Ordered two pairs of gloves and hand wraps. Shipping says 4-10 days. 2 weeks pass and none of my items were shipped. Why they take so long to ship I do not know. Customer service poor and dismissive. Avoid

product didn’t arrive at all, horrible customer service, will never order from here again, am in the process of getting a refund.

it has been 8 days since placing an order. no response, no notification, no delivery. I sent a delivery following-up email and no updates. tried to call but no contact number to call.

I have made an order 22 April. Today is 8 May and I still haven't received my parcel.
It's been over 10 business days and there is no update about my case.

The items arrived in a timely manner

Had to exchange a purchase and it went well with no complications.

Ordered my item and received no confirmation email. About a week later I got a text message (which seemed very odd) from Vin, asking for my email address as my item was out of stock and they wanted to show me other options (my email address was entered when I ordered the item so this seemed super strange to me). I replied with my email and received nothing (no text or email response)…..a few days later I sent another text reply…..no response. Eventually a few days after that I sent a webchat which did eventually receive a reply with an apology and telling me my item was awaiting courier pick up and that I would be sent the tracking details when they scan the shipping label. So now it seemed the item was in stock, I was never sent an email advising me of the shipping details as advised and today I received one of my two items direct from Thailand. Not unhappy with the product but given my experience I will never shop here again and still haven’t received everything I ordered. Very surprised to see some of the reviews raving about customer service as this was certainly not my experience, this was one of the strangest online shopping experiences I have had and found it very difficult to get someone to communicate with me.

I highly recommend Fight Gear Direct!! Vin from their customer service team is the best person to ask questions to, he knows so much about the stock and even gave me some really great product recommendations for my skill level. Some of the stock comes from overseas but they were super transparent about letting me know that when I asked :) 10/10!

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with, ordered some gloves off them, took over a month to even ship and when they did arrive I received the wrong item. Company refusing to refund or send out a replacement. Meanwhile, I've ordered from two other martial art companies and received items within 2 days. If you're looking to order something from here, avoid big time. Look at ordering from fight factory, or possibly anywhere but here.

Awesome sauna suit works really well and arrived in less then a week. So happy about my purchase I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a Gi off the company website in a size advertised as available, a week delay before being told they're out of stock. So I order a slightly different size after they send other options. Further delay only to be told they were out of that as well. I'd already made first payment.

Not impressed with the slow response times and lack of availability of gear.

Got what I originally wanted overnight from Zenjo Ltd in NZ.

Vin was fantastic in helping select and source the gloves my son wanted for his birthday. We had looked everywhere and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

I'm happy with the service and response time, service is great can't wait to receive two pairs of Mauy Thai Shorts and no drama about the colour of skipping rope works the same but they actually cared enough to notify and were honest which was great, highly recommend!
