They got me too. Ordered a pool over a month ago, got a tracking number that will no longer tracks and can’t get a hold of anyone. Going to try to get a charge back on my cc tomorrow since this is obviously a scam. Just sad- the pool was suppose to be a fun little escape for my daughter

This company ripped me off.. I'm pressing charges! Such a scam, ruined it for a child.. Unbelievable

Bought an inflatable 12' pool for 69$ around May 7, tracked it all the way from China. Yesterday 2 N95 masks showed up. Total scam. Sending a complaint/refund request from Paypal. Im losing faith in humanity at this point.

So my husband got this strange package in the mail today... from CHI-NA 😅 and he hadn’t ordered anything. I googled a few things from the package and couldn’t find anything on it so then I googled the phone number that came from the sender and found this... low and behold we opened it and it was 2 face masks in a zip bag 😅 I’m so confused because this is a Scam but we didn’t order anything from anywhere.

No!!!!! Fibare is fake! Took my $60 for a trampoline and sent me four paper masks after a month. Disputing with my bank...

I never received my pool and canopy after waiting for 3 weeks. I had a tracking number. When I received my package it was 2 masks. So upsetting!

THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING THAT WE CAN DO ABOUT BEING SCAMMED BESIDES WARNING OTHERS. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE RACKING UP HUNDREDS, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OFF OF INNOCENT PEOPLE. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SUE SOMEONE, A COMPANY.........WHOMEVER IS COMPENSATING OUR MONEY. OUR COUNTLESS LOSSES ARE BECOMING THEIR EVER GROWING GAIN. My bank account was charged for a motorcycle and ATV that I purchased for my daughter, but when I try to view my previous orders via my account created with beartilk, I receive a response indicating that I do not have any previous orders. During check out, the page froze on me, I wasn't for sure if the payment was successful or not, until I checked my account. I want to know what my payment covered, taxes, shipping??? When will I receive my purchase? Please advise as soon as you can, thank you.

This is a scam scam scam people please do not order.... I order a trampoline and waited 3 weeks for it get a tracking number and everything . It came yesterday and got a 3 mask . This is a joke don’t order from this web site. You scamming everybody. They have my 55.88 but let them keep it but I’m trying to stop people for making the mistake that I made. Don not order scam scam scam...

I placed one order for a trampoline then another order for a pool. BIG MISTAKE. They took the money off of my card and sent me one tracking number for both orders. It was a legit tracking number and I kept watch on it until it just got delivered about an hour ago. I got THREE facial masks. I instantly emailed them. I got an email back saying that it could take up to 7 days to get a reply from them. I got ripped a good one. Lesson learned. Do NOT order from this site!!

We got our package today!!! So we were part of the idots that thought you could get a lot for a little and ordered a pool from fibare.club. We got the shipping number a few days after ordering and followed it through China and then to the states. After reading all the reviews and sure we had been had, I couldn't believe I got a delivery notice on my app while I was out. I called my son and told him to check the porch. He said what were you expecting, I said our pool that we ordered about 15 days ago. He said unless it's a Barbie blow up pool, that is not what we got. I got home and saw what we had gotten for $67 was 5 masks in a ziplock bag! I think this is a "Gotcha Sucker" gift. I told my kids not to touch it, because they probably covered it in the Corona Virus! Please no one else buy anything from the SCAM company. We went to Amazon and purchase a pool and it came in 4 days! It was $500, but it is a REAL pool and we will actually be able to use it. Unlike the masks we got that I told my kids are going straight to the trash because who knows what a scam company might have done to them.😥 Well, you live and learn. Lesson learned!

im steal optamistic after reading reviews, i checked tracking no. and ups has the no. also and waiting for item steal in transit. at first when i read these reviews i was frantic, but things from china take a long time to recieve. and as far as i can see the item i ordered is on its way. so i hope its legit so far looks good and cant beat the price its totally amazing. if i have problem ill come back and tell you. im stratford

My order shipped! 10’ $60 springless trampoline. Took almost a week for my shipping # to get in the system.
Once I tracked a package through many cities in China before it shipped out of the country, it took weeks before it left China. And all information is in Mandarine language, just like this shipment. It is a big country, Very far away, and the people you try to e mail many times can’t communicate with you..so don’t waste your time trying.
Also I e mailed them twice asking about “ could you give me the tracking number?, when will the order #... ship?” I responded to the original Confirmation e mail. But Fibare may send you the tracking anyhow or maybe not if you don’t ask them

I have ordered a trampoline 2 weeks ago, never receive it, these people are scam, I have to find a way to get my money back.

Last week I ordered a trampoline for the amazing price of 55$88cents and paid online with my Visa.I originally got back a tracking number but no info on how long it would take and in a glitch even it was gone.ive asked Fibare to please contact me but so far it hasn't happened and my kids need their trampoline I paid for last week.the only other thing I know to do is go to the better business bureau but I hate to do that too soon.i know I lost the original info in a glitch.Please Jesus,have them send me shipping and handling info!

Ok we will see what happens with this. I ordered a pool because the price was so low. I knew I was taking a chance but I paid with PayPal so I thought atleast I can file a claim with them. I ordered the item on the 1st and after I went to PayPal it did not redirect me to the site like usual and I had no way to have an order number or anything so I thought immediately it was a scam. I filed a claim with PayPal. A few hours later I get an order confirmation and it I look the item number up on line and sure enough it matches the pool I ordered. I got a shipping notice yesterday and it looks sketchy but it is also the same type I got at Christmas off an item I didn’t realize was from China. Today I checked and the tracking number says it is in route from China. Now I have no way of knowing how long it will take to get the item, or if it will be right but as of now I am hopeful yet realistic. I will update and let anyone know if I get the item. I agree that some of the stuff is sketchy but part of me thinks they are going to a lot of trouble for 52.00 if it is fake.

Ordered a trampoline, their website has good deals, but it does not say where the product is coming from, or how long shipping would take. I requested a refund, i get no response for days. 5 days later they ship it with a fake tracking number. Who knows if it is actually shipped. Do not use the site, all of their products come from China, they are terrible quality, now they may even have the coronavirus on them.

These ppl are so fake!!! Website and everything!!! I’m so mad...I keep trying to text and hear something but no response!!! Ordered a pool price was amazing, to good to pass up, haven’t heard anything from them, nothin phone number is fake and not in service, this sad ppl would do this just for a lousy $50 bucks!!!!

Ordered a kids pool from here. The deal was just too good to be true :( they are a scam and even went as far as sending me an email with a “tracking” number which was also fake. I tried calling the customer service number on their website which doesn’t work. Pretty sad that this company does that. Now I have to cancel my debit card and get a new one for fear of more fraudulent activity.
