Your product was great regarding pricing and fitment
I going to recommend them to other muai thai fighters.

I ordered gloves and shin pads on 18th January as I needed them for a Boot Camp on 15th February. Got the initial confirmation email. I did not hear anything more about my order until I followed them up on the 29th January, where I was told that they did not have my ordered colour in stock and to pick another colour. I gave them another colour and told them that if they had that colour in stock- please ship it immediately as I need them.
Still did not hear from them until I followed up again on the 1st February where I asked if they had been shipped and reminded them of our deadline. I also asked that if they could not get my items to me, then please issue a refund. They then replied telling me that my original colour choice was now back in stock, and would presumably send the original colour, and they will let me know an estimated delivery time to ensure I had my gear by the 15th February.
Once more, I still did not get an update until I followed up yet again on the 8th February- a whole 21 days since I placed my order, and I asked in this order for a refund as it was obvious that they could not arrange the delivery in time at all. I finally get confirmation that my order was sent as express, and the estimated delivery was the 15th February. I got my order today and it is not in the original colour- it is still the replacement colour.
The communication and experience has been absolutely atrocious. If it wasn’t for me continually chasing them for updates, I 100% believe that I would still be waiting on them to be shipped.
They pride themselves on being the best- they are not. Their estimated shipping time is 5 days- mine was 21 days. I will be telling my gym about my experience, as well as my boxing and muay thai coach and I will not be recommending Fight Gear Direct to them.

Was an easy and positive experience buying from them.

Don't waste your time or money. Shop else where.
My experience as a customer have been terrible.

Firstly sold me head gear that wasn't in stock and had to be swapped for another inferior product.

Its now been 11 days since Ive ordered and its yet to be dispatched.

Have been promised updates 2 days in a row and still nothing!

Have requested my order to be cancelled and refunded ASAP.

No confirmation email no tracking numbers, had to keep emailing them to get updates. Ultimately the "bob" I ordered never arrived and I had to chase down aus post who told me it was lost or never posted. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I have some recourse to get my $600 back, though I still have no idea what is going on.

REPLY: The issue was raised with australia post weeks ago by ME, weeks after you said you where looking into it. The only constant communication is me asking what is happening and you saying we are looking into it when you clearly aren't.

Product received was high quality and in perfect new condition. The only issue was that I was expecting the product to come from within Australia, being an Australian site, however it was shipped direct from Thailand. So delivery was longer than originally expected when purchasing. Recommend the site make it clear to the consumer if the product is being shipped from overseas or from interstate. Otherwise, a great purchasing experience.

One of the best experiences that I have had with a company. I needed assistance in amending an order that I made which many companies in the past haven’t assisted with and have just told me that they can’t do anything about it once the order was placed. The team member I spoke to was so responsive and helpful, such a seamless experience. Very happy customer and I would recommend purchasing from fight gear direct!

4 stars because they didn't have the glove in the girly colour I wanted but they made up for it in the fast response times from customer support, thank you very much FightGearDirect!!

The process to order online was excellent. The products have been good in the past so as a returning customer I was comfortable. The portal was easy to use and pay, felt secure, and I was notified via email once the items were purchased.

Amazing customer service, Vin was very proactive in his communication and answered all my questions promptly & comprehensively. Products are fantastic - the Fairtex gloves arrived so quickly from the Cyber Monday sales and I have already trained with them and they are perfect, massive upgrade to the gloves I was previously using. Constant support via email especially when not sure what to do.

Placed my order close to a month ago. Did not receive an order confirmation / tracking. Chased up the customer service admin for weeks to finally get a tracking number / order confirmation. Order arrived today missing 3 of the 4 items ordered. 4 weeks in to a 10 week fight training camp now and still using old busted gear for training, very frustrating. I would suggest paying a little more to order from somewhere local to avoid issues.

Good quality gloves but they sent the wrong size, and trying to get ahold of them to rectify the issue has proven to be an issue.
