This company figure empire have ripped me off I brought a lathe it was faulty . They accepted that it was faulty. I sent video plus emails. They agreed to refund me. But now they won't return any emails. It was begeining of Jan it's no middle of feb . I can't believe this is going on. I Brought this for a Christmas present it's turning into a nightmare. I WOULD NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a gift on 15 January for a visiting relative with a brand new baby to help the baby who had reflux, still no item. I keep being told that there is a delay due to covid! I have asked for evidence of postage and a tracking number as the tracking I received has no information. I am still waiting on evidence!!! Do not use this company. I wish I had read the reviews. Lesson learned.

I have since received my item. Extremely poor quality, I'm not convinced it is even safe for use. After contacting the company, they admitted I was misled and offered me a 20% refund. I rejected this and said in terms of their own policy where a product doesn't meet requirements they will issue a full refund Subject to a 15% reduction which I said I would reluctantly accept. They have counter offered 70% refund as they say they have been impacted by covid, despite telling me they were inundated with orders and there was a backlog!! I have rejected their 70% refund and told them I want the refund in line with their Ts and Cs Emails now unanswered. I plan on getting in touch with UK trading standards to send the item to them for inspection in the hope that if it doesn't meet UK guidelines, they can find a way to stop this company selling well below par baby items

I've not received anything yet and I wish I'd have read these reviews first,I think I just need to come to terms with they've had me pants down,hope I receive something but not putting hope on it,

Anyone out there do not buy anything from this complete scams. This seller is absolute rubbish.

Ordered a squirrel deterent on 2nd December 2021 and despite a number of emails to Figure Empire and responses telling me "not to worry" in December and "we are looking into it" in January the product has still not arrived as of 26th January 2022.
Tracker shows collected from airport 13th December but has not changed since.
I would be very dubious of other 5 star reviews based on my experience and will never order from them again.

I have ordered a gift for my son for Christmas. I had my order confirmation email and was told I’d receive another email when it was dispatched,
I have heard nothing at all and have emailed twice now with no reply.
I’m assuming it won’t be here for Christmas now?
I understand that it is a busy time but a simple email in return to let me know what’s going on would at least be slightly helpful, I could have cancelled my order and got one elsewhere.
Now my son won’t have his main present on Christmas Day.

I can see they have quite good reviews that's why I decided to make a purchase, never again' purchased a item for Christmas, waited the delivery time as stated, but no parcel, emailed them to find out what happened with my order, they sent me a tracking number, checked the number and it said its on its way , after a couple of days checked again and it said its been delivered , delivered were ! , contacted them again and they now gave me a new tracking number that said it's on its way, checked the tracking number and its still on the van in Hong Kong , be lucky if I get the item for next Christmas, now I have got onto PayPal for a refund, yes its Christmas and they are busy, but why take payment for something they are unable to fulfil, just poor service and I won't use them again , don't purchase items near Christmas, you probably won't receive them ,

Absolutely awful service from this company. ordered a christmas projector and when it FINALLY came which took about a month all i received was a plastic sheet that was apparently the projector screen (if i had paid the money for that i wouldn't be happy as it is basically a white bin bag). i contacted customer service to be told they will refund me the money for the projector but they won't for the screen and i have to keep it.
