Slow and unresponsive
It took around 2 weeks to receive a tracking number for my order. Even after receiving the tracking number it took another 10 days for the order to even show as being sent. At the moment I'm getting close to 4 weeks in with no sign of my order arriving any time soon.
Additionally, I have never had a single response to any of my emails following up on the order status... Pretty poor and will not be ordering from this company again.

Will not be ordering from this company again. My parcel took 4 weeks to arrive. Took them 4 days to reply to my emails. The website says it comes with a protective acrylic case, but i never received that. No apologies or reason for the long delay from the company. Not a happy customer
Bad customer service
I ordered a pair of fairtex harmony six gloves about 7 days ago I got the email to say thank you for my purchase and nothing since I've sent numerous emails just to be told they'll reply back 1 day later and still nothing all I'd like is some update and they can't even do that starting to believe this is just one big scam
Poor communication, awful shipping
Placed order on the 9th of May and still waiting by the 12th of June for the order to be completed. Some things arrived correctly but others were incorrectly sized, returns process took many days to organise due to shopify link on the site being dead and being forced to engage with one email address which does not seem to be regularly checked.

The receipt of incorrect products, which I contend was intentional, appears designed to exploit customer oversight or wear down their resolve to pursue rectification, thereby bordering on fraudulent.
Assistance: Labeling the support provided by Fight Gear Direct as 'helpful' would be a misnomer of significant proportion. The organization’s actions—more akin to misappropriation than service—strongly imply malintent, likening their conduct to that of fiscal pilferage.
Simplicity: The principle of simplicity is ostensibly observed, albeit primarily in the unilateral interest of the company at the expense of the consumer. This is evidenced by an unwarranted premium of $100 on products that not only diverge from the requested specifications in terms of quality and color but also fail to meet the basic expectations set forth at the point of sale.

Annoyed!!!
I ordered more than a week ago, got an email from “The CEO” thanking me for my order. Still to date I have not received an update on my order. Website states 1-3 days for dispatch and 1 day for response to emails. I am yet to receive any reply. Sent a number of emails and nothing. Pretty damn frustrating!! Left a comment on a post on their page but I see it’s now been deleted. Sent a message on messenger and nothing (but I only sent that today and it’s weekend but considering they deleted my comment today I’m assuming someone is online). No phone number to call and talk to someone. I’m pretty flipper annoyed!!!! All I want is a progress update on my order or refund me and I will support a company that actually wants the business.
Update: finally got a response via Facebook messenger. They said IT issues recently them from receiving my emails despite proof that I sent multiple emails. Item was not in stock in Aus even though the website says otherwise. Order finally received now. Sadly it’s unlikely I will purchase from them again unless I really have to

Skipping rope came
Immediate confirmation, processing and delivery of my item. Tracking and processing of the fightgearditect team was elite and I received it in a very short time with an SMS letting me know. Unfortunately I wanted a black skipping rope and got blue. But otherwise was a great experience!
Took more than a month to arrive, and only after I asked for a refund
2nd time I have bought from them. 2nd time I have had similar problems:
Website advertises as "shipped within 24 hours”, and "local stock" (i.e. in Australia). After a few weeks waiting, I enquired, and except for getting a response saying "I will check with the warehouse team", I got no answer. Then after more than another week, I asked for a refund and only then did I get a response that it had just been dispatched. I doubt it would have been dispatched if I had not enquired on status of the order. Then when it was dispatched, I saw from the tracking info that it was being shipped from Thailand, so the website lies:
- It takes weeks, not 24 hours to dispatch, and more than a month of worrying about if you have been scammed, before it ultimately arrives
- They do not have local stock.
- I suspect it might not have been sent at all if I had not enquired on the status
UPDATE AFTER SEEING YOUR REPLY:
Not really good enough to say that you are making plans to increase local stock. I see from your responses to others that you have said similar things for over 2 years, and this is still an issue! What you really need to do is:
a) fix your website so that it is not telling lies, and
b) if you find someone orders, and you are delayed in delivery, how about contacting your customer and giving them an update with an accurate updated ETA.
