Easy to navigate still waiting for my 10 dollars off code

At first these guys were great I made a mistake on my address and put the wrong postcode in, but that's where the praise ends. They then proceeded to take over a week to get the item to the point of dispatch. Then when I emailed them told me they were sorry and that they would dispatch the order tomorrow. I asked for an explanation on why it took so long to get to this point, only to be ignored. I then told them if they didn't give me an explanation or try to make it right, they ignored me again. I then had to cancel the order leaving me empty handed. DONT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE JOKERS AND WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR PRODUCTS

As for their reply only the postcode was wrong and I placed my order sunday night and emailed them sunday night so they hadn't even submitted the address to the shipping company so that's not the issue.

Do not trust their stock levels.

I ordered several items from this store. Only one of which was in stock. I was emailed and was required to change my order.

I would have rather of canceled my order. Customer service was average at best, these is no way to contact these people over phone for quick problem resolution.

Items are falsely advertised as in stock, most being out of stock to suck you in.

Watch this space for some half assed response about how it’s not there faults. You will see this on all other resent reviews.

Quick easy process, had size charts so I knew the right ones to get in comparison to my usual size

I ordered 18 days ago. Still with no tracking number. I am so frustrated. I’ve been trying to contact them so many times with a few responses of “we apologize “ but then no help. I spent over 400 dollars and ordered from them cus it was all in stock and I needed it quickly. I feel like I am being scammed of my money. On their website they say “best service in town”. But they obviously don’t care about their costumers at all. I have ordered things online for over 10 years almost weekly and I have never came across this before. Unbelievable..

Navigating the Fight Gear Direct website was super simple and very user friendly. My order was processed almost immediately and ready for shipping by the next day. The hand wraps I ordered were unfortunately out of stock in the particular colour I had chose, but a friendly staff member named Vin was very quick to email me and remedy the situation by notifying me of the colours they had in stock and replacing my order with those. All in all, I would recommend Fight Gear Direct to anyone looking for quality fighting equipment :))
