoline". The package said it contained underwear, when in fact it was 3 face masks once I did open it after reading other reviews on here.

Since I ordered thru PayPal I have now disputed my payment and have requested an total refund. Never buy from here and warn others to stay away!!!

I got scammed also. Bought a pool and got three masks. Contacting postmaster because this was sent through US mail.THis scam is a felony. Also contacting my bank. This sucks warm weather is here and no pools to be found.
