Just brought a heavy bag but super easy website to use and they will fill the bag if you need them too

Website says shipping takes 4 - 10 days then my gloves took a month to arrive, the hand wraps were the wrong colour, i sent multiple emails enquiring were the gloves were to which i received no reply, terrible experience highly recommend shopping elsewhere

The shipping times are ridiculous.
Ordered my purchase on 5/10/23
On 23/10/23 the purchase hasnt even arrived in Australia yet, still in Thailand. The website says 4-10 business days and it has well passed that now. Wont be buying from them again

It took 2 days to tell me you had no stock of the white we ordered... disappointing..

Fight gear direct is a dropshipping service where items are actually shipped from thailand through a chinese courier YUN express.
My experience are as such:
Ordered items through Fight gear direct site on 4th September 2023, order was confirmed on the 12th September 2023. standard shipping states 4-10 days which I hope to receive my item from on the 22nd September 2023.

There is a huge delay of 7 days from when you pay to when your order is confirmed, which the 10-11 days of shipping will then take place. Totalling a delivery time of almost a month. I would prefer them to be honest on the 19 days from me paying my item till it arrives on my doorstep. Seeing as they have a lot of competitors on amazon that can deliver products as a much quicker timeline.

Really smooth flowing business, and had a great experience buying from the website. Staff were very kind.

Order has reached the 10th bussiness day and still received nothing no tracking information or what so, these people are scam artist, according to other reviews i'm not the only please stay away from FIGHT GEAR DIRECT.

Took 17 business days instead of 4-10 as stated on the website but the order did finally arrive.

I ordered my first pair of gloves, hand wraps and a mouth guard. Part of my order was dispatched within 24hrs from Fight Gear Direct and they sent me an email letting me know that the colour mouthguard I ordered was out of stock at their warehouse but they contacted a fellow fight store who dispatched it that same day. Service and communication was absolutely top notch and it was an extremely impressive online shopping experience (and I do my fair share of online shopping).
Highly recommended!

Initially, I was worried to order based on some of the reviews in here (trust pilot) but I am so glad that I did. Spoke with Brendan at Fight Gear Direct and the replies were very prompt, polite but most important, very honest.

I can't thank Brendan enough for his support, especially since I needed my equipment quickly. He got it on express post for me!

I ordered on a Thursday night and had my stuff on Monday morning! (I'm in Melbourne).

I will be ordering from Fight Gear Direct again in future. Strongly recommend them and love to support our local businesses!

I ordered shoes from Fight Gear Direct. AT the time I checked some of the reviews and noted that there were some unfavourable comments. I contacted Vin at Fight Gear and he responded immediately and confirmed that my order had been received. He continued to provide me with updates and the shoes arrived today and are exactly what I need. Highly recommend using Fight Gear Direct.

No update on my order, even after a whole week. Bad experience on this website.

Sadly the same as other reviews. Said they have stock in Australia. Chased for 3 weeks to be told it been shipped and tracking currently (a month later) shows my item is somewhere in USA even though I live in Australia. Wint give refund. Honestly avoid these people like the plauge. They are dodgy and just give legitimate shops a bad name.

Ordered gloves and wraps, heard nothing for a week until I followed up. They followed up with their "warehouse" and then I heard nothing for another week.
Followed up again, said I wanted a refund and miraculously I was given a tracking number.

However this tracking number was not for me and has since been marked as delivered in a different state.

My theory is that they're just dropshipping stuff from Thailand and own no stock in Australia. Stay away if you actually want to receive anything and if you purchase, make sure you use buyer protection like Paypal so you can get your money back.

Good customer service, quick delivery and good products

Wouldn’t recommend this store as it said on the website that the two items I ordered were in stock only to find out over a week later after I reached out that one was not available and had to be refunded, and the other one took an extra two weeks before it even shipped because they didn’t have any stock in their domestic warehouse so they shipped it directly from the overseas manufacturer. It then took another week for the item to be shipped meaning almost a full month before I got the item, let alone 4-10 business days.
Overall I experienced misleading stock information, delayed shipping times and a lack of proactive communication and customer care.
