I recently ordered the body wash in every flavour - me and my daughter can’t stop smelling them, they’re all lovely. The delivery was quick and the packaging is all plastic free. I was surprised to see a returns bag in the box as hadn’t realised you can return the body wash packaging when it’s finished - great idea! Will definitely be coming back for more

Recently purchased after wanting to make more conscious hair care decisions but struggling with shampoo bars! Love the process of purchase, the items designs and the easy process of returning the refill cases with the knowledge that they will be recycled properly!!
Used them to wash my hair today, smells divine, feels lovely (shampoo takes a little while to lather but does get there), I was left with lovely smelling soft locks. My hair is a strange combination of straight strands and some waviness, definitely not curly, but this seems to suit my hair type just fine. Have only used once so cannot comment on long term results but am very happy with initial experience (happy enough to tell and recommend to my friends)

I was disappointed that the pouches are plastic and not refilled. My precious supplier has refillable ones. I have also had others that are compostable. I am trying to reduce plastic use as opposed to recycling

Interestingly, I had been thinking and looking for something like this for sooo long! After being so shocked seeing all of those plastic bottles accumulated in my shower, I thought something has to change! I spent hours on Amazon, and other websites looking for refill shampoos/ conditioners and bottles which I would also be able to take with me whilst travelling. Fiils has given me exactly this, I couldn't be happier. I speak for myself and our beautiful planet when I say thank you Fiils!!

Always Very Efficient delivery. Great products and smell fabulous. I love the lemongrass body wash and now have a new favourite the pomelo shampoo.

Had a small issue with shipping but I emailed CS, and was helped within a couple of hours- fantastic customer service! I LOVE the packaging and the quality of the actual handwash and body lotion is amazing. Customer for life :)

Great product, arrived quickly. Love the smell. Would like the packaging to be more distinctive for each different product though. You have to read the pack carefully as they are so similar. I can't read it without my glasses!

I've only used the body lotions so can't comment on other products but I've just ordered a refill for the coconut body lotion which is lovely. I usually spend a lot on body lotions and was concerned about all the big bottles of plastic I was using so I searched or a refillable body lotion and found fiils. My only gripe is that the return bag is plastic. I wonder whether we could just package up the used containers in the cardboard box the products are delivered in with a returns label - or at least a cardboard envelope? Maybe it comes down to cost but I don't want to consume more plastic when trying to cut down on it!

I love this product! It came in lovely packaging, the brand is great and I love the colour of the bag and bottles. You can tell it’s all well made and some lovely little touches. Can’t wait to use this on my holiday.

I love the bottles and I will definitely buy more for my main bathroom. I would like a lot more options of things to fill them with, there isn't a lot of choice.

Very helpful when I had a problem ordering. One of the items I ordered was a different fragrance to my order but kept as it was a chance to see what it was like - lemongrass and it is gorgeous!

Smells absolutely incredible (I got the coconut moisturiser). Really happy to have found a high quality, environmentally friendly option.

My partner and I have used the Fiils products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash). The scents and the feel of each product is amazing. We are so happy that we found Fiils and we will be using them going forward!

I love the idea of this, particularly as I have been looking for ways to reduce my plastic use and increase recycling of plastics that I do use, and the service in terms of delivery and providing a packet to return the refill pouches is great.

However, the products themselves just don’t come close to the other brands of shampoo/conditioner I have used in the past unfortunately.

I went for the lemongrass shampoo as my hair is quite fine and my scalp gets flaky, but it’s actually making my hair more greasy - sometimes my previously-washed-every-other-day hair is greasy by the end of the day when it’s been washed in the morning, and I don’t feel like I can ever get it fully clean, even with a double cleanse. The shampoo is just too thin and doesn’t seem to penetrate through to the root. I’ve read in response to other reviews that the lack of SLS might explain this, but I have not used any products containing SLS in years and I’ve never experienced this before. I’ve also been using the products now for nearly 8 weeks, and thought there may be some settling in time, but it’s just not getting better.

Conditioner-wise, I get dry ends so I got coconut which I use on the ends only, and that also is just not as nourishing as brands I’ve used before. The ends of my hair have felt almost straw-like since a couple of weeks after I switched to Fiils.

Overall, it’s a real shame because I wanted to love these products as the sustainable choice, and particularly having paid out for the aluminium bottles for longer term use, but I think until the formulas have come along a bit further, they’re just not right for me.

Still giving three stars as the idea is a great one and the service was good. Hopefully one day sustainability will meet with efficacy.

Eco-friendly company that offers some great products. I was in the market for aluminium bottles for hand soap as I have young kids and didn’t want to risk breaking amber bottles. These bottles are perfect. They’re stylish on our counter and the soaps they have available wash well and smell nice. The refill also lasts a long time. We haven’t sent in the packet to recycle yet, so can’t speak to that. The instructions seem pretty straightforward though. We also have their travel set. We haven’t used it yet, but really looking forward to it on our next trip.

Great product, great pricing, great concept and positive experience so far. My personal favourite is coconut, but I'm yet to try them all.

I want to start off positive, because the items I ordered arrived very fast, well packaged and look nice. The bottles are very nice, and I really like that I can return the pouches for recycling. First impressions are really good.

My hair is fine, and I am very wary of my hair looking greasy. I've used them for about 3 weeks now. I totally appreciate that everyone's hair is different - these products just haven't worked for me at all.

The first thing is the smell. I bought Pomello. Lovely. But it is STRONG. If you have an aversion to scents, this is not the brand for you. In all three products, I've found it's overwhelming. Even several hours after washing my hair, I can still smell it strongly. If that's your bag, you're in for a treat! For me personally, this is enough for me to not repurchase.

With the shampoo it made my hair immediately feels very, very dry. In the shower it turns into a rat's nest 😆. To be fair, the conditioner does 'undo that'. Unfortunately my hair doesn't seem to like the shampoo and conditioner at all, it makes my hair feel very heavy like I've put 'thickening' products in it. It feels dirty almost, when it very obviously shouldn't be, and to me it looks greasy.I've changed the amount of product used, how I apply etc to no avail. I appreciate it may just be my hair, so it's one of those things.

I think if you maybe have thicker hair, and like very strong scented products these will be products you'll really love. I'd love to see tester sets, as it's quite expensive (I think my total purchase was around £40).

It's a great idea, and maybe I'll retry the products in the future if there's less scented options/different formulations for different hair types.
