I paid a 1-time fee of $1.45 to edit one short document. I was surprised when I was charged $.65, then, on another charge, $.80. No worries; that's what I paid.
But then, three days later, they charged me $49.95. I tried to contact them, but they only allow email messages. Since my bank will not allow me to dispute "pending" charges, I have not put in a dispute with my bank yet; I will do so as soon as I can.
Meanwhile, I filed a complaint with the US Federal Trade Commission. I recommend that everyone who was scammed by this company do the same. Their website is ftc.gov.

DO NOT USE! Check your bank account as they will charge you a monthly fee for a $2 document. Absolutely pissed!

Cannot be legal. Like others here I paid a tiny 'one off fee' to amend a document, and the next month found myself signed up to a SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLAR A MONTH payment which I did absolutely not sign up for. If you have been hit with this charge too - go to your bank and request them to reverse the charge.

Same story as the others, I paid twice for editing one document, £1,45 in total. Few days after I been charged over £46 for monthly subscription without my consent, there was no information whatsoever that I subscribe anything. Total SCAM. They state that subscription is not refundable. After I emailed them them offered me a lifetime unlimited access to their services (which looks like a bargain if they charge a £46 a month, I'm quite young so this offer could worth a thousands 🤣🤣🤣🤣). I said I don't want any access and basically they can delete my account, I just want a refund as I withdraw from the agreement (which agreement?) Within 14 days. They finally said they'll refund me within 5 working days. It was 18th November, no refund till today.

Tried the service with one .pdf page, paid $1.95 and was then enrolled in a $49.95 service plan. American Express caught the fraud and alerted me. I tried calling the merchant's phone number and it was disconnected.

This website should be shut down. I choose a 3 day plan and they charged me twice plus sneaked in a annual plan without notifying me

They are scammers. Bought a one time usage of their service for 8 swedish crowns, but 3 days later they charged me 550 swedish crowns. I didn't know until next month, they charged me 550 swedish crowns again. So they stole 1100 from me. I contacted them and they said because of their 30 day policy they could only send back the most recent subscription payment. DO NOT BUY OR SUPPORT THEM

Like everyone else said, be warned that they will automatically enroll you into a $49.95 monthly subscription with no email notification. I encourage everyone to report them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud.

Got scammed. They told me that the cost was 1,45 dollars however what they didn’t tell you is that they also signs you up for a 60 dollars monthly subscription( they took 120 dollars from me).

They are absolutely worthless and will SCAM you. They supposedly offer a 1 time usage charge, but then enroll you into a monthly subscription that you never explicitly signed up for, or gave them permission to. You then have to GO INTO YOUR ACCOUNT to manually cancel your subscription. Don't TRUST THEM, DON'T USE THEM, and REPORT THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES!

Horrible. They entice you with $1.45 for a download now option with 3 days full access but put a disclaimer in faded print at the very bottom showing that you've actually signed up for a monthly subscription that will renew in 3 days if you don't manually cancel. Horrible, suspicious, unethical, and wrong.

I used it once to edit a pdf document and a few days later they charged me £46. Absolutely ridiculous. It was a free trial and they just charged me. Avoid them!

I used the website and paid a one-time fee of £1.95. 5 days later, they took £46.45 from my account, even though I had not signed up for a subscription. I contacted them and threatened to report them to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if I did not receive a refund immediately. Fortunately, the money was sent back to my account the following day.
