Extremely poor and rude customer service. Sent a general enquiry asking if I could have an update on my parcel as had been over a week and no despatch notice. Chased several times and requested to cancel as got no response only to have an email finally telling me to calm down!!! They said the item had been sent so I couldn't cancel but when challenged they couldn't provide proof of this. I got fed up having my emails ignored so went through my credit card provider to get a refund. Only when the bank got involved did I receive an email telling me that there was a customs issue with my order and so it never was despatched, unlike what they told me previously. Refunded me but held back shipping cost - I challenged this as well as they themselves told me it was never sent. Received an email to say that surprise surprise there had been yet another system error and I could expect the cost of shipping refunded to me in the next few days. Considering this has taken a month to finally sort I won't be holding my breath.

Item arrived as expected but had no instructions and no packaging except bubble wrap and my address on it. I've no idea if i'm using the item correctly or not. Gave 3 stars because they did respond to my query about shipping very promptly.

If I could leave -5 I would. Waited weeks for my edge master to come only to get a cheap Chinese version delivered. Thought I would give it a try anyway and it was absolutely useless. A load of rubbish. Emailed them and they wanted pictures but I'd already used it. Complete waste of time and money. Item delivered was not the item on the picture, BEWARE!!!

Don’t ever use this company I got a projector when it arrived it didn’t work I have sent numerous emails the last 1 I got stated they would give me a 50% refund and I can keep my projector what do I want it for if it’s broken am still at wars with them now I want a full refund it’s not my fault it doesn’t work would not recommend these at all

I would give zero stars but it won’t allow it, waited 4 weeks for a watch, they sent the totally wrong one which is unfit for purpose. I’m currently in an email battle with them demanding a full refund, they offered me 30% refund,then 50%, then 70% and have just offered a final 90%. I have only accepted this as it is taking up so much of my time. As I have stated to them several times - you have sent me a totally different product of their own admission also, no use to me whatsoever so why do I even have to beg for a refund. I’ve yet to receive the 90% refund.

Avoid like the plague. Waited 4 weeks still nothing. I've asked for a refund 3 times and everytime I get an email saying it's been shipped with a different tracking number. Of which none of them work! Reported to paypal!

Bought a ear wax remover and it arrived in a damaged packaging and without any instructions. It is just a little toy with fan and there is no room/section where the wax be collected. So it would hit the fat and eventually would stop working. I didn't want to put into ear as the big plastic plugs wouldn't be suitable for human being ears. I honestly don't know how 5 stars been given by the reviewers - I only bought it because of good reviews. I sent several email that I want to return the item and the replies has been we don't not what the problem is and keep asking for a video. I don't want to put into my ears as these pieces are too big. No reply on refund. Still waiting for refund. Stay away from this company.

UPDATE- STILL BEING OFFERED 50% OFF A BROKEN LIGHT SABER…. DOES THIS COMPANY UNDERSTAND UK CONSUMER LAW???

Purchased two lightsabers.

Both arrived broken.

Company seems to think offering a discount is acceptable for two broken and unusable lightsabers.

I bought a laser pen for veins,vit arrived eventually after 3 weeks then what a surprise it didn't work!! Lit up and that was it..it didn't heat up or make any sound!! What a rip off!

We purchased a laser pen that was not as described on the sales brochure or even on the box that it arrived in. Asked for a refund but all gone quiet....would not recommend these people at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL VERY VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AT ATTRACTIVE PRICES. THEY PRETEND THE PRODUCTS ARE PREMIUM. THEY USE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF GOOD PRODUCTS AND PRETEND THAT'S WHAT THEY SUPPLY. THEY DON'T. THEY ALSO DON'T BOTHER TO TELL YOU THEY ARE VIETNAMESE. I HAVE NO ISSUE BUYING FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, I HAVE EVERY ISSUE WITH BEING MISLEAD AND BEING SOLD FAKE GOODS.

WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERY, DON'T EXPECT YOUR ITEMS, THEY PROVIDE FAKE TRACKING DETAILS. IF YOU COMPLAIN TO THE COMPANY THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU ORDERED, I ORDERED SOME LIGHTS AND A FAN, WHEN THEY DIDN'T TURN UP I EMAILED THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO COVID MY PANTS ARE DELAYED.

THIS IS A VERY NASTY COMPANY. THEY LIE AND DON'T DELIVER GOODS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hopefully my issue with figure empire and their Restoration Cream. After many emails I finally been offered a full refund but into a PayPal account. The only thing is I paid with Visa Debit Card. Have informed them of this so will wait and see. Fingers crossed.

I wish i would’ve done my research before ordering anything from this company... please avoid if u dont want a headache. I ordered a product that had 5* reviews on the website (probably all fake) but the product wasnt as described. I asked to return the product and get a refund. They replied that they can give me 30% refund from the item which I didnt agree with and since then no reply from them.... i hope they will not have any more victims and people will read the website reviews before purchasing.

Ordered their leather restoration kit at £23.90 with shipping and as with all other customers very disappointed in the product they sent. The jar is the size of an eye cream jar ..lucky if it did one cushion never mind sofa as stated on the fake reviews. .no instructions or tools sent as the fake reviews stated . Have asked for are money back ....will up date when or if we get a reply ...

I ordered item was told sent within a week alas nearly month when it come. My postman said to me don't shoot him as the package was damaged wet and crushed. Since then I've emailed them requesting my money back despite this no reply to that they requested pics that I sent they replied saying the could not open. Hmm I wonder. So in end the whole thing was posted to a London Address stated on Google. One last thing they were emailed again number 12 requesting my money back Please Please don't use them at all nothing but grief from them

I Googled Big Bang Theory Lego and a company called "FigureEmpire" came up in my search. Their site looks professional and the padlock sign comes up when making payment. However, I didn't look at where they are located as my Google setting are for UK sites only. They do have a UK address but they're based in Vietnam! Having purchased the Lego set, because they use official Lego images, I looked forward to receiving my set. It wasn't until I noticed my credit card statement that I became suspicious. The company that took payment was Yarnobsession so I looked them up and the first thing I saw was negative reviews on Trust Pilot. If only I had checked FigureEmpire on Trust Pilot first, so many people with stories of poor customer service, products and refund issues. I did receive my set, but as you can probably guess it was a cheap Chinese copy and not genuine Lego. I obviously complained to FigureEmpire and after many many emails managed to get half my money back. I not happy with this out come. They refused to give me their return address. So please, never buy from FigureEmpire, Yarnobsession or any company you've not heard of until you look them up on Trust Pilot.

Was sent a completely fake cheap product, not the one listed. Seller would not reply until I raised a complaint through PayPal.

Seller then said it was a mistake and the listing had been removed (it hasn’t been), but would not allow me to return and be refunded, only accept a discount on the fake product.
Eventually got a refund through PayPal but, based on my experience, would strongly suggest you do not buy from here.
